本发明公开了一种苏打水饮料及其制作方法,涉及饮料加工领域。本发明提供的一种苏打水饮料,其各组分的重量百分比分别如下:碳酸氢钠0.2%、碘盐0.15%、柠檬香精0.15%、纯净水99.5%,苏打水饮料的PH值为7.6;经过设备除菌、原水处理、配料、杀菌、灌装制成。本发明提供的苏打水饮料呈弱碱性,能够有效综合人体的酸碱平衡且不对人体造成负担;制作过程规范,制作的苏打水无细菌、病毒、胶体杂质残留。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料加工领域,尤其涉及一种苏打水饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
苏打水是碳酸氢钠的水溶液,呈弱碱性,饮用可综合人体的酸碱平衡,改变酸性体制,能够中和胃酸、调节新陈代谢,有助于消化不良和便秘等症状;有助于尿酸的排泄从而防治高尿酸血症和痛风的作用,在夏天,苏打水能够补充人体的钠的流失,是一种十分畅销的饮品。现有苏打水的净化工艺不能彻底细菌、病毒、胶体等杂质,水的纯度不高;而且现有的苏打水的碱性配置不合理,影响人体酸碱平衡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述不足,提供一种苏打水饮料及其制作方法。
本发明提供的一种苏打水饮料,其各组分的重量百分比分别如下:碳酸氢钠0.2%、碘盐0.15%、柠檬香精0.15%、纯净水99.5%,苏打水饮料的PH值为7.6。
其制作方法具体步骤如下:
步骤一、设备除菌:所有工具、容器使用臭氧水浸泡10min,管道、设备、储水罐、配料罐采用臭氧水冲洗10min;灌装机采用臭氧水浸泡20min。
步骤二、原水处理:将原水依次经过原水箱、石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透装置制成纯净水,最后储存至储水罐。
步骤三、配料:将纯净水倒入配料罐中,按比例添加碳酸氢钠、碘盐、柠檬香精,混合制成苏打水。
步骤四、杀菌:将混合后的苏打水采用紫外线进行杀菌30min;将瓶体及瓶盖进行紫外线杀菌30min。
步骤五、灌装:将杀菌后的苏打水经过自动灌装机装入瓶体中并采用瓶盖封口,然后喷码、打标、检验后入库。
本发明提供的苏打水饮料呈弱碱性,能够有效综合人体的酸碱平衡且不对人体造成负担;制作过程规范,制作的苏打水无细菌、病毒、胶体杂质残留。

实例1
步骤一、设备除菌:所有工具、容器使用臭氧水浸泡10min,管道、设备、储水罐、配料罐采用臭氧水冲洗10min;灌装机采用臭氧水浸泡20min。
步骤二、原水处理:将原水依次经过原水箱、石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透装置制成纯净水,最后储存至储水罐。
步骤三、配料:将纯净水倒入配料罐中,按重量比例添加碳酸氢钠0.2%、碘盐0.15%、柠檬香精0.15%,混合制成苏打水。
步骤四、杀菌:将混合后的苏打水采用紫外线进行杀菌30min;将瓶体及瓶盖进行紫外线杀菌30min。
步骤五、灌装:将杀菌后的苏打水经过自动灌装机装入瓶体中并采用瓶盖封口,然后喷码、打标、检验后入库。

1.一种苏打水饮料,其特征在于:其各组分的重量百分比分别如下:碳酸氢钠0.2%、碘盐0.15%、柠檬香精0.15%、纯净水99.5%,苏打水饮料的PH值为7.6。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种苏打水饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:按如下步骤:
步骤一、设备除菌:所有工具、容器使用臭氧水浸泡10min,管道、设备、储水罐、配料罐采用臭氧水冲洗10min;灌装机采用臭氧水浸泡20min;
步骤二、原水处理:将原水依次经过原水箱、石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透装置制成纯净水,最后储存至储水罐;
