Abstract
一种冰箱,包括:箱体,其内形成制冷间室;风道,设置于所述制冷间室的一侧,具有进风风道和回风风道,所述进风风道包括与所述制冷间室连通的进风口,所述回风风道具有与所述制冷间室连通的回风口;制冷系统,设置于所述箱体内用于产生冷气,所述冷气通过所述进风风道供应给所述制冷间室,并通过所述回风风道返回到所述制冷系统;还包括杀菌除味模块以及风机组件,所述杀菌除味模块和所述风机组件均安装于所述制冷间室内,所述杀菌除味模块可拆卸的置于所述风机组件的出风路径上。杀菌除味模块可拆卸的安装在箱体内,便于用户更换新的杀菌除味模块。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器,尤其涉及一种冰箱。
背景技术
电冰箱的出现给人们的生活带来了诸多方便,电冰箱对冷藏食品、蔬菜、肉蛋类等确有保鲜作用,很大程度上方便了人们的生活。电冰箱一般具有冷冻室和冷藏室,冷藏室的工作温度一般高于0℃,用于保鲜食物。冷冻室的工作温度一般可以达零下十几度,可以长期存储食物。但冰箱内存储东西较多,容易产生细菌,且不同食品之间容易串味,影响食物口感或导致食物变质,同时容易对人体造成一定的伤害。因此,冰箱内一般设置有杀菌除味模块,但杀菌除味模块寿命有限,冰箱使用一段时间后,杀菌除味模块即会失效,不能长期解决冰箱内杀菌除味问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种冰箱,冰箱内安装有风机组件以及可拆卸杀菌除味模块,杀菌除味模块直接安装座在箱体内部,便于用户更换。
本发明提供的冰箱,包括:
箱体,其内形成制冷间室;
风道,设置于所述制冷间室的一侧,具有进风风道和回风风道,所述进风风道包括与所述制冷间室连通的进风口,所述回风风道具有与所述制冷间室连通的回风口;
制冷系统,设置于所述箱体内用于产生冷气,所述冷气通过所述进风风道供应给所述制冷间室,并通过所述回风风道返回到所述制冷系统;
还包括杀菌除味模块以及风机组件,所述杀菌除味模块和所述风机组件均安装于所述制冷间室内,所述杀菌除味模块可拆卸的置于所述风机组件的出风路径上。
优选的,所述风机组件包括机座以及风扇,所述机座中设置有容纳部,所述风扇置于所述容纳部中。
优选的,所述风机组件包括机座以及风扇,所述杀菌除味模块安装于所述机座上,所述风机组件可拆卸的安装于所述箱体内壁面。
优选的,所述风机组件和所述杀菌除味模块分别安装于所述箱体的两个壁面,所述风机组件安装于所述制冷间室的上部。
优选的,所述杀菌除味模块安装于所述箱体的顶壁面,所述风机组件安装于与所述顶壁面垂直的侧壁面,所述风扇的旋转轴线经过所述杀菌除味模块。
优选的,所述杀菌除味模块呈立体栅格状。
优选的,所述杀菌除味模块或所述风机组件通过紧固件连接于所述箱体。
优选的,所述杀菌除味模块由活性炭、分子筛和硅胶中的一种或几种制成。
本发明的冰箱,通过在箱体内安装风机组件带动气流流动,可直接将杀菌除味模块可拆卸的安装在箱体内,便于用户更换新的杀菌除味模块,保持对冰箱内持续杀菌,防止异味产生,提升用户体验感。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图1、图2,本发明一实施例提供了一种冰箱包括箱体10、风道30和制冷系统60,箱体10内形成有制冷间室20,风道30设置在制冷间室20的一侧。风道30具有与制冷间室连通的进风口31。箱体10的底部安装有制冷系统60,制冷系统产生的冷气通过风道30供应给制冷间室20。冰箱还包括风机组件40和杀菌除味模块50,风机组件40和杀菌除味模块50均安装在制冷间室20的内部,箱体10内壁上可设置收容槽用于安装风机组件40。杀菌除味模块50可拆卸的安装在风机组件40的出风路径上,即风机组件40能够带动制冷间室20内气流循环,并带动气流流经杀菌除味模块50以对箱体10内的制冷间室20进行杀菌除味。杀菌除味模块50直接安装在制冷间室20内部,便于用户更换。
具体的,参见图3,风机组件40包括机座41和风扇42,机座41上设置有容纳部用于容纳风扇42,风扇42置于容纳部中。风机组件40可拆卸的安装在箱体10内壁上,具体的,可以使用螺栓等紧固件直接安装在箱体10内壁上。杀菌除味模块50直接安装在风机组件40上,可以使用卡扣、紧固件等于机座41可拆卸的连接,用户可选择性的更换杀菌除味模块50和/或风机组件40,以保证杀菌除味模块50的有效性。
当然,参考图4,可实施的,风机组件40和杀菌除味模块50可以分别安装在箱体10的两个壁面上,且风机组件40安装于制冷间室20的上部,从而能够更好的带动箱体10内气流流动,提升杀菌除味效果。
具体的,风机组件40和杀菌除味模块50安装在冰箱相互垂直的两个侧壁上,杀菌除味模块50可拆卸的安装在冰箱的顶壁面,风机组件40安装在与顶壁垂直的侧壁上,且风扇42的旋转轴线经过杀菌除味模块50,以保证带动冰箱内气流流经杀菌除味模块50,增强杀菌除味效果。杀菌除味模块50通过螺栓等紧固件安装在箱体10内壁上以便于用户更换新的杀菌除味模块50,保证杀菌除味模块50持续有效。
杀菌除味模块50呈立体栅格状,以保证制冷间室20内立体流经杀菌除味模块50,杀菌除味模块50可以由活性炭、分子筛和硅胶中的一种或几种制成。

Claims (8)
1.一种冰箱,包括:
箱体,其内形成制冷间室;
风道,设置于所述制冷间室的一侧,具有进风风道和回风风道,所述进风风道包括与所述制冷间室连通的进风口,所述回风风道具有与所述制冷间室连通的回风口;
制冷系统,设置于所述箱体内用于产生冷气,所述冷气通过所述进风风道供应给所述制冷间室,并通过所述回风风道返回到所述制冷系统;
其特征在于,还包括杀菌除味模块以及风机组件,所述杀菌除味模块和所述风机组件均安装于所述制冷间室内,所述杀菌除味模块可拆卸的置于所述风机组件的出风路径上。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括机座以及风扇,所述机座中设置有容纳部,所述风扇置于所述容纳部中。
3.如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括机座以及风扇,所述杀菌除味模块安装于所述机座上,所述风机组件可拆卸的安装于所述箱体内壁面。
4.如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述风机组件和所述杀菌除味模块分别安装于所述箱体的两个壁面,所述风机组件安装于所述制冰间室的上部。
5.如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述杀菌除味模块安装于所述箱体的顶壁面,所述风机组件安装于与所述顶壁面垂直的侧壁面,所述风扇的旋转轴线经过所述杀菌除味模块。
6.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述杀菌除味模块呈立体栅格状。
7.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述杀菌除味模块或所述风机组件通过紧固件连接于所述箱体。
8.如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述杀菌除味模块由活性炭、分子筛和硅胶中的一种或几种制成。
