The driving motor 221 of the power member 22 is driven by the connecting bearing 2312 of the first lifting positioning set 231 to drive the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod moves up and down under the constraint of the hollow bearing, each lifting positioning set is linked by the synchronous belt set, and the power member drives the first lifting positioning set to move up and down and drives other lifting positioning sets to move together. When the driving motor 221 rotates forwards, the screw rod moves downwards under the restraint of the hollow bearing, and then the positioning column 2314 is driven to move downwards, and the positioning column 2314 is inserted into a connecting hole of the tablet computer rear cover to position the tablet computer rear cover; when the driving motor 221 rotates reversely, the screw rod moves upwards under the constraint of the hollow bearing, and then the positioning column 2314 is driven to move upwards, so that the positioning column 2314 is retracted from the connecting hole of the tablet computer rear cover. Further, positioning post 2314 may be a needle bearing. The drive motor 221 selected in this embodiment may be a JSCC60ys180 motor, and the coupler 225 is a CPJCK coupler.
The jacking member 24 is arranged below the supporting cross plate 212, the jacking member 24 comprises a jacking fixing seat 241, a jacking air cylinder 242 and a detection plate 243, the jacking fixing seat 241 is fixed on the workbench 1, the jacking air cylinder 242 is arranged on the jacking fixing seat 241, and the bottom of the detection plate 243 is arranged at the movable end of the jacking air cylinder 242; a flatness detection assembly is arranged on the side edge of the detection plate 243, the flatness detection assembly comprises a small angle sensor 244 and a processing device, the small angle sensor 244 is arranged on one side edge of the detection plate 243, and the small angle sensor 244 and the processing device are connected through a connecting wire. A pressure value is preset in the electric control system, when the transmission component 12 transmits the detected rear cover to the station, the photoelectric sensor senses the incoming material and transmits a signal to the electric control system, the electric control system controls the flatness detection device 2 to move, the driving motor 221 of the flatness detection device 2 operates, the driving motor 221 rotates forwards, the screw rod moves downwards under the constraint of the hollow bearing, then the positioning column 2314 is driven to move downwards, and the positioning column 2314 is inserted into a connecting hole of the rear cover of the tablet personal computer to position the rear cover; then, the jacking member 24 operates, the jacking cylinder 242 drives the detection plate 243 to move upwards, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value reaches a preset value, a signal is transmitted to the electric control system, the electric control system controls the jacking cylinder 242 to stop rising, at the moment, the upper side surface of the tablet computer rear cover is abutted against the thrust plate 213 arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting transverse plate 212, and at the moment, the flatness detection assembly on the side edge of the detection plate 243 detects the flatness of the outer surface of the tablet computer rear cover; meanwhile, the telescopic cylinder 251 of the upper flatness detection component drives the upper detection plate 252 to move downwards to be abutted against the inner surface of the tablet computer rear cover, and the flatness of the inner surface of the tablet computer rear cover is detected through an upper plane detection component 253 on the side edge of the upper detection plate 252; after the detection is completed, the telescopic cylinder 251 of the upper flatness detection member drives the upper detection plate 252 to move upwards for resetting, and the jacking cylinder 242 drives the detection plate 243 to move downwards for resetting to wait for the next work.
