本发明公开了一种人参苏打水饮料。其特征在于:每1L苏打水饮料中包括以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢钠0.4‑2g,氯化钾4‑40mg,甜味剂40‑400mg,人参皂苷提取物20‑50mg,稳定剂1‑2g。其技术方案是:(1)原水经处理制成纯净水;(2)将配料预溶于纯净水中,完全溶解后纯净水定容、调配均匀;(3)灌装前,包装瓶进行消毒;(4)调配液经微孔过滤、紫外线杀菌后,注入二氧化碳并灌装。本发明制备的人参苏打水饮料是将人参皂苷提取物与苏打水结合,苏打水中的碱性成分能够提高机体缓冲乳酸的能力,人参皂苷成分可减少乳酸堆积、促进疲劳修复,制得的饮料具有提高机体耐力、助于快速消除疲劳感等功效,饮用口感清凉、爽口,是一种适用于运动、健身人群的新型饮品。

本发明公开了一种人参苏打水饮料,具有提高运动耐力,缓解机体疲劳感的功效,属于食品领域。
背景技术
2012年,卫生部将人参作为新资源食品,《吉林省人参管理办法》中明确表明“人参可以用于食品、药品、保健食品、食品添加剂等产品的生产”。人参具有大补元气、益智安神等功效,可通过抗氧自由基、调节能源物质、调节乳酸代谢等几个方面缓解体力疲劳。人参皂苷等功能物质可通过增加机体LDH活性,加速乳酸清除从而减少乳酸的堆积,促进疲劳的修复。人参皂苷在一定程度上可调节慢性疲劳机体的单胺类物质的紊乱,此外,还可增加肌球蛋白三磷酸腺苷酶的含量,在一定程度上缓解运动所致的疲劳。
苏打水作为一种新型饮品,呈弱碱性,在运动前饮用可增加机体碱储备,提高机体缓冲乳酸的能力,保持果糖磷酸激酶的活性,从而起到提高机体耐力的作用,降低运动时的疲劳感。在激烈运动后饮用,其能够与乳酸中和形成无机盐,并随汗液、尿液排出体外,从而减轻肌肉酸痛感,利于机体恢复疲劳。
本发明是将人参皂苷提取物与苏打水结合,研发的新型饮品,是一种碱性饮用水,可带走身体散发的热量,含气的激爽感有利于疲劳的恢复。本人参苏打水饮料口感甚佳,改变了人参的日常食用方式,突破传统人参及其制品不便于休闲食用的困局。以运动、健身人群及年轻消费者为受众,运动前饮用可提高机体耐力,运动后饮用有助于快速消除疲劳感,市场前景广阔。

本发明公开的人参苏打水饮料,是经纯净水制备、配料、杀菌、充气、灌装等工艺,将人参皂苷提取物与苏打水复合,制备的一种清凉、爽口,具有提高机体耐力、助于快速消除疲劳感等功效的新型饮品。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方法实现的:
一种人参苏打水饮料,其特征在于,每1L苏打水饮料中包括以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢钠0.4-2g,氯化钾4-40mg,甜味剂40-400mg,人参皂苷提取物20-50mg,稳定剂1-2g;
人参苏打水饮料的制备方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
A、纯净水制备:将原水依次经过初滤、活性炭过滤、微孔过滤、超滤、反渗透处理后,制成纯净水;
B、配料:将配料预溶于一定量纯净水中,完全溶解后纯净水定容、调配均匀;
C、包装消毒:灌装前,对包装瓶进行无菌水冲洗消毒、瓶盖用紫外线消毒;
D、杀菌、充气、灌装:调配液经微孔过滤、紫外线杀菌,注入二氧化碳后,灌装即可。
D中二氧化碳添加量为5-10g/L。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种人参苏打水饮料,每1L苏打水饮料中包括以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢钠1g,氯化钾10mg,安赛蜜100mg,人参皂苷提取物20mg,稳定剂1g。
该苏打水饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)设备清洗、消毒:将所用容器、设备用臭氧水冲洗3次;
(2)纯净水制备:将原水依次经过初滤、活性炭过滤、微孔过滤、超滤、反渗透处理后,制成纯净水;
(3)配料:将碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、安赛蜜、人参皂苷提取物、稳定剂预溶于200mL纯净水中,完全溶解后加入纯净水定容、调配均匀,制成调配液;
(4)包装消毒:灌装前,对包装瓶进行无菌水冲洗消毒、瓶盖用紫外线消毒;
(5)杀菌、充气、灌装:调配液经微孔过滤、紫外线杀菌、注入二氧化碳后,灌装即可。

1.一种人参苏打水饮料,其特征在于,每1L苏打水饮料中包括以下重量份的原料:碳酸氢钠0.4-2g,氯化钾4-40mg,甜味剂40-400mg,人参皂苷提取物20-50mg, 稳定剂1-2g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人参苏打水饮料的制备方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
A、纯净水制备:将原水依次经过初滤、活性炭过滤、微孔过滤、超滤、反渗透处理后,制成纯净水;
B、配料:将配料预溶于一定量纯净水中,完全溶解后纯净水定容、调配均匀;
C、包装消毒:灌装前,对包装瓶进行无菌水冲洗消毒、瓶盖用紫外线消毒;
D、杀菌、充气、灌装:调配液经微孔过滤、紫外线杀菌,注入二氧化碳后,灌装即可。
