Description

Preparation method and application of pesticide-fertilizer granules containing thifluzamide and azoxystrobin
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticide fertilizers, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of pesticide fertilizer granules containing thifluzamide and azoxystrobin.
Background
The underground pests have wide harm to hosts, food impurities and serious harm, are main pests in the sowing period and the seedling period of agriculture and forestry, and generally have the harm of reducing the yield of crops by more than 30 percent, and can reach more than 60 percent in serious cases. The common soil insects include mole cricket, grub, wireworm, cutworm, seed fly, Chinese chive maggot, etc. Meanwhile, diseases of crop roots and stems are also serious in recent years, such as potato black nevus, wheat take-all, root rot, banded sclerotial blight, corn stem rot, peanut root rot, rape sclerotinia rot and the like. The infected crops are weakened in the long period of the seedling and die in the serious period, and the diseases of the root and the stem of the crops bring serious consequences to agricultural production. In order to save labor or medicine cost, farmers either spray or drench roots, and are difficult to eliminate pests from the root or radically cure diseases of roots and stems of crops.
The thifluzamide is called thifluzamide, belongs to thiazole amide bactericides, and has strong systemic conductivity and long lasting effect. Thifluzamide has activity on pathogenic fungi of rhizoctonia, puccinia, smut, tilletia, revolutionary and tuberculosis, and especially has special effect on diseases caused by basidiomycete fungi such as banded sclerotial blight and damping off.
Azoxystrobin is a strobilurin bactericidal pesticide, is efficient and broad-spectrum, and has good activity on almost all fungal kingdoms (Ascomycotina, Basidiomycotina, flagellata and Deuteromycotina) diseases such as powdery mildew, rust disease, glume blight, net blotch, downy mildew, rice blast and the like. Can be used for stem leaf spraying, seed treatment, and soil treatment, and is mainly used for grain, rice, peanut, grape, potato, fruit tree, vegetable, coffee, lawn, etc.
The bacillus subtilis is widely distributed in soil and putrefactive organic matters, can improve the soil aggregate structure, improve the soil, relieve continuous cropping obstacles, inhibit the propagation of pathogenic bacteria in the soil and the invasion to the roots of plants, reduce soil-borne diseases of the plants, prevent the outbreak of various plant diseases and insect pests, and has obvious inhibiting effect on pathogenic bacteria or conditional pathogenic bacteria infected endogenously.
Fluxapyroxad is used for preventing and treating broad-spectrum fungal diseases, belongs to carboxamide chemicals, and has an effect of inhibiting succinate dehydrogenase in a compound II of a mitochondrial respiratory chain, so that spore germination, germ tube and mycelium growth of target fungi are inhibited.
In the traditional agricultural production technology, the application of the fertilizer and the bactericide is separated, and the practice of using the bactericide and the fertilizer for two times or more is needed, so that the labor intensity and the labor times of farmers are increased, and the agricultural development is not facilitated. The pesticide fertilizer granules can be applied once to complete two procedures of fertilization and sterilization simultaneously, so that the condition that the pesticide application and the fertilization cannot be considered in the past is avoided, the time and the labor are saved, and the production efficiency is improved.

As can be seen from table 1, the first plot using the thifluzamide and azoxystrobin-containing insecticide-fertilizer granules prepared in example 7 at the sowing time has the control effects on root rot, sheath blight and soil insects of more than 95%, the yield is about 500 kg/mu, and compared with the fifth plot of the blank group, the first plot has extremely high control effects and increases the yield by about 10%; the control effect of the second plot is about 80% and the yield is about 443 kg/mu when the pesticide fertilizer granules of the comparative example 1 are applied, and compared with the fifth plot of a blank group, the second plot has higher control effect and certain yield increase; compared with the second plot, the third plot and the fourth plot applying the pesticide-fertilizer granules in the comparative examples 2 and 3 have certain progress in control effect and yield increase, but compared with the example 7, the control effect and yield increase are low, so that the compound of thifluzamide and azoxystrobin is applied to crops, pests can be effectively controlled and diseases of crop roots can be radically controlled, and meanwhile, fluxapyroxad and bacillus subtilis are added into the compound ligand of thifluzamide and azoxystrobin, so that the control effect can be further improved, the synergistic effect is achieved, the drug resistance is overcome and delayed, the control spectrum is expanded, and the control effect is improved; meanwhile, the active ingredients of the pesticide and the carrier fertilizer are scientifically combined, so that the pesticide fertilizer granules have the characteristics of the pesticide and the fertilizer, can achieve two purposes of preventing and treating fungal diseases and topdressing by one-time application, are convenient to apply, improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
Experimental example 2
Five plots with similar potato black nevus disease conditions are selected and named as a first plot, a second plot, a third plot, a fourth plot and a fifth plot respectively, at the early stage of the disease, the thifluzamide and azoxystrobin-containing pesticide-fertilizer granules prepared in example 7 are applied to the first plot, the dosage is 5 kg/mu, the pesticide-fertilizer granules prepared in comparative examples 1-3 are applied to the second plot, the third plot and the fourth plot respectively, the dosage is 5 kg/mu, comparative example 4 is applied to the fifth plot by using a commercially available fertilizer, the dosage is 5 kg/mu, the second application is performed 10 days after the first application, the third application is performed 10 days after the second application, the disease index of potatoes is subjected to data statistics, and specific results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002757263110000111
Wherein, the grading standard of the severity of the disease is as follows:
level 0: no disease spots;
level 1: the lesion area accounts for less than 2% of the whole potato area;
and 2, stage: the lesion area accounts for 3% -8% of the whole potato area;
and 3, level: the lesion area accounts for 9% -15% of the whole potato area;
4, level: the lesion area accounts for 16% -25% of the whole potato area;
and 5, stage: the lesion area accounts for more than 25% of the whole potato area.
Disease index ═ Σ (number of diseased plants at each stage × relative stage value)/total number of plants;
the preventing and treating effect (%) (disease index before application-disease index after fourth application)/disease index before application.
As can be seen from Table 2, after the thifluzamide and the azoxystrobin are compounded, the compound is applied to the potatoes with the black nevus, the black nevus can be effectively prevented and treated, and meanwhile, the fluxapyroxad and the bacillus subtilis agent are added into the compound of the thifluzamide and the azoxystrobin, so that the prevention and treatment effect can be further improved, and the synergistic effect is achieved.
In conclusion, the invention can effectively prevent and control pests and radically treat diseases of roots and stems of crops by compounding thifluzamide and azoxystrobin, and meanwhile, the fluxapyroxad and the bacillus subtilis agent are added into the compound of thifluzamide and azoxystrobin, so that the prevention and control effect can be further improved, the synergistic effect is achieved, the drug resistance is overcome and delayed, the prevention and control spectrum is expanded, and the prevention and control effect is improved; meanwhile, the active ingredients of the pesticide and the carrier fertilizer are scientifically combined, so that the pesticide fertilizer granules have the characteristics of the pesticide and the fertilizer, can achieve two purposes of preventing and treating fungal diseases and topdressing by one-time application, are convenient to apply, improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
