本发明涉及一种硅胶骨架式网成形机构使用方法,包括成形外框和成形压板,所述成形外框中阵列布置有若干矩形的连接口;其中在支撑筋内设置有若干长条的加热腔,在加热腔内镶嵌有电热加热块;在支撑筋的表面设置有底面为弧形的成形槽A;在所述连接口内通过隔热环连接有一个冷却块,在冷却块的内部阵列设置有若干导热片,在冷却块的底部连接有冷却液循环管;在所述成形压板上阵列设置有与所述成形槽A对应的剖面为弧形的成形槽B;在成形压板上阵列设置有与所述成形槽B连通的注胶孔;1、将网面放入到成形外框表面和成形压板构成的成形间隙中;2、滤网加热;3、注胶;4、对成形槽A和成形槽B进行加热;5、使得冷却块降温。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硅胶骨架式网成形机构使用方法,属于滤网制造设备领域。
背景技术
滤网一般采用化纤丝或者棉丝编织而成,其很容易因为材质本身的原因在使用时发生局部拉长变形甚至破裂的可能,一般的会在滤网表面设置金属支撑架或者是塑料条以提升其自身强度,但是传统的工艺和设备很容易在塑料成形过程中对滤网过度加热,导致滤网局部因为过热而变脆,影响滤网的寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中的技术问题,提供一种硅胶骨架式网成形机构使用方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种硅胶骨架式网成形机构,包括成形外框和成形压板,所述成形外框中阵列布置有若干矩形的连接口,成形外框连接口之间为田字形结构的支撑筋;其中在支撑筋内设置有若干长条的加热腔,在加热腔内镶嵌有电热加热块;在支撑筋的表面设置有底面为弧形的成形槽A;在所述连接口内通过隔热环连接有一个冷却块,所述冷却块的内部为中空结构,在冷却块的内部阵列设置有若干导热片,在冷却块的底部连接有冷却液循环管;冷却块的顶端与成形外框顶端平齐;在所述成形压板上阵列设置有与所述成形槽A对应的剖面为弧形的成形槽B;在成形压板上阵列设置有与所述成形槽B连通的注胶孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冷却块的顶端设置有一个镶嵌槽,在镶嵌槽内设置有一个导热垫。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述隔热环采用陶瓷制成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冷却块的上下两端外壁设置有环形的限位凸起,隔热环镶嵌于限位凸起之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述连接口的内壁阵列设置有若干环形的连接凸起。
一种硅胶骨架式网成形机构使用方法,包括如下步骤1:将网面放入到成形外框表面和成形压板构成的成形间隙中;2、压紧后在冷却块内加入热水使得冷却块升温,实现滤网的加热;3、通过注胶孔进行注胶;4、注胶过程中通过电热加热块对成形槽A和成形槽B进行加热;5、在冷却块内输入冷却液体,使得冷却块降温,对布网进行冷却。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过硅胶滤网成形设备进行改造,在加热设备中设置独立的隔热的冷却机构,以防止滤网在硅胶成形过程中受热而发生变脆,影响强度。
2、陶瓷材质隔热性能好,且在长时间的温差环境下不容易发生收缩变形或者老化。
3、限位凸起可以提升隔热环的固定强度,防止脱落。
4、连接凸起可以增加隔热环的摩擦力。
5、注塑过程对滤网进行提前加热可以防止因为温差过大导致的热应力集中,可以降低滤网变形的可能性。

如图1所示,本发明为一种硅胶骨架式网成形机构,包括成形外框和成形压板,所述成形外框中阵列布置有若干矩形的连接口,成形外框连接口之间为田字形结构的支撑筋;其中在支撑筋内设置有若干长条的加热腔,在加热腔内镶嵌有电热加热块;在支撑筋的表面设置有底面为弧形的成形槽A;在所述连接口内通过隔热环连接有一个冷却块,所述隔热环采用陶瓷制成,所述冷却块的内部为中空结构,在冷却块的内部阵列设置有若干导热片,在冷却块的底部连接有冷却液循环管;所述冷却块的顶端设置有一个镶嵌槽,在镶嵌槽内设置有一个导热垫;冷却块的顶端与成形外框顶端平齐,所述冷却块的上下两端外壁设置有环形的限位凸起,隔热环镶嵌于限位凸起之间;所述连接口的内壁阵列设置有若干环形的连接凸起;在所述成形压板上阵列设置有与所述成形槽A对应的剖面为弧形的成形槽B;在成形压板上阵列设置有与所述成形槽B连通的注胶孔。
一种硅胶骨架式网成形机构使用方法,包括如下步骤1:将网面放入到成形外框表面和成形压板构成的成形间隙中;2、压紧后在冷却块内加入热水使得冷却块升温,实现滤网的加热;3、通过注胶孔进行注胶;4、注胶过程中通过电热加热块对成形槽A和成形槽B进行加热;5、在冷却块内输入冷却液体,使得冷却块降温,对布网进行冷却。

1.一种硅胶骨架式网成形机构使用方法,其特征是:硅胶骨架式网成形机构包括成形外框和成形压板,所述成形外框中阵列布置有若干矩形的连接口,成形外框连接口之间为田字形结构的支撑筋;其中在支撑筋内设置有若干长条的加热腔,在加热腔内镶嵌有电热加热块;在支撑筋的表面设置有底面为弧形的成形槽A;在所述连接口内通过隔热环连接有一个冷却块,所述冷却块的内部为中空结构,在冷却块的内部阵列设置有若干导热片,在冷却块的底部连接有冷却液循环管;冷却块的顶端与成形外框顶端平齐;在所述成形压板上阵列设置有与所述成形槽A对应的剖面为弧形的成形槽B;在成形压板上阵列设置有与所述成形槽B连通的注胶孔;
