本发明涉及一种切块设备,尤其涉及一种菠萝自动切块设备。本发明提供一种既能够对菠萝进行去芯,又能够将菠萝切成小块的菠萝自动切块设备。本发明提供了这样一种菠萝自动切块设备,包括:底座,其上连接有支撑架;切片机构,支撑架上设有切片机构;切块机构,底座与支撑架之间设有切块机构;拉动机构,切块机构上设有拉动机构。本发明通过切片机构能够对菠萝进行切块,且切片机构能够对菠萝进行去芯,切片机构能够带动旋转机构工作,旋转机构能够带动切块机构工作,切块机构工作能够再次对菠萝进行切块,能够将菠萝切成小块,通过拉动机构和滑板能够便于对菠萝块进行收集,能够使菠萝块与菠萝芯分离。

背景技术
为了方便食用菠萝,一般需要将菠萝切成片,然后进行盐水浸泡,经检索,公开号为:CN109079865A的专利,公开了一种菠萝切片机,与现有技术相比,该菠萝切片机采用在菠萝放置旋转架上设置八个菠萝放置孔,菠萝放置孔放置菠萝,然后由菠萝放置旋转架旋转,使刀片穿过切缝将菠萝放置孔内的菠萝切成片,再从菠萝放置孔掉落下去,从出料斗出料,其具有结构简单、安全可靠、故障率低、使用方便、切片快速高效等优点,尤其适用于小型加工厂或者进行小批量生产和试产,该专利虽然能够对菠萝进行切片,但是该专利不能够对菠萝进行去芯,且该专利只能够将菠萝切成大块,不能够将菠萝切成小块。
如何设计一种既能够对菠萝进行去芯,又能够将菠萝切成小块的菠萝自动切块设备,成为目前要解决的问题。
发明内容
(1)要解决的技术问题
本发明为了克服上述专利不能够对菠萝进行去芯,且该专利只能够将菠萝切成大块,不能够将菠萝切成小块的缺点,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种既能够对菠萝进行去芯,又能够将菠萝切成小块的菠萝自动切块设备。
(2)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种菠萝自动切块设备,包括:底座,其上连接有支撑架;切片机构,支撑架上设有切片机构;切块机构,底座与支撑架之间设有切块机构;拉动机构,切块机构上设有拉动机构。
优选地,切片机构包括:支撑板,支撑架端部连接有支撑板;支撑块,支撑板上部连接有支撑块;气缸,支撑块上安装有气缸;推板,气缸的伸缩杆上连接有推板;弧形挡板,支撑板下部对称连接有弧形挡板,弧形挡板与推板滑动配合;第一支撑杆,弧形挡板内壁两侧的下部均连接有第一支撑杆;第一切刀,第一支撑杆之间连接有第一切刀。
优选地,切块机构包括:L型支撑杆,底座上两侧均连接有L型支撑杆;固定套,L型支撑杆之间连接有固定套;固定桶,支撑架上部连接有固定桶;圆管,固定套内转动式连接有圆管,圆管位于固定桶内;第二切刀,圆管上连接有第二切刀;第一挡板,固定桶内连接有多个第一挡板,第一挡板与第二切刀配合。
优选地,拉动机构包括:滑套,L型支撑杆上均滑动式连接有滑套;第二挡板,滑套上连接有第二挡板,第二挡板与固定桶配合;把手,第二挡板上连接有把手;弹簧,滑套与L型支撑杆之间连接有弹簧。

1、通过切片机构能够对菠萝进行切块,且切片机构能够对菠萝进行去芯。
2、切片机构能够带动旋转机构工作,旋转机构能够带动切块机构工作,切块机构工作能够再次对菠萝进行切块,能够将菠萝切成小块,从而达到了既能够对菠萝进行去芯,又能够将菠萝切成小块的效果。
3、通过拉动机构和滑板能够便于对菠萝块进行收集,能够使菠萝块与菠萝芯分离。

一种菠萝自动切块设备,如图1至图5所示,包括有底座1、支撑架2、切片机构3、切块机构4和拉动机构5,底座1顶部后侧连接有支撑架2,支撑架2上设有切片机构3,底座1与支撑架2之间设有切块机构4,切块机构4上设有拉动机构5。
切片机构3包括有支撑板31、支撑块32、气缸33、推板34、弧形挡板35、第一支撑杆36和第一切刀37,支撑架2顶部连接有支撑板31,支撑板31前侧面上部连接有支撑块32,支撑块32底部安装有气缸33,气缸33的伸缩杆上连接有推板34,支撑板31前侧面下部对称连接有弧形挡板35,弧形挡板35与推板34滑动配合,弧形挡板35内壁左右两侧的下部均连接有第一支撑杆36,两个第一支撑杆36之间连接有第一切刀37。
切块机构4包括有L型支撑杆41、固定套42、圆管43、第二切刀44、固定桶45和第一挡板46,底座1顶部的左右两侧均连接有L型支撑杆41,两个L型支撑杆41之间连接有固定套42,支撑架2上部连接有固定桶45,固定套42内转动式连接有圆管43,圆管43位于固定桶45内,圆管43上连接有第二切刀44,固定桶45内连接有多个第一挡板46,第一挡板46与第二切刀44配合。
拉动机构5包括有滑套51、第二挡板52、把手53和弹簧54,L型支撑杆41上均滑动式连接有滑套51,滑套51上连接有第二挡板52,第二挡板52与固定桶45配合,第二挡板52外侧面连接有把手53,滑套51与L型支撑杆41之间连接有弹簧54。
当要对菠萝进行切片时,可使用本设备,首先将菠萝放在第一切刀37上,再控制气缸33使推板34向下移动,推板34向下移动推动菠萝向下移动,通过第一切刀37能够对向下移动的菠萝进行切块,且通过第一切刀37能够对向下移动的菠萝进行去芯,菠萝芯随之经圆管43掉落,如此能够对菠萝芯和菠萝块进行分离,菠萝块随之进入固定桶45内,且菠萝块位于第一挡板46之间,当推板34向下移动至极限时,可控制气缸33使推板34向上移动复位,此时,可人工手动转动圆管43,圆管43转动带动第二切刀44转动,第二切刀44转动能够对菠萝再次切块,从而能够将菠萝切成小块,菠萝切块完成后,可向外拉动把手53使第二挡板52向外移动,弹簧54随之压缩,固定桶45内的菠萝块随之落下,此刻即可对菠萝块进行收集,收集工作完成后,松开把手53,在弹簧54的作用下,能够使第二挡板52向内移动复位重新将固定桶45堵住,重复上述操作,能够重复进行菠萝切块工作,当切块工作完成后,关闭气缸33即可,如此本设备通过切片机构3能够对菠萝进行切块,且切片机构3能够对菠萝进行去芯,通过切块机构4能够再次对菠萝进行切块,能够将菠萝切成小块,从而达到了既能够对菠萝进行去芯,又能够将菠萝切成小块的效果。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图1所示,还包括有滑板6,两个L型支撑杆41的内侧面之间连接有滑板6,圆管43底部贯穿滑板6。
可在滑板6的前下方放置一个收集容器,菠萝块随之经滑板6滑落至收集容器内,如此能够更好的对菠萝块进行收集,能够更好的使菠萝块与菠萝芯分离。
如图6所示,还包括有旋转机构7,旋转机构7包括有第二支撑杆71、齿条72、第一转杆73、单向离合器74、第二转杆75、齿轮组件76和皮带轮组件77,推板34后侧面连接有第二支撑杆71,第二支撑杆71与支撑板31滑动式连接,第二支撑杆71后端连接有齿条72,支撑架2上部转动式连接有第一转杆73,第一转杆73上连接有单向离合器74,支撑架2上转动式连接有第二转杆75,第二转杆75位于第一转杆73下侧,第一转杆73、单向离合器74和第二转杆75之间连接有齿轮组件76,第二转杆75与圆管43之间连接有皮带轮组件77。
推板34上下移动带动第二支撑杆71上下移动,第二支撑杆71上下移动带动齿条72上下移动,由于单向离合器74的作用,所以齿条72向下移动时第一转杆73不会转动,而齿条72向上移动时通过齿轮组件76能够使第一转杆73转动,第一转杆73转动通过齿轮组件76能够使第二转杆75转动,第二转杆75转动通过皮带轮组件77能够使圆管43转动,如此无需人工手动转动圆管43,从而能够省时省力。
