Claims (8)

1. A lamp bead component conveying and transferring mechanism capable of visually detecting comprises a rack (1) and a conveying groove (2) arranged at the bottom of the rack (1), and is characterized in that a conveying device used for conveying a lamp bead component (5) is arranged at the bottom of the conveying groove (2), a blocking block (4) is arranged at the tail of the conveying groove (2), a CCD detector (9) and a transferring device (7) are sequentially arranged at the upper part of the rack (1), the transferring device (7) comprises a transferring movable device arranged at the upper part of the rack (1) and a transferring clamp holder (29) arranged below the transferring movable device, the transferring clamp holder (29) comprises a transferring clamping sleeve (31) connected with the transferring movable device, communicated transferring air holes (33) are formed in four inner walls of the transferring clamping sleeve (31), and a transferring air bag (34) is arranged in the transferring air hole (33), the conveying air bag (34) is connected with a conveying sealing block (35), a conveying air hole (33) is communicated with a first air passage (36) formed in the conveying clamping sleeve (31), the first air passage (36) is connected with an air charging and discharging assembly, the conveying air bag (34) can enable the conveying sealing block (35) to be in sealing fit with the side face of the lamp bead (11) after being unfolded, a conveying suction disc (32) matched with the upper surface of the lamp bead (11) is arranged below the upper plate of the conveying clamping sleeve (31), and an air pump (37) capable of enabling the conveying clamping sleeve (31) to be communicated with the inside and the outside is embedded in the upper plate of the conveying clamping sleeve (31).

The lamp bead component conveying and transferring mechanism capable of visual detection according to claim 1, wherein a second air passage (38) communicated with the first air passage (36) is formed in the upper plate of the transferring clamping sleeve (31), the second air passage (38) is communicated with the air pump (37), the upper end of the first air passage (36) is open, and an air passage blocking block (39) is matched with the upper end of the first air passage (36).

The conveying and transferring mechanism for the visually detectable lamp bead assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transferring movable device comprises a transferring motor (21) arranged at the upper part of the frame (1), the output shaft of the transferring motor (21) is vertically downward, the output shaft of the transferring motor (21) is connected with a transferring turntable (22), two transferring lifting cylinder groups with a phase difference of 180 degrees are arranged below the transferring turntable (22), each transferring lifting cylinder group consists of not less than two transferring lifting cylinders (28), and the transferring clamping sleeve (31) is connected with a cylinder push rod of the transferring lifting cylinder group; the part of the output shaft of the transfer motor, which penetrates through the transfer turntable (22), is a threaded rod, a turntable supporting block (23) is in threaded fit, and the upper surface of the turntable supporting block (23) is in contact fit with the transfer turntable (22).

The lamp bead component conveying and transferring mechanism capable of visually detecting according to claim 3, wherein two vertically-oriented turntable limiting rods (24) are arranged on two sides of the transferring motor (21) on the rack (1), the transferring turntable (22) is provided with a first limiting matching groove (26) and a second limiting matching groove (27) which are matched with the two turntable limiting rods (24) respectively, the lower end of the turntable limiting rod (24) penetrating through the transferring turntable (22) is a threaded rod, the lower end is sleeved with a limiting support block (25) in a threaded manner, and the upper surface of the limiting support block (25) is in contact fit with the transferring turntable (22).

The conveying and transferring mechanism for the lamp bead assemblies capable of visual detection according to claim 1, wherein a detection device (6) matched with the lamp bead assemblies (5) in the conveying trough (2) is further arranged at the upper part of the rack (1), the detection device (6) comprises a detection lifting cylinder (42) arranged on the rack (1), a detection lifting block (43) is connected below the detection lifting cylinder (42), a detection contact sensing screen (45) is embedded into the lower surface of the detection lifting block (43), the size of the detection contact sensing screen (45) is larger than that of the upper surface of the lamp beads (11), and the detection contact sensing screen (45) can generate picture information of a contact sensing area and transfer the picture information to a picture processing module.

The conveying and transferring mechanism for the lamp bead assembly capable of visual inspection according to claim 5, characterized in that the lower surface of the inspection lifting block (43) is provided with an inspection pressure sensor (46) at the left and right side of the inspection contact sensing screen (45), and the lower part of the inspection pressure sensor (46) is connected with an inspection column (48) capable of being inserted into the conveying groove (2) through an inspection spring (47).

The visually detectable bead assembly transport and transfer mechanism of claim 6, it is characterized in that the lower surface of the detection lifting block (43) is provided with an upper pressing block (50) which is tangentially matched with the rubber sleeve (13) at the front side and the rear side of the detection contact induction screen (45), a lower pressing block jacking cylinder (51) in a vertical direction is arranged at the lower part of the frame (1), the upper part of the lower pressing block jacking cylinder (51) is connected with a lower pressing block (52) matched with the upper pressing block (50), the part of the upper pressing block (50) matched with the electric wire (12) which exceeds the rubber sleeve (13) is provided with a wire pressing sheet (54), the part of the lower pressing block (52) which is matched with the electric wire (12) which exceeds the rubber sleeve (13) is provided with an electric contact piece (53), the electric contact piece is electrically communicated with the power supply assembly, and the power supply assembly is electrically communicated with the circuit on-off detector.

The conveying and transferring mechanism for the lamp bead assemblies capable of visual detection according to claim 5, wherein a detection mounting frame (41) is further arranged at the upper part of the rack (1), the main body part of the detection lifting cylinder (42) is mounted in the detection mounting frame (41), a cylinder push rod penetrates out of the detection mounting frame (41), a detection lifting guide rod (44) in a vertical direction is arranged on the detection lifting block (43), and the upper part of the detection lifting guide rod (44) penetrates through the lower bottom plate of the detection lifting frame (41).
