Description

Bacteriostatic no-wash hand sanitizer containing cold-extracted emblic leafflower fruit extract and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hand sanitizer, in particular to an antibacterial no-clean hand sanitizer containing a cold-extracted emblic leafflower fruit extract and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of processing of daily chemical products.
Background
With the increase of awareness of people on health and safety, people do not limit the consumption of the hand sanitizer in daily life to toilets and relational expressions any more, and the demand for portable and portable no-clean hand sanitizers becomes greater and greater. Meanwhile, the continuous rise of the consumption level ensures that people do not pay attention to the single decontamination capability of the hand sanitizer any more, but pay more attention to the cleaning agent with multiple functions, which has the concepts of functionality, skin feeling, natural sources of added raw materials and the like, and the cleaning agent is bound to be more favored by consumers. The traditional hand sanitizer consists of a cleaning agent, an emulsifier, a chelating agent, a viscosity control agent and the like. The bacteriostatic agent is mainly dependent on synthetic raw materials, and the synthetic bacteriostatic agent can cause potential threat to the body. In the process of re-extracting and purifying the functional components of the natural plants, the heating operation can cause the volatilization and the deterioration of the heat-sensitive components in the extract, not only the fragrance of the extract is influenced, but also important functional components disappear, and the added value of the product is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the natural plant bacteriostatic agent adopted by the traditional hand sanitizer has the problems of easy volatilization, easy deterioration and the like in the preparation process.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an antibacterial leave-on hand sanitizer containing an emblic extract, which is characterized in that raw materials comprise, by mass per thousand, alkyl glycoside Glucopon 600CSUP1-3 per thousand, glyceryl monostearate 4-8 per thousand, carboxymethyl chitosan 2-7 per thousand, ethanol 1-5 per thousand, glycerol 5-10 per thousand, coconut oil 1-5 per thousand, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose 1-6 per thousand, hydroxyethyl cellulose 2-4 per thousand, carbomer 1-3 per thousand, lauryl betaine 1-5 per thousand, cold-extracted emblic extract 20-80 per thousand, sodium hyaluronate 0.1-0.5 per thousand and the balance of deionized water.
