Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water-soluble fertilizers, and particularly relates to a macroelement water-soluble fertilizer containing microbial metabolites.
Background
The traditional compound fertilizer is easy to cause the consequences of fertilizer loss, water eutrophication, serious damage to soil structure, nutrient imbalance and the like. The water soluble fertilizer has comprehensive nutrient elements and quick response, can provide different fertilizer formulas according to the fertilizer requirements of different crops and different growth and development stages, has the utilization rate 2-3 times that of the common compound fertilizer, saves energy, protects environment, avoids the defects of the traditional compound fertilizer, can be sprayed and flushed, can be used in combination with spraying and drip irrigation, improves the crop quality, reduces the physiological diseases of the crops, saves agricultural water, reduces labor force, and adapts to the current situation of social development.
The water-soluble fertilizer has the characteristics of simple use method, convenient use and the like, so the water-soluble fertilizer is widely applied all over the world. It is widely used in the field of fertigation of vegetables and flowers in greenhouses, various fruit trees and field crops, maintenance of landscaping plants, golf courses, and even maintenance of home greening plants. In China, the high price of the water soluble fertilizer affects the acceptance of Chinese farmers to the water soluble fertilizer, but in recent years, the water soluble fertilizer is accepted by vast Chinese professional growers due to the rapid development of Chinese flower industry and ornamental horticulture, and meanwhile, the water soluble fertilizer is widely applied to large-scale planting farms, modern irrigation equipment such as spray and drip irrigation facilities and the like.
At present, domestic water-soluble fertilizers are mainly divided into physical mixed water-soluble fertilizers and chemical synthetic water-soluble fertilizers. The physical mixed water soluble fertilizer has low technical content, and is prepared by directly mixing basic raw material fertilizers such as agricultural urea containing nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, monoammonium phosphate, monopotassium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, potassium nitrate, potassium magnesium sulfate, water soluble organic matters, various trace elements and the like into the water soluble fertilizer by mechanical equipment such as a pretreatment machine, a mixer and the like in a physical mixing mode according to a corresponding formula.
The physical mixed water soluble fertilizer has poor appearance, and the shapes, the granularity, the colors and the like of various fertilizer raw materials are different, so that the granularity and the color of the product are not beautiful, and the product is easy to cake and harden, thereby bringing difficulty to sale and use. The product prepared by directly mixing fertilizer raw materials such as monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, urea and the like cannot meet the requirement of full water solubility due to the fact that the water-insoluble substances of the monoammonium phosphate are higher, and the phenomenon of pipe blockage is easily caused to facilities with high requirements for drip irrigation systems and the like.
The chemical synthesis water soluble fertilizer is prepared by dissolving raw materials containing nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like under the control conditions of certain temperature, pH value and the like, filtering to remove impurities, reacting, evaporating, concentrating, cooling, crystallizing and the like through a series of specific chemical reactions and processes, and finally crystallizing and separating to obtain a fully water soluble crystal product. Compared with a simple physical mixed product, the chemically synthesized water-soluble fertilizer has the advantages of good appearance, uniform phase, good crystallization and the like; secondly, the chemically synthesized water-soluble fertilizer can really ensure 100 percent of full water solubility, and can ensure that insoluble substances and other impurities are removed by a multistage filtering system in the production process; the product has better instant property and absorptivity, and the pH value is easier to control; in addition, the raw fertilizer which is easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate better solves the problems of easy moisture absorption and easy agglomeration of the product through the chemical reaction process in the liquid phase.
