Abstract

本发明揭示了高强度复合膜及其制备工艺,高强度复合膜包括中间基层,中间基层的至少一侧设有IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层,IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层与中间基层热压复合形成高强度复合膜,中间基层包括结构基,结构基与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层的复合面设有TPU柔性层,结构基与TPU柔性层共挤形成中间基层,制备时,中间基层共挤成膜控温后与预热IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层热复合一体。本发明采用中间基层与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层热复合成型,中间基层通过结构基与TPU柔性层共挤成型,使得高强度复合膜具备层结构稳定性,在进行热压成型托盘时,有效防止拉伸断裂和脱层,同时使得托盘具备承载缓冲、接触面保护、耐冲撞、耐腐蚀等特性。

Description

高强度复合膜及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及高强度复合膜及其制备工艺,属于热压成型膜材的技术领域。
背景技术
托盘是工业生产中涉及的一种运输载体,用于装载产品或工件进行运输运转,其一般具备多个装载位,装载位包括凸起或沉槽结构。托盘又包括单层托盘和叠层托盘,其中叠层托盘需要进行相配合设计,并且叠层时需要留有中间腔位,因此对叠层托盘的结构强度要求较高,传统采用ABS塑料或者PS塑料作为托盘基材。
而一些特殊产品例如化妆品等对托盘有特殊要求,其外表面具备精美涂层和耐氧化层,即要求对承载物的外表面进行保护,防止承载物外表面损伤,一般外表面损伤包括摩擦损伤和静电损伤,传统方式采用喷涂或贴覆柔性保护层的方式,一方面增加了制作成本,另一方面对环保存在影响,且托盘的耐用性较差,影响托盘的重复使用寿命。现有技术中存在一种复合PE膜层的托盘基膜,通过PE层实现接触保护,但是该托盘基膜在热压过程中容易出现PE膜撕裂等现象,另外其对承载物外表面的保护非常有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,针对传统托盘基材抗热压拉伸性能较差且表面接触保护不足的问题,提出高强度复合膜及其制备工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
高强度复合膜,包括中间基层,所述中间基层的至少一侧设有IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层,所述IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层与所述中间基层热压复合形成所述高强度复合膜,
所述中间基层包括结构基,所述结构基与所述IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层的复合面设有TPU柔性层,所述结构基与所述TPU柔性层共挤形成所述中间基层。
优选地,所述结构基包括中层、及位于所述中层两侧的次层,
所述中层、次层、及至少一侧所述TPU柔性层共挤形成所述中间基层。
优选地,所述中间基层由PP、TPU、GPPS、EPS、LDPE原料颗粒组合共挤吹塑复合,所述中层按照质量比包括10份PP、2~3份GPPS;
所述次层按照质量比包括10份EPS、1~1.5份GPPS、及1~2份LDPE;
所述TPU柔性层为TPU颗粒。
优选地,所述IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层的厚度为0.5~3mm,发泡倍率为17~20,硬度为55±8,横纵向断裂伸长率≥225%。
本发明还提出了高强度复合膜的其制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1选材,取厚度为1.8~2.2mm,发泡倍率为17~20,硬度为55±8,横纵向断裂伸长率≥225%的IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层,选择PP、TPU、GPPS、EPS、LDPE原料颗粒,并根据中层和次层进行称重;
S2中间基层共挤,通过高温共挤设备进行吹膜成型,形成中间基层;
S3热复合,对IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层进行预热,预热温度为60±5℃,对中间基层进行控温,温度为130±5℃,通过辊压复合设备对IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层与中间基层进行热复合。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1.采用中间基层与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层热复合成型,中间基层通过结构基与TPU柔性层共挤成型,使得高强度复合膜具备层结构稳定性,在进行热压成型托盘时,有效防止拉伸断裂和脱层,同时使得托盘具备承载缓冲、接触面保护、耐冲撞、耐腐蚀等特性。
2.通过结构基层状调配能满足与TPU柔性层的结合力需求,同时采用适宜地热复合工艺,满足结构基层、TPU柔性层及IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层三者地稳定结合,尤其是在后续热压成型托盘时,能使得内应力均匀。

具体实施方式
本发明提供高强度复合膜及其制备工艺。以下结合附图对本发明技术方案进行详细描述,以使其更易于理解和掌握。
高强度复合膜,如图1和图2所示,包括中间基层1,中间基层1的至少一侧设有IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2,IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2与中间基层1热压复合形成高强度复合膜。
中间基层1包括结构基3,结构基3与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2的复合面设有TPU柔性层4,结构基3与TPU柔性层4共挤形成所述中间基层。
实施例一如图1所示,其包括中间基层1和单侧IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2,中间基层1的结构基3与单侧IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2之间具备TPU柔性层4,该实施例主要用于两层复合类托盘,两层高强度复合膜的结构基3相对,满足粘合复合需求。亦可用于单层托盘成型,其结构基3本身亦具备耐磨等特性。
实施例二如图2所示,其包括中间基层1和两侧IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2,其主要用于单层托盘成型,两侧IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2均提供表面保护。
具体地实现过程及原理说明:
IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2具备密集泡层,并且IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2具备较优地抗断裂拉伸性,具备抗腐蚀、电绝缘等优良特性,能满足接触保护及外表面保护作用,延长制品使用寿命。
中间基层1中的结构基3作为结构支撑也具备热压成型拉伸特点,TPU柔性层4作为缓冲支撑,能辅助IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2实现柔性支撑,即位于结构基3与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2。
具体地说明,传统地托盘基材膜采用结构基进行热压成型,结构基一般为单层PP、PS等材料基层,其具备热压延展性,能形成各式各样的托盘形体,但是其与承载物的接触面无保护,容易对产品表面产生损伤。
本案中采用中间基层1与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2的复合结构,能很好的改善此情况,开发过程中,出现了一些问题:结构基3与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2直接热复合时,IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2容易出现鼓泡等情况,且两者存在一定地热膨胀应力影响,容易造成IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2均匀性差异;结构基3和TPU柔性层4相热复合时,TPU柔性层4容易出现热压时的拉伸断裂及脱层现象。
针对上述情况,申请人对结构基3进行改造,采用结构基3与TPU柔性层4的共挤成型,从而制得中间基层1,如此能使得结构基3与TPU柔性层4复合结构稳定,同时,通过TPU柔性层与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2之间的热复合,利用IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2的抗断裂拉伸特性,使得TPU柔性层局部应力得到释放,不易产生复合膜的拉伸断裂,同时,TPU柔性层与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2之间结合力可靠稳定,TPU柔性层亦能消除结构基3与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2之间的应力差,满足热压形变需求,TPU柔性层提供较为可靠地弹性缓冲支撑,IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2提供表面接触保护及耐腐蚀等特性。
在一个具体实施例中,结构基3包括中层31、及位于中层31两侧的次层32,中层31、次层32、及至少一侧TPU柔性层4共挤形成中间基层1。
具体地,中间基层由PP、TPU、GPPS、EPS、LDPE原料颗粒组合共挤吹塑复合,中层按照质量比包括10份PP、2~3份GPPS;次层按照质量比包括10份EPS、1~1.5份GPPS、及1~2份LDPE;TPU柔性层为TPU颗粒。
对该实施例进行细化说明:
中层包括PP颗粒和GPPS颗粒,两者比例为10:2~3,PP颗粒和GPPS颗粒共混形成的基体具备非常可靠地结构强度和抗疲劳性,其为复合膜的主体结构支撑。
次层包括EPS颗粒、GPPS颗粒、及LDPE颗粒,其中EPS颗粒和GPPS颗粒能形成针对中层的外侧结构补强,同时采用了LDPE颗粒,其能提供一定地外表面保护和粘结作用,满足次层与TPU柔性层之间共挤结合强度,通过合理比例调配,能兼容粘结力、结构补强和耐磨性能。满足高强度复合膜成型需求。
在一个具体实施例中,IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2的厚度为0.5~3mm,发泡倍率为17~20,硬度为55±8,横纵向断裂伸长率≥225%。
即满足作为复合基层的特性需求,发泡较为密集,且横纵向断裂伸长率≥225%,在高强度复合膜进行托盘制作热压过程中,能保持发泡层特性,同时防止热压形变开裂,其硬度满足外表面强度需求,防硬性碰撞损伤。
对本案高强度复合膜的其制备工艺进行细化说明,其包括如下步骤:
S1选材,取厚度为1.8~2.2mm,发泡倍率为17~20,硬度为55±8,横纵向断裂伸长率≥225%的IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层,选择PP、TPU、GPPS、EPS、LDPE原料颗粒,并根据中层和次层进行称重;
S2中间基层共挤,通过高温共挤设备进行吹膜成型,形成中间基层;
S3热复合,对IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层进行预热,预热温度为60±5℃,对中间基层进行控温,温度为130±5℃,通过辊压复合设备对IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层与中间基层进行热复合。
具体地说明,IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2可以为成品膜或者在线制作,中间基层需要在线共挤,在进行研发制备过程中,当中间基层共挤冷却回温后进行复合,无法满足IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层2与中间基层1的复合及后续热压均匀性需求。
进行制备时,对PP、TPU、GPPS、EPS、LDPE原料颗粒进行称重,按照层级向高温共挤设备中投入原理,通过各层挤出成型中间基层,并且中间基层共挤膜进行出炉温控,维持130±5℃,控温前中间基层不能低于80℃,并且辊温亦控制在130±5℃,再与60±5℃的IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层进行热复合,制得本案高强度复合膜。
通过以上描述可以发现,本发明高强度复合膜及其制备工艺,采用中间基层与IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层热复合成型,中间基层通过结构基与TPU柔性层共挤成型,使得高强度复合膜具备层结构稳定性,在进行热压成型托盘时,有效防止拉伸断裂和脱层,同时使得托盘具备承载缓冲、接触面保护、耐冲撞、耐腐蚀等特性。通过结构基层状调配能满足与TPU柔性层的结合力需求,同时采用适宜地热复合工艺,满足结构基层、TPU柔性层及IXPE辐射交联聚乙烯发泡层三者地稳定结合,尤其是在后续热压成型托盘时,能使得内应力均匀。

所述结构基包括中层、及位于所述中层两侧的次层,
所述中层、次层及至少一侧所述TPU柔性层共挤形成所述中间基层;
所述中间基层由PP、TPU、GPPS、EPS、LDPE原料颗粒组合共挤吹塑复合,
所述中层按照质量比包括10份PP、2~3份GPPS;
所述次层按照质量比包括10份EPS、1~1.5份GPPS、及1~2份LDPE;
所述TPU柔性层为TPU颗粒。
