Description

Sex attractant for noctuid and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of insect sex pheromone preparation, in particular to a noctuid sex attractant and application thereof.
Background
Noctuid (Niphonix segregate) belongs to the lepidoptera noctuidae family and is an important agricultural pest. The fertilizer is mainly distributed in Heilongjiang, Hebei, Sichuan, Yunnan and other places in China. The Alternaria armyworms is mainly eaten by larvae, and the host plants comprise plants in Humulus of Moraceae and vegetables of Brassicaceae. Like other phytophagous noctuidae insects, the insect has a predatory property, and the larva period is long, the viability is strong, the food consumption is large, and if outbreak occurs, the insect can cause large damage to crops. The imago appears in the daytime and at night, and has strong concealment and phototaxis. Chemical prevention and control are mostly adopted in the prior art, but the problems of drug resistance, environmental pollution, pesticide residue, rampant pests and the like are often caused by using chemical pesticides. Therefore, it is important to find new methods for replacing chemical pesticide control.
The insect sex pheromone is used as a novel insect control technology for controlling insects, has the characteristics of trace quantity, high efficiency, safety, no toxicity, no harm to natural enemies, no environmental pollution and the like, and plays an important role in the comprehensive control of the insects. The sex pheromone released by the female insect has strong attraction to the same male insect and can trap a large number of pests. The sex pheromone components and proportion of the female noctuid can be determined, and the sex pheromone components and proportion can be accurately applied to pest monitoring, mating interference and mass trapping, so that the ideal effect of green control of the noctuid is achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a noctuid-poor sex attractant and applications thereof, so as to achieve the purpose of green control of noctuids.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a sex attractant for noctuid comprises cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol and trans-7-dodecene acetate, wherein cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol is used as main component, and trans-7-dodecene acetate is used as secondary component.
Optionally, the mass ratio of cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol to trans-7-dodecene acetate in the noctuid sex attractant is (12-20): (1-4).
Preferably, the mass ratio of cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol to trans-7-dodecene acetate in the noctuid sex attractant is (14-18): (2-3).
Preferably, the mass ratio of cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol to trans-7-dodecene acetate in the noctuid sex attractant is 17: 3.
the sex attractant for the noctuid comprises a main component cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol with the mass of 600-1000 mu g, and a secondary component trans-7-dodecene acetate with the mass of 50-200 mu g.
Preferably, the mass of the noctuid-poor sex attractant cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol is 850 mug, and the mass of trans-7-dodecene acetate is 150 mug.
The sex attractant can be made into a sex attractant attracting core, and the trapper fixed with the sex attractant attracting core is hung in an area where the noctuid happens or is likely to happen for monitoring the pest situation of the noctuid, trapping in a large quantity and interfering mating.
The preparation method of the sex attractant lure comprises the following steps: dripping n-hexane solution containing the noctuid sex attractant on the lure (namely on the reversed rubber head), dripping 100 mu L of n-hexane on the lure after the n-hexane solution containing the noctuid sex attractant is volatilized, preparing the lure containing the noctuid sex attractant after the n-hexane is volatilized, filling the prepared lure into an aluminum foil, sealing, and refrigerating at the temperature of minus 20 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the noctuid-poor sex attractant provided by the invention can effectively attract noctuid males, reduce the probability of offspring harm and has strong trapping capability; the species specificity is strong, other beneficial species are not damaged, and the method is environment-friendly; the stability is good, the lasting period is long, the noctuid can be trapped and killed for a long time, and the population quantity is controlled below the hazard level. The sex attractant can be applied to the monitoring of the insect situation of the noctuid, the trapping and the interference of mating in a large quantity, and has important significance for green prevention and control of the noctuid.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples, but the practice of the invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1 screening of optimal formulation of sex attractant for noctuid
Dripping n-hexane solution containing the noctuid sex attractant on the lure, dripping 100 mu L of n-hexane on the lure after the n-hexane solution containing the noctuid sex attractant is volatilized, and obtaining the lure containing the noctuid sex attractant after the n-hexane is volatilized. The lure was placed in the trap, which was then placed in a field where the noctuid had developed more seriously. In order to ensure the release effect, 150-1150 mu g of noctuid sex attractant is added into each 1mL of rubber lure, the average distance between traps is 10m, the height of lure is set to be 100cm from the ground, and the trap type is a box type trap. To further illustrate the feasibility of this example, 12 specific formulations are given in table 1.

The data in table 1 are counted and made into figure 1, and as can be seen from figure 1, the noctuid-poor sex attractant has a good trapping effect on noctuid-poor males. As shown by the comparison of the difference significance (P < 0.05), the trapping effect of the formula 6 (with the addition of the cis-hexadecene-1-ol and trans-7-dodecene acetate in the dosages of 850. mu.g and 150. mu.g respectively) is the best. It is shown that when the mass ratio of cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol to trans-7-dodecene acetate is 17:3, the trapping quantity is the highest when the quantity of the core inducing additive is 1000 mug. Comparing formula 2, formula 3 and formula 6, it is demonstrated that the addition of the noctuid sex pheromone minor component trans-7-dodecene acetate can attract a larger number of males, and the minor component trans-7-dodecene acetate has a synergistic effect on its major component cis-11-hexadecen-1-ol, and does not work alone. Compared with the formula 6 and other formulas, when the mass ratio of cis-11-hexadecene-1-ol to trans-7-dodecene acetate is 17:3, the male insect trapping amount is the highest, the difference of the sex pheromone component mixture ratio causes the difference of the trapping amount, and the noctuid depends on the sex pheromone components and the specific ratio thereof to achieve the species specificity.
Example 2 optimal trap for sex attractant field screening of noctuid
The method comprises the steps of preparing an attraction core by adopting a formula 6 in example 1, selecting vegetable fields in Yanqing areas with a large number of noctuids, setting the area to be more than 10 mu, setting the distance between traps to be about 10m, setting the height of the traps to be 100cm, randomly placing the box-shaped traps, the barrel-shaped traps, the funnel-shaped traps, the triangular traps and the sixteen-hole noctuidae universal traps containing the sex attractant attraction cores of the noctuids respectively, and setting 3 times of treatment for each trap. To further illustrate the feasibility of this example, 5 different trap types are given in table 3.
TABLE 3
Categories Trap type
1 Box type trap
2 Barrel-shaped trap
3 Funnel type trap
4 Triangular trapper
5 Sixteen-hole type noctuidae universal trap
The number of trapped noctuids was investigated every three days after the placement, and the trapping positions were randomly changed for 30 days, with the results shown in table 4:
Figure BDA0002758836290000061
Figure BDA0002758836290000071
the data in the table 4 are counted and made into a graph 2, and as can be seen from the graph 2, the number of noctuids attracted by the selected box-type trap is the largest and is obviously higher than that of the other 4 traps, and the average trapping amount is 26.3.
The above disclosure is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art should fall within the scope of the present invention.
