The invention discloses a washing-free bacteriostatic hand sanitizer containing navel orange essential oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the raw materials comprise: ethanol, glycerol, squalane, carbomer, kaempferol, essence, benzalkonium chloride, essential oil and deionized water. The essential oil in the formula is navel orange essential oil prepared by a physical squeezing method, the color is bright yellow and clear, and the smell is sweet orange fragrance. The citrus essential oil has good bacteriostatic action, and the essential oil prepared by a physical method has no chemical harmful components, and is safe and natural. The addition of the essential oil can enhance the bacteriostatic effect of the ethanol, and endow the product with fresh citrus fragrance, so that the bacteriostatic effect can be achieved to a certain extent, and the skin can be prevented from being irritated and damaged. The product does not need to be heated, and can be stirred at a constant speed by a digital display stirrer at room temperature, so that the process is simple and the cost is low.

step 1: putting 2% of carbomer and deionized water which are weighed according to a proportion into a clean container, uniformly stirring by using a digital display stirrer, then sequentially adding 50% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 9% of glycerol and 1.5% of squalane, and continuously stirring;
step 2: adding 0.2% of Kathon and 0.1% of benzalkonium chloride when the system is stirred uniformly, and continuing stirring for 15 min;
and step 3: and finally, adding 1% of essence and 3% of navel orange essential oil into the system, and uniformly stirring to obtain the no-clean bacteriostatic hand sanitizer containing the navel orange essential oil.
The formula of the no-clean hand sanitizer in the embodiment 1 has high ethanol content and better sterilization effect, can be quickly evaporated after being applied to hands, and is dry and non-sticky. The hand sanitizer can effectively sterilize and tighten skin.
