The invention discloses a vertical blowing type hot galvanizing device for foundation bolts with only plating part of length, which comprises a workbench, wherein a feeding mechanism, a galvanizing mechanism and a discharging mechanism are arranged on the workbench, and the galvanizing mechanism comprises a vertical galvanizing turntable and a blowing device; the vertical galvanization carousel includes carousel mount and ring rail, the carousel mount is fixed on the workstation, be provided with the gear steering box on the ring rail, be provided with lift driving motor and rotation motor on the carousel mount, lift driving motor control crane, rotation motor passes through the gear steering box control ring rail, be provided with the work piece mount on the ring rail. The hot galvanizing device is simple in structure, can realize full-automatic production of a hot galvanizing assembly line of only plating part length foundation bolts, and removes redundant zinc liquid by utilizing the vertical blowing function of the blowing device.

And the surface of the workpiece can be left with redundant zinc liquid after the galvanization is finished, at the moment, the residual zinc liquid on the surface of the workpiece can be removed by adopting the original modes such as beating, the working efficiency is low, the dangerous coefficient of manual operation is high, and meanwhile, the zinc liquid on the surface of the workpiece can not be removed completely by adopting the original modes such as beating, and the workpiece is easier to damage.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a vertical blowing type hot galvanizing device for only plating part-length anchor bolts, which has a simple structure, can realize the full-automatic production of a hot galvanizing assembly line for only plating part-length anchor bolts, and removes redundant zinc liquid by utilizing the vertical blowing function of a blowing device.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, an embodiment of a vertical blowing type hot galvanizing device with only a part length of anchor bolts according to the present invention includes a workbench 1, a feeding mechanism 2, a galvanizing mechanism 3 and a discharging mechanism 4 are provided on the workbench 1, the feeding mechanism 2 includes a feeding conveyor 7 and a feeding robot 8, the galvanizing mechanism 3 includes a vertical galvanizing turntable 6 and a blowing device 5, the discharging mechanism 4 includes a discharging robot 9 and a discharging conveyor 10, a cooling tank 11 is provided on one side of the discharging conveyor 10, the vertical galvanizing turntable 6 includes a turntable fixing frame 61 and a ring rail 62, the turntable fixing frame 61 is fixed on the workbench 1, a gear steering box 63 is provided on the ring rail 62, a lifting driving motor 64 and a rotating motor 65 are provided on the turntable fixing frame 61, the lifting driving motor 64 controls a lifting frame 67, the ring rail 62 is fixed on the lifting frame 67, the rotating motor 65 controls the ring rail 62 through the gear steering box 63, and a workpiece fixing frame 66 is provided on the ring rail 62.

The vertical galvanizing turntable 6 has lifting and autorotation functions, the turntable lifting of the vertical galvanizing turntable 6 is realized through a gear rack mechanism according to different heights of plating materials, a plurality of workpiece fixing frames 66 are arranged on the vertical galvanizing turntable 6, and when the anchor bolts are placed on the workpiece fixing frames 66 and locked, the anchor bolts can be driven to move in the zinc pot 12 along elliptical tracks.
The blanking robot 9 adopts automatic program control, and when the rag bolt reaches the blanking station, the blanking robot 9 grabs the rag bolt, and the blanking robot 9 is provided with an unlocking mechanism, so that the rag bolt fixed on the vertical galvanization turntable 6 can be unlocked. The blanking robot 9 picks the foundation bolt and places the foundation bolt on the blowing device 5 after unlocking the foundation bolt, the blowing device 5 smears redundant zinc liquid on the foundation bolt through high-pressure air, and after finishing blowing and smears zinc on the blowing device 5, the blanking robot 9 picks the foundation bolt and places the foundation bolt on the discharging conveyor 10.
The blowing device 5 is arranged above the zinc pot 12, an annular air knife is arranged on the blowing device 5, the annular air knife erases redundant zinc liquid on the screw rod through high-pressure air, and then the foundation bolts are conveyed to the cooling pool 11 through the discharging conveyor 10.
The vertical galvanization turntable 6 comprises a turntable fixing frame 61, a lifting driving motor 64, a lifting frame 67, a rotating motor 65, a gear steering box 63, a workpiece fixing frame 66 and an annular guide rail 62. The lifting frame 67 realizes up-down position adjustment through gear-rack transmission by a lifting driving motor 64 fixed on the turntable fixing frame 61. The rotating motor 65 transmits power to the annular guide rail 62 through the two groups of gear steering boxes 63, a plurality of workpiece fixing frames 66 are arranged on the annular guide rail 62, and the workpiece fixing frames 66 can move along the annular guide rail 62 through driving of the rotating motor 65, so that partial galvanization of workpieces is realized.

the discharging mechanism comprises a discharging robot and a discharging conveyor, and a cooling pool is arranged on one side of the discharging conveyor.

5. The vertical blowing type hot galvanizing device for only part length foundation bolts of claim 1, wherein a locking device is arranged on the workpiece fixing frame.
6. The plating-only partial length anchor bolt vertical blowing type hot galvanizing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the loading robot has a locking mechanism, and the discharging robot has an unlocking mechanism.
