The scotographa trifolii rottempberg belongs to Lepidoptera (Lepidotera) and Noctuidae (Noctuidae), is an agricultural pest which is locally outbreak to be harmful in northern agricultural and pastoral areas of China, and the harm gradually rises in recent years. The volatile solvent is dichloromethane, trichloromethane, tetrachloromethane, n-hexane or n-pentane.
A method for preparing sex attractant for the whirly moth comprises mixing cis-11-hexadecene acetate, cis-11-hexadecene alcohol and hexadecene acetate, dissolving with nonvolatile solvent, adding into polyethylene bottle, and sealing to obtain the sex attractant.
The nonvolatile solvent is liquid paraffin, chlorinated paraffin, peanut oil, sunflower seed oil, dimethyl sulfoxide or N, N-dimethylformamide.
The sex attractant for the noctuidae is used for monitoring the insect situation of the noctuidae, largely trapping and interfering mating.

The test result shows that: the total trapping amount and the average trapping amount of the 20 groups of formulas of the noctuid attractant are obviously higher than those of lamplight and female insects, wherein the formula 18 (830 mu g of cis-11-hexadecene acetate, 160 mu g of cis-11-hexadecenol and 10 mu g of hexadecene acetate in a ratio of 83:16:1) has the best effect.
Example 3 sex attractant for Polo-mystis noctuidae (polyethylene bottle lure) field test

The test result shows that: the total trapping amount and the average trapping amount of the 20 groups of formulas of the noctuid attractant are obviously higher than those of lamplight and female insects, wherein the formula 18 (833 mu g of cis-11-hexadecene acetate, 167 mu g of cis-11-hexadecenol and 10 mu g of hexadecene acetate in a ratio of 83:16:1) has the best effect.
Therefore, the sex attractant for the Spodoptera spinosa provided by the invention can be accurately applied to the forecast of the insect situation of the Spodoptera spinosa, the mass trapping and the interference mating, and has important significance for the comprehensive control of the Spodoptera spinosa.
The inventor adopts cis-11-hexadecene propionate, trans-11-hexadecenol, hexadecene propionate and trans-11-hexadecene acetate as trapping agents respectively to repeat the trapping experiments, and the trapping effect is not generated, so that the compounds with similar structures can not replace the compounds, and the compounds disclosed by the invention have strong specificity.

Claims (7)
