Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of insect sex pheromone preparation, and particularly relates to a sex pheromone for preventing and controlling silverworm armyworm.
Background
The silver budworm Macdunnoughia crassigna Warren belongs to Lepidoptera and Noctuidae, and is a leaf-eating pest. Mainly comprises soybean and cruciferous vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, lettuce, green pepper, eggplant, kidney bean, carrot, chrysanthemum and other plants, and is one of the important agricultural pests in China. At present, chemical pesticides are mainly used for preventing and controlling the silver budworms, but because the chemical pesticides bring huge pollution to human beings and the environment, and because the excessive use of the chemical pesticides can easily cause the resistance of the silver budworms, the human beings gradually change the chemical prevention into the biological prevention and control and explore a sustainable control mode. Insect sex pheromones come from insect bodies, do not harm human beings and the environment, and are not easy to cause drug resistance of pests, so that the insect sex pheromones are gradually applied to fields to trap the pests. According to the principle that sex pheromone released by female insects has strong attraction capacity on the same kind of male insects, the sex pheromone components and the proportion of female silver budworm armyworm sex pheromone can be determined and accurately applied to insect condition prediction, mating interference and mass trapping, and the ideal effect of comprehensively treating the silver budworm armyworm is achieved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention is provided, but it should be understood that the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
EXAMPLE 1 preparation of sex pheromone of silver budworm
The method comprises the steps of dropwise adding dichloromethane solution containing silver spodoptera exigua pheromone onto a lure core, dropwise adding n-hexane onto the lure core after the dichloromethane solution containing the silver spodoptera exigua pheromone is volatilized, preparing the lure core containing the silver spodoptera attractant after the n-hexane is volatilized, placing the lure core into a barrel-shaped trap, and then placing the trap into a land where the silver spodoptera exigua occurs seriously. In order to ensure the release effect, 50-1000 mu g of sex pheromone of the silverworm moths is placed in each 1mL of rubber lure core, the average distance between traps is 10m, and the height of the traps is respectively set to be 30cm, 90cm, 150cm and 210cm away from the ground. To further illustrate the feasibility of this example, 10 specific formulations are given in table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure GDA0001519061350000031
Selecting a land plot with more serious emergence of the silverworm moths, wherein the area of the land plot is more than 10 mu, each formula is provided with lure cores with the height of 30cm, 90cm, 150cm and 210cm from the ground, 5 treatments are repeatedly set for each formula, the barrel-type traps containing the silverworm moths pheromone are uniformly and randomly placed, and simultaneously, 5 light traps, 5 blank barrel-type traps with the height of 30cm, 90cm, 150cm and 210cm from the ground and 5 barrel-type traps containing live female silverworm moths which are not yet mated after emerging for 3 days and have the height of three ends of 30cm, 90cm, 150cm and 210cm from the ground are randomly placed. The average spacing between traps was 10 m. And investigating the number of the trapped silver budworms every three days after the placement, replacing emerging live female silver budworms, randomly replacing trapping positions, and continuously investigating for 30 days. The trapping effect is shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure GDA0001519061350000051
Figure GDA0001519061350000061
The result shows that the sex pheromone of the silverworm moth has better trapping effect on the silverworm moth. As can be seen from the significant comparison, the difference between the trapping amounts of the treatment containing cis-11-hexadecene acetate (Z11-16: Ac), cis-9, trans-12-tetradecene acetate (Z9, E12-14: Ac) and hexadecene acetate (16: Ac) and the control group (P < 0.05) is significant, which indicates that the cis-11-hexadecene acetate (Z11-16: Ac), cis-9, trans-12-tetradecene acetate (Z9, E12-14: Ac), hexadecene acetate (16: Ac) have strong trapping capability on the trapping activity of the silversmith noctuid pheromone, and the formula 7-3 (cis-11-hexadecene acetate 250. mu.g, cis-9, trans-12-tetradecene acetate (Z9, E12-14: Ac) 160. mu.g, the formula B and the formula C, 90 mu g of hexadecene acetate) is the most remarkably different from the silversmith pheromone, which indicates that the trapping effect is the best.
The inventors repeated the above trapping experiments using one or two of cis-11-hexadecene acetate (Z11-16: Ac), cis-9, trans-12-tetradecene acetate (Z9, E12-14: Ac), and hexadecene acetate (16: Ac) as the trapping agent, respectively, and none of the trapping effects of formulation 7 was good, and the inventors performed different treatments at the height of the lure, and found that the trapping effect was the best at a height of 150cm of the lure. Therefore, the sex pheromone of the silver budworm provided by the invention can be accurately applied to insect situation prediction, mass trapping and mating interference of the silver budworm, and has important significance for comprehensively treating the silver budworm.
The inventors repeated the above trapping experiments using cis-11-hexadecene acetate (Z11-16: Ac), cis-9, trans-12-tetradecene acetate (Z9, E12-14: Ac), hexadecene acetate (16: Ac) having a structure similar to that of trans-11-hexadecene acetate, cis-9, cis-12-tetradecene acetate, octadecene acetate, respectively, as a trapping agent, and found that there was no trapping effect, demonstrating that the above pheromones have high specificity and cannot be replaced by structural analogs thereof.
The above disclosure is only one specific embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention.
