Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hand sanitizer, in particular to an antibacterial no-clean hand sanitizer and a using method thereof.
Background
The hands have the most chance of contacting with external bacteria, viruses and dirt and are easy to be polluted, 80 ten thousand bacteria exist on a pair of unwashed hands, and the common hand sanitizer can only remove 80% of germs on the hands and cannot prevent the germs from hurting people.
The traditional solid toilet soap is easy to be contaminated by bacteria and dirt on hands in the using process and becomes a secondary pollution source. The no-clean hand sanitizer serving as a substitute product of the traditional hand sanitizer soap and the hand sanitizer has the characteristics of sterilization, low stimulation and avoidance of secondary pollution. Generally, the contact surface of the hand sanitizer with hands is only limited to the pump head of the hand sanitizer bottle when the hands are cleaned, so that secondary pollution can be effectively avoided. Meanwhile, the formula of the hand sanitizer is softer than that of the soap, the hand sanitizer has small stimulation to hands, and has good killing effect on pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans infected on common hands.
The liquid soap is adopted for washing hands, and after the liquid soap is used up, the residues are generally taken out by washing with water for many times, so that water resources are wasted.
At present, a plurality of washing-free hand washing solutions exist in the market, and the following problems exist after the hands are washed: 1. the hand sanitizer has poor bacteria inhibition effect, so that some bacteria still exist on the hand surface; 2. the hand sanitizer has poor absorption effect on hands, can remain on the hands, and has low comfort level.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bacteriostatic no-clean hand sanitizer and a use method thereof, which adopt propylene glycol with hygroscopicity and sodium laureth sulfate with biodegradability and low-temperature performance, so that the bacteriostatic no-clean hand sanitizer has better moisture absorption performance, can promote better absorption of the hand sanitizer, does not remain on the hand surface, does not make the hand surface feel sticky, and improves the comfort. In addition, the antibacterial no-clean hand sanitizer also adopts sodium chloride and methylisothiazolinone, can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi, mould and mould, has good effect of inhibiting the bacteria, can keep the hand clean, and can solve the problems in the background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the bacteriostatic no-clean hand sanitizer comprises the following raw material formula in parts by weight:
12-20 parts of propylene glycol, 4-8 parts of aloe extract, 8-16 parts of carbomer, 5-15 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 6-10 parts of sodium chloride, 4-8 parts of essence, 2-6 parts of methylisothiazolinone, 5-15 parts of glycerol, 12-20 parts of potassium sorbate and 8-16 parts of deionized water.
Further, the carbomer is one of polyacrylic acid or carboxyvinyl copolymer.
Further, the formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
14-18 parts of propylene glycol, 5-7 parts of aloe extract, 10-14 parts of carbomer, 8-12 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 7-9 parts of sodium chloride, 5-7 parts of essence, 3-5 parts of methylisothiazolinone, 8-12 parts of glycerol, 14-18 parts of potassium sorbate and 10-14 parts of deionized water.
Further, the formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
16 parts of propylene glycol, 6 parts of aloe extract, 12 parts of carbomer, 10 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 8 parts of sodium chloride, 6 parts of essence, 4 parts of methylisothiazolinone, 10 parts of glycerol, 16 parts of potassium sorbate and 12 parts of deionized water.
Propylene glycol, which is good in viscosity and hygroscopicity, is used as the moisture absorbent and solvent of the present invention.
Aloe vera extract is a colorless, transparent to brown, slightly viscous liquid that dries to a yellow fine powder. No smell or slightly peculiar smell. Has strong water replenishing performance.
Carbomer can reduce viscosity, and has antiinflammatory and antibacterial effects.
The sodium laureth sulfate has excellent biodegradability and low-temperature performance, and has high active matter content and no influence of water hardness.
Sodium chloride, topical sodium chloride has antiinflammatory and antibacterial effects.
Although the dosage of the essence is small, the essence is an indispensable important raw material in the cosmetics. The main function of fragrances in cosmetics is to generate a pleasant odour, masking the odour of the product matrix.
Methylisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone (MIT) are high-efficiency bactericides, heat-resistant aqueous preservatives, have good effects on inhibiting the growth of microorganisms and can inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi, molds and mildew.
Glycerin, colorless, transparent, odorless, viscous liquid, sweet taste, and hygroscopicity.
Potassium sorbate is an antibacterial preservative with high antibacterial activity.
Deionized water. The ion exchange resin is used for removing anions and cations in the pure water after the impurities in the form of ions are removed, so that the ion exchange column can be polluted to reduce the efficacy of the pure water, and the deionized water is easy to cause the propagation of bacteria after being stored.
Further, the preparation process of the antibacterial no-clean hand sanitizer is as follows:
adding deionized water into a kettle, stirring, adding propylene glycol, carbomer, sodium laureth sulfate, methylisothiazolinone, glycerol and potassium sorbate, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, dispersing until the mixture is uniform, and then continuously stirring or stopping the machine for about 40 minutes to dissolve the mixture into mucus; adding Aloe extract and water-soluble sodium chloride, and stirring to dissolve; adding essence, stirring, and bottling the antibacterial non-washing hand lotion.
The invention provides another technical scheme as follows: a method for using bacteriostatic no-wash liquid soap includes such steps as immersing both hands in clean water, putting 1ml of bacteriostatic no-wash liquid soap between palms, rubbing both hands together, kneading while holding the thumb of right hand, turning fingers to rub them together, putting them together, and putting them together.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the antibacterial type no-clean hand sanitizer adopts propylene glycol, aloe extract, carbomer, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium chloride, essence, methylisothiazolinone, glycerol, potassium sorbate and deionized water as raw materials, and the antibacterial type no-clean hand sanitizer has good moisture absorption performance, can promote good absorption of the hand sanitizer, cannot remain on the hand, cannot make the hand feel sticky and improves comfort due to the adoption of the propylene glycol with moisture absorption performance and the sodium laureth sulfate with biodegradability and low temperature performance. In addition, the antibacterial no-clean hand sanitizer also adopts sodium chloride and methylisothiazolinone, can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi, mold and mildew, has a good antibacterial effect, and can keep the hand clean.
