(2) Adding essence 0.3g to adjust specific fragrance, cooling to 35 deg.C, adding 1.0gpH regulator to adjust pH to 5.5-7;
(3) adding 0.5g of preservative, cooling and standing to obtain 100g of the deodorization hand sanitizer containing the beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsules.
The fishy smell removing hand sanitizer prepared in the examples 4 to 6 is subjected to stability investigation, physicochemical and microbial indexes, bacteriostatic ability test and fishy smell removing effect test.
Test 1: stability survey
2 parts of the deodorization hand sanitizer samples prepared in the examples 4 to 6 are respectively taken, each 100g of the deodorization hand sanitizer sample is respectively placed at the constant temperature of 40 +/-2 ℃ for 24 hours and at the constant temperature of-15 +/-2 ℃ for 24 hours, and the deodorization hand sanitizer sample is taken out and is restored to the room temperature of 25 ℃ for observation.
The fishy smell removing liquid soap samples prepared in detection examples 4-6 have no delamination, no discoloration phenomenon and no turbidity, and are the same as those before the test. Therefore, the product stability is satisfactory.
Test 2: testing related physicochemical indexes
The physical and chemical indexes of the deodorized liquid soap samples prepared in examples 4-6 were tested according to the relevant regulations in table 1 of GB19877.1-2005 (special liquid soap). The deodorized hand sanitizer samples prepared in examples 4-6 all satisfied arsenic (mg/kg in 1% solution As) of 0.1 or less and heavy metals (mg/kg in 1% solution As Pb) of 1 or less, and completely met the requirements.
The deodorized hand sanitizer samples prepared in examples 4-6 were tested for microbiological indicator according to the relevant provisions of table 2 in GB19877.1-2005 (specialty hand sanitizer). The total number of colonies of the deodorization hand sanitizer samples prepared in the embodiments 4 to 6 is less than or equal to 100cfu/g, and meets the requirement that the standard specification is less than or equal to 200 cfu/g; meanwhile, coliform bacteria are not detected, and the standard requirements are met.
Experiment 3, bacteriostatic ability test
The fishy smell removing hand sanitizer prepared in the examples 4-6 is detected according to the specification of table 2 in GB19877.1-2005 (Special hand sanitizer), and the bacteriostatic rates of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli are both more than 99%, and the requirements that the standard specification is more than or equal to 50% are completely met.
Experiment 4, fishy smell removing effect evaluation experiment
And (3) testing a sample: fishy smell removing hand sanitizer prepared in examples 4 to 6
The test method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing a fishbone crab shell enzyme hydrolysis stock solution. Collecting waste such as edible fish bone and crab shell → adding water and softening under high pressure → pulping and filtering → enzymolysis → hydrolyzing the stock solution. The stock solution has characteristic fishy smell of fish and crab.
Step two: selecting 60 consumers (half of men and women, and unlimited age), firstly soaking hands in the fishbone crab shell hydrolysis stock solution for 3 minutes, wherein the hands are all infected with fishy smell which can be obviously distinguished by the consumers; and after the hands naturally volatilize, carefully cleaning for 1 minute according to a scientific hand-washing principle by using the hand washing solutions prepared in the embodiments 4 to 6 respectively, and after the hands naturally volatilize again, evaluating the effect of removing the fishy smell of the hands by a consumer.
The results are shown in table 1 below:

As shown in Table 1, through volunteer tests of consumers, the fishy smell removing satisfaction rates of the fishy smell removing hand sanitizer prepared by the invention reach more than 90%, so that the product prepared by the invention can completely achieve the fishy smell removing effect which satisfies the consumers.

the thickening agent is one or a combination of more of cellulose thickening agent, carboxymethyl thickening agent, polyethylene glycol distearate or carbomer;
the pH regulator is one or a combination of citric acid, sodium citrate or triethanolamine; the preservative is one or the combination of two of isothiazolinone and phenoxyethanol.
5. The preparation method of the deodorization hand sanitizer containing the beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsule as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the mass percentage of claim 1, adding the beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsule into deionized water at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, stirring and fully dissolving;
(2) then adding a surfactant, an antibacterial agent and a thickening agent, stirring and fully dissolving; adding essence to modulate specific flavor, stirring and dissolving; adding a pH regulator to adjust the pH value of the system to 5.5-7 when the system is cooled to 25-35 ℃;
(3) adding a proper amount of preservative, cooling and standing to prepare the functional sterilizing disinfectant containing the beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsule.
6. The preparation method of the functional sterilizing and disinfecting liquid containing the beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsule according to claim 5, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the step (1), 5g of beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsules are added into 77.7g of deionized water at the temperature of 55 ℃, stirred and fully dissolved; then adding 15g of surfactant, 0.2g of antibacterial agent and 1.5g of thickening agent, stirring and fully dissolving; the stirring speed is 35-55 r/min;
in the step (2), 0.1g of essence is added to modulate the specific fragrance type, and the mixture is stirred and dissolved; when the system is cooled to 30 ℃, 0.3g of pH regulator is added to adjust the pH value of the system to 5.5-7;
and (3) adding 0.2g of preservative into the mixture, cooling and standing the mixture to prepare 100g of the functional sterilizing and disinfecting liquid containing the beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsules.
7. The method for preparing the beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsule according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing a proper amount of coriander essential oil, dissolving the coriander essential oil into a solvent to prepare a coriander essential oil solution, wherein the mass ratio of the coriander essential oil to the solvent is 1:1-3,
(2) dropwise adding into 3-10% beta-glucan solution at 35-65 deg.C under stirring, wherein the mass ratio of coriander essential oil solution to beta-glucan solution is 1: 6-25; homogenizing under high pressure of 15-30MPa for 40-85min to obtain beta-dextran emulsion containing coriander essential oil;
(3) and then carrying out spray drying, wherein the air inlet pressure is 5.0-6.5kg/cm2, the air inlet temperature is 165-185 ℃, the feeding temperature is 55-65 ℃, and the air outlet temperature is 75-85 ℃, so as to obtain white to light yellow powder, thus obtaining the beta-glucan-coriander essential oil microcapsule.
