Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及浓缩洗涤剂组合物。虽然本发明主要涉及清洗硬表面的洗涤剂组合物,它还与其他洗涤剂组合物有关,包括洗碟以及洗衣用洗涤剂组合物。
发明背景
浓缩洗涤剂组合物在本领域中是众所周知的。与传统洗涤剂相比,浓缩洗涤剂的特点在于它包含一种更高浓度的活性组分。因此在配制浓缩洗涤剂组合物时经常遇到的问题是这种组合物的物理稳定性。事实上,由于这种组合物在有限量的水中含有大量的活性组分,稳定性问题就会产生,如果不解决,它就会导致组合物分成若干相。这种现象将影响组合物的洗涤效果,并且显而易见,因此导致这样的配方不适合于商业化。
现已提出各种解决这个问题的方案,典型的都涉及到使用一种特定的稳定组分,或水溶助长剂。这些组分的唯一功能是稳定该组合物。这样,它们增加了配制这种组合物的费用,而不能带来任何洗涤效果,而且它们进一步要求在配方中不使用原本可以配制更多活性组分的部分。
比如,EP316726公开了微乳液形式的浓缩组合物,它含有水,香料,一种表面活性剂以及一种所谓的辅助表面活性剂。据说辅助表面活性剂减少了所说表面活性剂乳液分散相和连续相之间的界面张力,因此生成了一种稳定的微乳液。在′726号说明书中所谓的辅助表面活性剂被列为特定的乙二醇醚,或一种特定的羧酸,在这个领域中前者被习惯地看成一种溶剂。在′726号说明书辅助表面活性剂对产品总的洗涤效果没有贡献。
因此本发明的一个目标是配制一种稳定的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,而不使用仅对组合物稳定性有贡献的组分。本发明中的这种组分对组合物的洗涤效果也有显著贡献。
现已发现,配制如下一种含水浓缩组合物,这个目标即可实现,这种含水组合物包含一种传统的长链表面活性剂,以及至少一个短链表面活性剂,即带有C6-C10烷基链组成的疏水基。所说的短链表面活性剂,使组合物稳定,同时显著地提高了总的洗涤效果,尤其是洗涤动物油脂时,不管是净用还是稀释使用,都尤为有效。发明概要
这是一种稳定且澄清的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,按组合物总重计,它含有约10%到80%的水,少于15%的香料,以及以C11-C24烷基链作为疏水部分的至少一种长链表面活性剂或它们的混合物,所说的组合物还至少含有一种以C6-C10的烷基链作疏水部分的短链表面活性剂或它们的混合物作为辅助表面活性剂,但当短链表面活性剂是一种烷基醚羧酸盐时,作为疏水基的是C6-C10的烷基链。发明详述
本发明的组合物是浓缩含水组合物。浓缩在此意味着,按组合物总重计,组合物含约10%到80%的水,优选含15%到75%的水,最好水的含量为30%到75%。
本发明的组合物是稳定且澄清的。稳定且澄清在此意指,本发明的组合物在无遮光剂的条件下;宏观上几乎是透明的,在4℃到50℃之间,如果静止不动,所说的组合物至少在一个月内不会在宏观上分成若干相。
根据本发明,该组合物还含有一种长链表面活性剂或它们的混合物。一般来说,所有的表面活性剂都含有一个亲水部分和一个疏水部分。长链表面活性剂,在此意指含有一个C11到C24的烷基链作为疏水部分的表面活性剂。这些长链表面活性剂可以是常用在这一领域的任意类型。相应地,在此用到的合适的长链表面活性剂包括:C11-C24的烷基硫酸盐(C11-C24SO4),烷基醚硫酸盐(C11-C24(OCH2CH2)eSO4),烷基磺酸盐(C11-C24SO3),烷基琥珀酸、盐或酯(C11-C24OOCCH2CH2COOZ),烷基羧酸或其盐(C11-C24COOM),烷基醚羧酸或其盐(C11-C24(OCH2CH2)eCOOM),烷基N-甲基甘氨酸盐(C11-C24CON(CH3)R),烷基磺基琥珀酸、盐或酯(C11-C24OOCCH(SO3M)CH2COOZ),氧化胺(C11-C24RR′NO),葡萄糖酰胺(C11-C24CONR″X),烷基吡咯烷酮(C11-C24(C4H6ON)),烷基多糖(C11-C24OGg),烷基烷氧基化物(C11-C24(OCH2CH2)e(OCH2CH2CH2)pOH,以及内胺盐(C11-C24N+(CH3)2CH2COO-)。分子式的括号里,e和p的取值范围都是从0到20,且e+p>0,Z是M或R,M是H或任一种平衡离子,比如这领域熟知的包括Na,K,Li,NH4,胺,X是一种有线性烃基链的多羟基烃基,其中至少有三个羟基直接连在链上,或它们的烷氧基化衍生物,R、R′、R″是C1-C5的烷基,可能带有羟基官能团,R、R′优选C1-C3,最好是甲基,R″优选2-羟基乙基或2-羟基丙基,G是一种糖类化合物,优选葡萄糖,g的取值范围是1.5到8。所有这些表面活性剂均是本领域中众所周知的。更完全的葡萄糖酰胺的公开内容可以例如从WO92-06154中找到,更完全的烷基多糖的公开内容可以例如从US4,536,319中找到。根据预想的最终用途,本发明的组合物可单独包含上述任一种表面活性剂,或它们的任意组合。在组合物中,优选的长链表面活性剂可以从磺酸长链烷基盐以及长链烷基乙氧基化合物或它们的混合物中选择。
据此发明的组合物还至少含有一种短链表面活性剂或它们的混合物。短链表面活性剂的定义与前面所说的长链表面活性剂相同,只不过所说的作为疏水部分的是C6-C10的烷基,以及当短链表面活性剂是烷基醚羧酸盐时,作为疏水部分的是C6-C8的烷基链。因此,这里所用的合适的短链表面活性剂也如上所述,只不过是用短的烷基链而已。
这里优选使用的非离子型短链表面活性剂是分子式为C6-C10(OCH2CH2)e(OCH2CH2CH2)pOH的烷基烷氧基化合物,其中e、p分别代表乙氧基化和丙氧基化程度,它们的取值范围都是0到20,且e+p>0,这里最优选使用的非离子型短链表面活性剂是e+p取值范围是3到10,尤其是p=0,e取值范围是3到8的烷基烷氧基化合物。而且这里所用的短链非离子型表面活性剂最好含7到10个碳原子的烃基链。
这里优选使用的短链非离子型表面活性剂可以通过本领域技术人员所熟知的路线来合成,比如由相应醇和烯化氧的缩合。但是这种短链表面活性剂可以用更经济方便的方法购得,比如从Sidobre公司以商业名MergitalC4(C8EO4),从Kolb公司以商业名Imbentin AG/810/050和AG/810/080(分别是C8-10E05和C8-10EO8)购得。
这里优选所使用的短链阴离子型表面活性剂,是C6-C10烷基硫酸盐(C6-C10SO4)以及烷基磺酸盐(C6-C10SO3)。最好是C6-C8的烷基硫酸盐和烷基磺酸盐。这种阴离子型短链表面活性剂可以通过熟知的先硫酸化或磺化再中和的方法来制得。但是这种短链表面活性剂可以更方便的方法购得,比如从Rhone Poulenc公司以商品名Rhodapon OLS,从Witco公司以商品名Witconate购得。
按组合物总重计,本发明的组合物中短链表面活性剂含量可以从0.1%到50%,优选1%到40%,最好是1.5%到30%。这里的短链表面活性剂不仅是用作一种洗涤活性组分,还用作为稳定剂。如果用短链阴离子表面活性剂,优选保持短链阴离子表面活性剂与长链表面活性剂的最小重量比是1∶10;如果用短链非离子型表面活性剂,优选保持它与长链表面活性剂的最小重量比为1∶5。
根据预想的最终用途,这里的组合物还可以包含其它的各种任选组分,包括:助洗剂,链烷醇胺,pH调节剂,按组合物总重计少于15%的香料、染料、漂白剂,酶等。
一些实例中,在组合物中包含一种泡沫抑制体系比较合适。所说的泡沫抑制体系可以优选DE4021265中所述的2-烷基链烷醇或其混合物,与八个碳到二十二个碳的脂肪酸或其混合物的混合物。当两种组分协同作用时这种体系尤为有效。这样甚至很少量的泡沫抑制体系就足以有效地控制泡沫。因此,按组合物总重计,所说体系的含量约从0.1%到5%,最好是0.5%到3%。
这里的组合物不要求有稳定剂。稳定剂在此意指其唯一功能是增加组合物物理稳定性的化合物。典型的这种化合物是二甲苯、甲苯磺酸盐和乙二醇醚,包括7二醇单丁基醚,二乙二醇单丁基醚,二丙二醇单丁基醚,二丙二醇甲基醚,丙二醇甲基醚,三丙二醇甲基醚,丙二醇单丁基醚以及以及其它各种溶剂如乙醇和丁醇。因此,本发明组合物几乎不含这种稳定剂。
本发明还包含一种清洗硬表面的方法,它包含以下步骤:根据预计要求在水中稀释组合物,然后用它来清洗所说的硬表面。根据具体配方,这里的组合物可以不掺水,也可以稀释10到500倍。

所有组合物物理稳定性分别在4℃,室温(20℃),50℃进行评估。组合物1不属于本发明,在4℃时是凝胶,在室温和50℃是乳液,所有其它组合物都属于本发明,在同样的条件下都是澄清透明的液体。
其它组合物由在下表中列出的组分按表中比例混合制得。

Claims (10)
1.一种稳定且澄清的浓缩洗涤剂组合物,以组合物总重计,其含有约10%到80%的水,少于15%的香料以及至少一种以十一个碳到二十四个碳的烷基链作为其疏水部分的长链表面活性剂,或者它们的混合物,其特征在于所说的组合物还至少含有一种以六个碳到十个碳的烷基链作为疏水部分的短链表面活性剂或它的混合物作为辅助表面活性剂,但当短链表面活性剂是一种烷基醚羧酸盐时,作为疏水部分的是六个碳到八个碳的烷基链。
2.权利要求1的组合物,按组合物总重计,其中所说的短链表面活性剂或它们的混合物约占0.1%到50%,优选1%到40%,最好是从1.5%到30%。
3.上述权利要求的组合物,其中所说的短链表面活性剂或它们的混合物是:
·分子式是C6-C10(OCH2CH2)e(OCH2CH2CH2)pOH的非离子型表面活性剂,其中e和p分别代表乙氧基化和丙氧基化程度,各自的取值范围为0到20,且e+p>0;或
·分子式为C6-C10SO4或C6-C10SO3的阴离子型表面活性剂;或
·它们的混合物。
4.权利要求3的组合物,其中e+p的取值范围是3到10,优选地p等于0,e为3到8。
5.权利要求3的组合物,其中所说的阴离子型表面活性剂是C6-C10SO4或C6-C10SO3。
6.上述权利要求的组合物,按组合物总重计,其中含30%到70%的水。
7.任一前述权利要求的组合物,其中所说的长链表面活性剂可从长链烷基磺酸盐和长链烷基乙氧基化合物以及它们的混合物中选择。
8.任一前述权利要求的组合物,其中几乎不含稳定化合物。
9.任一前述权利要求的组合物,其中按组合物总重计,含0.1%到5%,优选0.5%到3%的泡沫抑制体系,所说的泡沫抑制体系含2-烷基链烷醇或它们的混合物,以及C8-C22脂肪酸或它们的混合物。
10.一种洗涤硬表面的方法,它包含以下步骤:用水稀释前述权利要求的组合物,然后将其施用到该硬表面上。
