Description

Sex attractant for Spodoptera litura and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of insect sex pheromone preparation, in particular to a sex attractant for panopneumonia armyworm and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Trichoplusia scoparia (Schinia scitosa) belongs to Lepidoptera, the family of Noctuidae, and is an important agricultural pest. Widely distributed in east, south, middle, Europe and North America of Asia, and mainly distributed in North Hebei, Shandong, Liaoning, inner Mongolia and Jiangsu. The host plant of Trichoplusia ni comprises leguminous plant, Artemisia plant and Chenopodium plant, and is mainly harmed by feeding larva. Like other phytophagous noctuidae insects, the insect has a predatory property, can cause great damage to crops, and in northern Xinjiang, the damage degree of the broad-shin looper is far higher than that of cotton bollworms, and the broad-shin looper causes great economic loss to quinoa in the Qinghai in 2017. The worm has strong reproductive capacity, and the egg laying amount of a single female can reach thousands of eggs. The imago comes out in the daytime and at night, has strong concealment and phototaxis and has good tropism to the sugar vinegar liquid. The light trapping and the sugar-vinegar liquid trapping can be adopted, but the black light lamp and the sugar-vinegar liquid have limitation in prevention and control because of the limitation of environmental conditions. Chemical control is mostly adopted in the prior art, but a great amount of chemical pesticides can not only cause the drug resistance of the broad shin armyworm, but also cause worry about the safety of crops, so agricultural scientists gradually change the chemical control into biological control.
The new technology of biological pest control by using the physiological and biochemical characteristics and the behavioral characteristics of insects is increasingly paid attention by agricultural scientists. Insect pheromones are intraspecific hormones secreted from various glands of insects and having different actions, and are chemical substances for exchanging information between the same kind of individuals and other kinds of individuals. According to the principle that sex pheromone released by female insects has strong attraction capacity on the same kind of male insects, the components and the proportion of the sex attractant for the female Trichoplusia ni can be accurately applied to insect condition prediction, mating interference and mass trapping, and the ideal effect of comprehensively treating the Trichoplusia ni is achieved.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1 screening of optimal formulation of Trichoplusia ni attractant
Dripping n-hexane solution containing the sex attractant for the broad shin moth onto the lure core, dripping 100 mu L of n-hexane onto the lure core after the n-hexane solution containing the sex attractant for the broad shin moth volatilizes, and obtaining the lure core containing the sex attractant for the broad shin moth after the n-hexane volatilizes. The lure was placed in a box trap and then the trap was placed in a plot where broad shin moth development was more severe. In order to ensure the release effect, 200-2400 microgram of the sex attractant for the broad shin moth is placed in each 1mL of rubber lure core, the average distance between traps is 10m, the height of the lure core is set to be 100cm from the ground, and the trap type is a ship-shaped trap. To further illustrate the feasibility of this example, 10 specific formulations are given in Table 1
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002095917960000041
The number of the wide shank moths caught at one time after the placement was investigated every two days, the trapping positions were randomly changed, the investigation was continued for 30 days, and the investigation results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002095917960000051
Figure BDA0002095917960000061
The data in the table are counted and made into figure 1, and as can be seen from figure 1, the sex attractant for the broad shin moth has a good trapping effect on the broad shin moth. As shown by comparison of the significance of the difference (P < 0.05), the trapping effect of the formula 9 (with the addition of the cis-7-dodecene acetate, the cis-hexadecene-1-ol and the cis-9-tetradecene-3-methyl-2-butenoate in the dosages of 600. mu.g, 400. mu.g and 200. mu.g, respectively) is the best. The maximum trapping number of the male insects is shown when the mass ratio of cis-7-dodecene acetate, cis-hexadecene-1-ol and cis-9-tetradecene-3-methyl-2-butenoate is 3:2:1 and the amount of the core inducing additive is 1200 mu g.
Example 2 Wide shank moth sex attractant field screening trap optimum height
The lure core was prepared using the formulation 9 in example 1, a soybean field in the area of Yanqing with a large number of Trichoplusia ni was selected, the area was more than 10 mu, the distance between traps was about 10m, the above-mentioned box-type traps containing Trichoplusia ni sex attractant were randomly placed, and 3 replicates were set for each treatment. Different trap heights are provided, and to further illustrate the feasibility of this embodiment, 10 different trap heights are given in table 3.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002095917960000062
Figure BDA0002095917960000071
The number of the caught Trichoplusia ni was investigated every two days after the placement, the trapping positions were randomly changed, the investigation was continued for 30 days, and the investigation results are shown in Table 4:
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0002095917960000072
Figure BDA0002095917960000081
The data in table 4 are counted and shown in fig. 2, and it can be seen from fig. 2 that the trapping effect of the sex attractant for noctuid is in a positive relationship with the hanging height when the lure is placed at a height of 0.2 to 1.0 m. When the hanging height is 1.0m, the number of the induced male caterpillars of the broad shin armyworm is the largest, and the effect is the best. When the number of traps decreases with increasing suspension height. The male looper has weak flight ability, and is preferred to search mating female insects in low-altitude flight.
The above disclosure is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art should fall within the scope of the present invention.
