Abstract

本发明有关于一种具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨及其储油配件。该滚子式滑轨包括:一轨件、一滑座组件、复数滚子及一储油件。该滑座组件包括一滑座刚体及二端盖,该滑座刚体与该轨件之间形成一负荷通道,该滑座刚体提供一无负荷通道,该二端盖各提供一回转通道连通该负荷通道与该无负荷通道而形成一循环通道,前述滚子置入该循环通道中循环滚动以带动该滑座组件在该轨件上往复运行。其中,前述滚子有一滚动面及二非滚动面,该无负荷通道有二第一内面面向该滚动面,以及二第二内面面向该二非滚动面,至少在其中一第一内面内凹设置一凹部对应该滚动面,该储油件则设置在该凹部并接触该滚子的滚动面,如此在滚子运行于无负荷通道时进行润滑。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨及其储油配件,特别是指滚子在线性滑轨的循环通道循环滚动时,在无负荷通道或进一步除无负荷通道的外也在回转通道进行润滑的发明。
背景技术
线性滑轨是由一延伸长度的轨件,以及一滑座跨置在该轨件上构成。该滑座与该滑轨之间凭借滚动件的循环滚动,使得该滑座可在该轨件上作往复式运动。
具体而言,在该轨件与该滑座之间提供一负荷通道,该滑座则有一座体及二端盖,该二端盖结合在该座体二端,该座体提供一无负荷通道,该端盖则提供一回转通道,该回转通道连通该负荷通道与该无负荷通道,如此形成封闭的一循环通道。该滚动件因此可在该循环通道循环滚动以带动该滑座在该轨件上运行。
为了避免该循环通道内面与该滚动件表面的摩擦阻力影响,造成该滚动件无法顺畅滚动,进而使该滑座在该轨件上运行时产生震动或运行不平顺的现象,需要提供该滚动件润滑,以降低该滚动件与该循环通道内面的摩擦阻力。
参阅中国台湾专利第M491104号「具润滑结构的线性滑轨」、中国台湾专利第I325928号「线性滑轨的润滑装置」,上述前案是在端盖上设置储油件,当滚动件经过回转通道时,可利用该储油件对该滚动件进行润滑。但是该回转通道占整个循环通道的长度很短,因此该滚动件沾附的润滑油有限,,可能会有润滑油脂不够的状况。另外,滚子式滑轨因为轨道接触面为一直线,此种设计只能润滑滚子的端面,而无法有效润滑滚子的轨道面,造成润滑效果不佳。
因此有中国台湾专利第I616600号提出「具一润滑剂装置的线性导引件」,或是中国台湾专利第I500859号提出「具有润滑系统的线性滑轨」,上述前案是将储油件设置在轨件上方,也就是设置在滑座底端,且储油件接触位在负荷通道的滚动件,而在负荷通道全长的可对滚动件进行润滑。但是这样的结构配置需要在轨件和滑座之间预留设置储油件的空间,因此不利于线性滑轨的微型化。
本案发明人也曾提出中国台湾专利第I285244号「线性滑轨」,该案是在原本属于滑座刚体的部位设置缺槽,利用缺槽容置储油块来对滚动件进行润滑。但是发明人实际使用后发现,以此方式设置储油块会占据滑座刚体的内部部份,所以滑座刚体的刚性易因此而减少,而且这样的方式储油块与滚动件接触面积较少,所以会有容易造成滚动件上的润滑油量较少,而润滑不足的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨及其储油配件,解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题。
爰此,本发明提出一种具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,包括:
一轨件,沿一轴向延伸长度;一滑座组件,跨置在该轨件上,该滑座组件包括一滑座刚体及二端盖,该二端盖结合在该滑座刚体二端,该滑座刚体与该轨件之间形成一负荷通道,该滑座刚体有一无负荷通道,该二端盖各有一回转通道连通该负荷通道与该无负荷通道而形成一循环通道;复数滚子,置入该循环通道中循环滚动以带动该滑座组件在该轨件上往复运行;前述滚子上有一滚动面及二非滚动面,该滑座刚体的无负荷通道有二第一内面面向该滚动面,以及二第二内面面向该二非滚动面,至少在其中一第一内面内凹设置一凹部对应该滚动面;一储油件,设置在该凹部并接触该滚子。
进一步,该无负荷通道全长度地设置该凹部,且该储油件全长度地设置在该凹部中。
进一步,该滑座刚体上有一通孔贯穿二端,再有一储油配件置入该通孔中而形成该无负荷通道,该第一内面、该第二内面及该凹部形成在该储油配件上。
进一步,该凹部为矩形槽,有多个储油件固定板交错排列在该凹部的位置,并使该储油件交错穿置在该储油件固定板之间。
进一步,该凹部为鸠尾槽或弧度大于180度的圆弧凹槽。
进一步,一滚子保持链串接该滚子,且该无负荷通道的二第二内面内凹设置一容纳槽用以容纳该滚子保持链的一保持部。
进一步,至少在其中一回转通道的内面也设置该储油件,该储油件接触该滚子的滚动面。
进一步,该凹部的两侧各保留有部分的第一内面。
本发明再提出一种线性滑轨的储油配件,用以组装在一滑座刚体的一通孔中,以形成该滑座刚体上的一无负荷通道,该储油配件呈长条状,并形成有贯通二端的该无负荷通道,该无负荷通道呈矩形槽型态,有相对的二第一内面,以及相对的二第二内面,至少在其中一第一内面内凹设置一凹部。
进一步,该凹部为矩形槽,有多个储油件固定板交错排列在该凹部的位置。
进一步,该凹部为鸠尾槽或弧度大于180度的圆弧凹槽。
进一步,该凹部的两侧各保留有部分的第一内面。
进一步,该储油配件是一导管,且是由二半导管对接组成。
根据上述技术特征可达成以下功效:
1.可在无负荷通道中全长的对滚子进行润滑,可以确保滚子循环滚动的稳定性。
2.储油件设置在无负荷通道中,不会增加滑座组件的体积,有利于线性滑轨的微型化。
3.当凹部为矩形槽时,利用交错排列的储油件固定板来使储油件交错穿置在储油件固定板之间,可以将储油件稳固的固定在无负荷通道的第一内面的凹部中。或是直接将凹部设置为鸠尾槽或圆弧凹槽,使储油件可直接限位在凹部中。
4.除了在该无负荷通道中设置储油件之外,也可进一步在该回转通道的内面也设置该储油件,提高对该滚子的润滑效果。
5.本发明的储油件设置在储油配件上,不会占据滑座刚体的体积,不会影响滑座刚体的刚性。
6.本发明的储油件在滚子两侧接触滚子,与滚子接触面积较大,润滑油可以充分附着在滚子上,润滑效果较佳。

一轨件1,沿一轴向延伸长度。一滑座组件2,跨置在该轨件1上,该滑座组件2包括一滑座刚体21及二端盖22,该二端盖22结合在该滑座刚体21二端。该滑座刚体21与该轨件1之间形成一负荷通道A,该滑座刚体21有一通孔211 贯穿二端,再有一储油配件3置入该通孔211中,该储油配件3呈长条状,并形成有贯通二端的一无负荷通道31,为了方便制作,本实施例该储油配件3是一导管,且是由二个半导管3A、3B对接组成如图3B所示。该二端盖22各提供一回转通道221连通该负荷通道A与该无负荷通道31而形成一循环通道。复数滚子4,置入该循环通道中循环滚动以带动该滑座组件2在该轨件1上往复运行。前述滚子4上有一滚动面41及二非滚动面42,该无负荷通道31有二第一内面311面向该滚动面41,以及二第二内面312面向该二非滚动面42,至少在其中一第一内面311内凹设置一凹部对应该滚动面41,且该凹部的两侧各保留有部分的第一内面311,使该凹部的两侧都可接触该滚子4,确保该滚子4滚动的稳定性,而该凹部例如为矩形槽32,本实施例在该二第一内面311都凹设有该矩形槽32,且进一步在该无负荷通道31全长度地设置该矩形槽32。一储油件5,全长度地设置在该矩形槽32中并接触该滚子4。一滚子保持链6,串接前述滚子4,且该无负荷通道31的二第二内面312内凹设置一容纳槽33,该滚子保持链6的一保持部61容纳在该容纳槽33中。
通过前述滚子4在该循环通道中的循环滚动,该滑座组件2可在该轨件1 上运行,当前述滚子4进入该无负荷通道31时,可由该储油件5在该无负荷通道31中全长的对前述滚子4的滚动面41进行润滑,可以确保前述滚子4循环滚动的稳定性。而该储油件5设置在该无负荷通道31中,不会增加该滑座组件 2的体积,有利于线性滑轨的微型化。同时该储油件5设置在该储油配件3上,不会占据该滑座刚体21的体积,因此不会影响该滑座刚体21的刚性,且该储油件5在该滚子4两侧接触该滚子4,因此与该滚子4接触面积较大,润滑效果较佳。
参阅图3A至图5所示,该凹部为矩形槽32,另设有多个储油件固定板34 交错排列在该矩形槽32的位置,并使该储油件5交错穿置在该储油件固定板34 之间,如此可以将该储油件5稳固的固定在该无负荷通道31的第一内面311的矩形槽32中,避免该储油件固定板34有掉出该矩形槽32的状况发生。
参阅图6所示,除了在该无负荷通道31中设置该储油件5之外,也可进一步在该回转通道221的内面也设置该储油件5,并使该储油件5接触该滚子4的滚动面41,因此前述滚子4除了在该无负荷通道31被润滑之外,也能够在该回转通道221被润滑,如此可提高对该滚子4的润滑效果。
参阅图7所示,该凹部可制作为鸠尾槽32A,凭借该鸠尾槽32A较窄的开口可避免该储油件固定板34自该鸠尾槽32A掉出。
参阅图8所示,该凹部也可制作为弧度大于180度的圆弧凹槽32B,凭借该圆弧凹槽32B较窄的开口可避免该储油件固定板34自该圆弧凹槽32B掉出。或圆弧凹槽。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

1.一种具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,其特征在于,包括:
一轨件,其长度沿一轴向延伸;
一滑座组件,跨置在该轨件上,该滑座组件包括一滑座刚体及二端盖,该二端盖结合在该滑座刚体二端,该滑座刚体与该轨件之间形成一负荷通道,该滑座刚体上有一无负荷通道,该二端盖各有一回转通道,分别连通该负荷通道与该无负荷通道而形成一循环通道;
复数滚子,置入该循环通道中循环滚动以带动该滑座组件在该轨件上往复运行;
前述滚子上有一滚动面及二非滚动面,该滑座刚体的无负荷通道有二第一内面面向该滚动面,以及二第二内面面向该二非滚动面,至少在其中一第一内面内凹设置一凹部对应该滚动面,且该无负荷通道的二第二内面内凹设置一容纳槽;
一滚子保持链,串接上述滚子,该滚子保持链有一保持部容纳在该容纳槽;
一储油件,设置在该凹部并接触该滚子的滚动面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,其特征在于,该无负荷通道全长度地设置该凹部,且该储油件全长度地设置在该凹部中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,其特征在于,该滑座刚体上有一通孔贯穿二端,再有一储油配件置入该通孔中而形成该无负荷通道,该第一内面、该第二内面及该凹部形成在该储油配件上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,其特征在于,该凹部为矩形槽,有多个储油件固定板交错排列在该凹部的位置,并使该储油件交错穿置在该储油件固定板之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,其特征在于,该凹部为鸠尾槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,其特征在于,该凹部为弧度大于180度的圆弧凹槽。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,其特征在于,至少在其中一回转通道的内面也设置该储油件,该储油件接触该滚子的滚动面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有储油功能的滚子式滑轨,其特征在于,该凹部的两侧各保留有部分的第一内面。
9.一种线性滑轨的储油配件,其特征在于,用以组装在一滑座刚体的一通孔中,以形成该滑座刚体上的一无负荷通道,该储油配件呈长条状,并形成有贯通二端的该无负荷通道,该无负荷通道呈矩形槽型态,有相对的二第一内面,以及相对的二第二内面,至少在其中一第一内面内凹设置一凹部,且该无负荷通道的二第二内面内凹设置一容纳槽。
10.根据权利要求9所述的线性滑轨的储油配件,其特征在于,该凹部为矩形槽,该储油配件上有多个储油件固定板交错排列在该凹部的位置。
11.根据权利要求9所述的线性滑轨的储油配件,其特征在于,该凹部为鸠尾槽。
12.根据权利要求9所述的线性滑轨的储油配件,其特征在于,该凹部为弧度大于180度的圆弧凹槽。
13.根据权利要求9所述的线性滑轨的储油配件,其特征在于,该储油配件是一导管,且是由二半导管对接组成。
14.根据权利要求9所述的线性滑轨的储油配件,其特征在于,该凹部的两侧各保留有部分的第一内面。
