本发明公开了一种碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法,包括如下步骤:1)把上模、下模分别固定在油压设备的上滑块、下工作台上,将两块碳纤维布分别铺覆在上模型腔和下模型腔上,使得碳纤维完全吸附在上模型腔和上模型腔上;2)对上模型腔和下模型腔预热;3)然后油压设备上滑块推动上模向着下模移动,在上模导料板和下模导向槽的作用下向下运动到固定位置,然后对上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙抽真空,并对上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙浇注树脂材料;4)通过油压设备的上滑块推动上模向下,对零件压铸成型。本发明工艺简单,一步成型到位,省去了剪版,冲压,成型等步骤,降低了生产成本,大大的增强了产品的机械性能,减轻了同等厚度工件的密度。

技术领域
本发明属于碳纤维型材成型技术领域,具体涉及一种碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法。
背景技术
目前,国内外在使用性能优异、轻质高强度的复合材料来实现汽车轻量化方面取得了显著成果,碳纤维复合材料具有轻质化特性并由足够的强度和刚度,是制造航空飞机,汽车车身和底盘等主要结构的最轻材料。目前,符合材料大都采用钢铁,减重效果有限,且符合板的制造一般先将零件成型后,再进行浇注,工序繁杂,成本高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种操作方便,能将零件一步成型到位,省去了剪板,冲压,成型等多个步骤,降低了生产成本,大大的增强了产品的机械性能的碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法,其采用的压制成型模具包括开有气孔和浇注孔的上模型腔、设有导向板的上模座、开有气孔的下模型腔、具有导向槽的下模座;上模型腔和上模座固定连接构成上模,下模型腔和下模座固定连接构成下模;
包括如下步骤:
1)把上模固定在油压设备上滑块上,下模固定在油压设备下工作台上,剪裁两块碳纤维布,将两块碳纤维布分别铺覆在上模型腔和下模型腔上,然后再用两真空硅胶袋分别对上模型腔和下模型腔上包覆密封,分别对上模型腔和下模型腔上的气孔抽真空,使得碳纤维完全吸附在上模型腔和上模型腔上;
2)对上模型腔和下模型腔预热;
3)然后油压设备上滑块推动上模向着下模移动,在上模导料板和下模导向槽的作用下向下运动到固定位置,然后对上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙抽真空,并后对上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙浇注树脂材料,使上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙注满树脂材料;
4)通过油压设备的上滑块推动上模向下,对零件压铸成型。
上述的碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法中,步骤4)中,油压设备对零件施加的压强为:12-15MPa 保压60S-120S,使产品成型稳固。
上述的碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法中,步骤2)中,用机械手夹持红外线灯预热装置对上模型腔和下模型腔预热。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明工艺简单,一步成型到位,省去了剪版,冲压,成型等多个步骤,降低了生产成本,大大的增强了产品的机械性能,减轻了同等厚度工件的密度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1、2所示,本发明采用的压制成型模具包括开有气孔和浇注孔的上模型腔102、设有导向板的上模座101、开有气孔的下模型腔103、具有导向槽的下模座104;上模型腔102和上模座固101定连接构成上模,下模型腔103和下模座104固定连接构成下模;
本发明包括如下步骤:
1)把上模固定在油压设备上滑块上,下模固定在油压设备下工作台上,剪裁两块碳纤维布,将两块碳纤维布分别铺覆在上模型腔和下模型腔上,然后再用两真空硅胶袋分别对上模型腔和下模型腔上包覆密封,分别对上模型腔和下模型腔上的气孔抽真空,使得碳纤维完全吸附在上模型腔和上模型腔上;
2)用机械手105夹持红外线灯预热装置106对上模型腔和下模型腔预热;
3)然后油压设备上滑块推动上模向着下模移动,在上模导料板和下模导向槽的作用下向下运动到固定位置,然后对上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙抽真空,并后对上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙浇注树脂材料,使上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙注满树脂材料;
4)通过油压设备的上滑块推动上模向下,对零件压铸成型,油压设备对零件施加的压强为:12-15MPa 保压60s-120s。

Claims (3)

1.一种碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法,其采用的压制成型模具包括开有气孔和浇注孔的上模型腔、装有导向板的上模座、开有气孔的下模型腔、加工好导向槽的下模座;上模型腔和上模座固定连接构成上模,下模型腔和下模座固定连接构成下模;
包括如下步骤:
1)把上模固定在油压设备上滑块上,下模固定在油压设备下工作台上,剪裁两块碳纤维布,将两块碳纤维布分别铺覆在上模型腔和下模型腔上,然后再用两真空硅胶袋分别对上模型腔和下模型腔上包覆密封,分别对上模型腔和下模型腔上的气孔抽真空,使得碳纤维完全吸附在上模型腔和上模型腔上;
2)对上模型腔和下模型腔预热;
3)然后油压设备上滑块推动上模向着下模移动,在上模导料板和下模导向槽的作用下向下运动到固定位置,然后对上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙抽真空,并后对上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙浇注树脂材料,使上模型腔和下模型腔围成的腔隙注满树脂材料;
4)通过油压设备的上滑块推动上模向下,对零件压铸成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法,步骤4)中,油压设备对零件施加的压强为:12-15MPa 保压60S-120S,使产品成型稳固。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤汽车底盘件压制成型方法,步骤2)中,用机械手夹持红外线灯预热装置对上模型腔和下模型腔预热。
