According to the deep acne-removing type facial cleanser provided by the embodiment of the invention, the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is adopted as a main acne-removing material to extract and prepare gel liquid, the acne-removing treatment effect of an acne-removing product on skin is improved through the coating property and the permeability of the gel liquid, meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing extracting solution is adopted in the technical scheme, the metabolism of a human body can be effectively regulated through oral administration, and the main pathogenic bacteria of acne can be inhibited through external coating, cleaning and other schemes, so that the acne treatment effect is achieved.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the deep acne-removing facial cleanser further comprises: the skin penetration modifying liquid comprises one or two of weeping forsythia seeds and angelica, and volatile essential oil extracted by a steam distillation method. By selecting volatile essential oil extracted from weeping forsythia seeds and angelica as a matrix of the transdermal modification liquid, the skin-penetrating and transdermal absorption-promoting facial cleanser not only has good skin permeability and transdermal absorption promoting effects, but also can penetrate into the skin to perform good antibacterial effect on deep layers in the skin, and improves the acne-removing effect of the deep layer acne-removing facial cleanser.
In some embodiments of the invention, the preparation steps of the acne-removing gel solution are as follows: (1) taking traditional Chinese medicines, grinding and sieving, and collecting sieving particles; (2) Taking the sieved particles, using deionized water as a medium, carrying out water extraction treatment, and collecting water extract; (3) Adding the water extract into the polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirring, mixing and dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain the acne-removing gel solution. Through the simple scheme of water extraction treatment after grinding, acne removing substances can be effectively extracted, the preparation steps are simplified, and meanwhile, the acne removing effect of the deep acne removing type facial cleanser can be effectively improved.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine comprises any one or a mixture of a plurality of astragalus, phellodendron and elm. The traditional Chinese medicine materials such as astragalus, phellodendron and garden burnet are selected to have the functions of clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and detoxifying, cooling blood and detoxifying, removing stasis and dredging channels, removing carbuncles and sores, detoxifying and healing sores and the like, so that the sensitivity of a skin structure to a acne removal product is reduced while the acne is effectively removed, and the acne removal effect on the skin is improved.
Optionally, the sieved granule has a particle size of 500 mesh. The particle size of the sieved particles is optimized, so that the extraction effect is improved, and the preparation cost is optimized.

As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the deep acne-removing facial cleanser according to the second aspect of the present invention specifically comprises the following preparation steps: s1, firstly stirring and mixing the transdermal modification liquid, the acne-removing gel liquid and the diatomite, placing the mixture in a homogenizer, homogenizing the mixture at room temperature, and collecting homogenized slurry; s2, stirring and mixing glycerol, propylene glycol and deionized water according to a formula, heating, preserving heat and dissolving, and collecting a dissolving solution; s3, adding potassium laurylphosphate, cocamidopropyl beet, dodecyl dimethyl betaine and N-lauroyl sarcosine sodium into the solution, stirring and mixing, standing and cooling, and collecting an intermediate mixed solution; and S4, adding the homogeneous slurry into the intermediate mixed solution, stirring and mixing, performing ultrasonic dispersion at room temperature, standing and defoaming, and filling and packaging to obtain the deep acne-removing facial cleanser. By mixing and homogenizing diatomite with the transdermal modification liquid and the acne-removing gel liquid, the diatomite effectively adsorbs and loads substances such as the transdermal modification liquid and the acne-removing gel liquid, so that the stability of the facial cleanser is improved, and meanwhile, the mixing effect of the facial cleanser can be effectively improved by the scheme of sectional mixing, so that the acne-removing effect of the deep acne-removing facial cleanser is improved.
In summary, the deep acne-removing cleanser provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts the traditional Chinese medicine extract as a main acne-removing material to extract and prepare gel, and firstly, the acne-removing treatment effect of the acne-removing product on the skin is improved through the coating property and the permeability of the gel, meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine acne-removing extract is adopted in the technical scheme, the metabolism of a human body can be effectively regulated through oral administration, the effect of treating acne can be achieved through the scheme of external coating, cleaning and the like, and the main pathogenic bacteria of acne can be inhibited through the scheme of external coating, cleaning and the like, and then, the volatile essential oil forms a small molecular volatile oil structure through the synergistic effect of the emulsion and the volatile essential oil, so that the volatile oil permeation repair effect can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, the stability performance of the cleanser is improved through the emulsification effect of the emulsion when the cleanser is used.
The following describes the preparation method of the deep acne-removing facial cleanser according to the embodiment of the invention in detail by combining specific examples.
Example 1
Grinding fructus forsythiae seeds in a grinding device, sieving with a 50-mesh sieve, collecting sieved particles, adding the sieved particles into a volatile oil extractor, extracting and collecting a mixed solution, extracting the mixed solution with anhydrous diethyl ether, collecting an extract, drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate, volatilizing and drying at room temperature, collecting volatile essential oil, mixing span-80, tween-80 and deionized water according to a mass ratio of 1:2:15, stirring to obtain a mixed emulsion, mixing the mixed emulsion and the volatile essential oil according to a mass ratio of 1:1, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 10min under 200W, and dispersing slurry to prepare a transdermal modified solution;
mixing and grinding astragalus, phellodendron and sanguisorba according to the mass ratio of 1:5:8, sieving with a 500-mesh sieve and collecting to obtain grinding particles, placing the grinding particles into deionized water, heating water for extraction and collecting an extracting solution according to the volume ratio of 1:1, stirring and mixing the extracting solution and a polyvinyl alcohol solution with the mass fraction of 8%, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 10min at 200W to obtain an acne-removing gel solution;
stirring and mixing the transdermal modification liquid, the acne-removing gel liquid and 1000-mesh diatomite according to the mass ratio of 1:5:8, placing the mixture into a homogenizer, homogenizing the mixture at room temperature, and collecting homogenized slurry;
mixing glycerol, propylene glycol and deionized water according to a formula, carrying out heat preservation and dissolution at 85 ℃, collecting a dissolution solution, adding laurylphosphate potassium, cocamidopropyl beet, dodecyl dimethyl betaine and N-lauroyl sarcosine sodium into the dissolution solution, stirring and mixing, standing and cooling to 40 ℃, collecting an intermediate mixed solution, adding homogeneous slurry into the intermediate mixed solution according to a mass ratio of 1:8, stirring and mixing, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion at room temperature for 10min, standing and defoaming, and packaging to obtain the deep acne-removing type face cleaning milk.
Example 2
Grinding radix Angelicae sinensis in a grinding device, sieving with 50 mesh sieve, collecting sieved particles, adding the sieved particles into a volatile oil extractor, extracting and collecting mixed solution, extracting the mixed solution with anhydrous diethyl ether, collecting extract, drying with anhydrous sodium sulfate, volatilizing at room temperature, collecting volatile essential oil, mixing span-80, tween-80 and deionized water with a mass ratio of 1:2:15 to obtain mixed emulsion, mixing the mixed emulsion and volatile essential oil with stirring, and dispersing slurry under ultrasonic dispersion for 12min at 250W to obtain transdermal modified solution;
mixing and grinding astragalus, phellodendron and sanguisorba according to the mass ratio of 1:5:8, sieving with a 500-mesh sieve and collecting to obtain grinding particles, placing the grinding particles into deionized water, heating water for extraction and collecting an extracting solution according to the volume ratio of 1:1, stirring and mixing the extracting solution and a polyvinyl alcohol solution with the mass fraction of 8%, and performing ultrasonic dispersion at 250W for 12min to obtain an acne-removing gel solution;

mixing glycerol, propylene glycol and deionized water according to a formula, carrying out heat preservation and dissolution at 87 ℃ and collecting a dissolution solution, adding laurinol potassium phosphate, cocamidopropyl beet, dodecyl dimethyl betaine and N-lauroyl sarcosine sodium into the dissolution solution, stirring and mixing, standing and cooling to 45 ℃, collecting an intermediate mixed solution, adding homogeneous slurry into the intermediate mixed solution according to a mass ratio of 1:8, stirring and mixing, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion at room temperature for 12min, standing and defoaming, and packaging to obtain the deep acne-removing type face cleaning milk.
Example 3
The preparation process of the deep acne-removing facial cleanser of the example 3 is free from adding transdermal modification liquid, and the other conditions and the component proportions are the same as those of the example 1.
Performance test
The performance test is carried out on the examples 1-3 respectively, and the physicochemical indexes and the acne removing effect of the deep acne removing type facial cleanser prepared by the specific test are analyzed.

Acne removal effect: the deep acne-removing type facial cleanser prepared in the examples was subjected to human facial skin test, each example was configured for one man and one woman, the first grade is obvious red inflammatory acne and severe skin damage (+++), the second stage is with a small number of acnes, general skin lesions (++), the third stage is with a slight skin lesion (+), the fourth level is substantially no skin lesions (-), no significant differences in skin lesions of the 2 groups of patients prior to treatment, indicating no differences in acne and skin lesions of the 2 groups of patients, the scoring levels are shown in table 1 below, and the evaluation and statistical analysis of acne and skin lesions before and after 2 months of use are shown in tables 2 and 3 below:

As can be seen from the performance tests in tables 2 and 3, the acne-removing effects of examples 1-2 are good, and the scheme adopted in the application can achieve good acne-removing effects, and meanwhile, the physicochemical properties of examples 1-2 are stable, so that good effects on product performance are achieved.
By comparing the performances of examples 1-2 and example 3, the anti-acne effect of the deep anti-acne facial cleanser in example 3 is reduced because the anti-acne facial cleanser is not added with the anti-acne agent in the preparation process, which also shows that the anti-acne agent adopted by the application has good skin permeability and transdermal absorption promoting effect and can permeate into the skin for treatment.
Comparative examples 1 to 3
In contrast to examples 1-2, comparative examples 1-3 used camphor tree leaf essential oil to prepare an emulsion instead of the transdermal modification liquid in the examples, and the other conditions and components were the same as those in examples 1-2.
Comparative examples 4 to 6
In comparison with examples 1-2, comparative examples 4-6 used erythromycin antimicrobial instead of acne-removing gel, and the other conditions and components were the same as those of examples 1-2.
Comparative examples 7 to 9
In contrast to examples 1-2, comparative examples 7-9 did not add diatomaceous earth, and the other conditions and components were identical to examples 1-2.
Performance test
Performance tests are carried out on comparative examples 1-9, and physicochemical indexes and acne removal effects of the deep acne removal type facial cleanser prepared by the specific tests are analyzed.

The performance of the comparative examples 1-3 and 1-2 is compared, and the transdermal modified liquid in the examples is not good due to the fact that the skin penetration performance of the emulsion prepared by the camphor tree leaf essential oil is poor in the comparative examples 1-3, so that the acne removing effect is not particularly remarkable, and the volatile essential oil extracted from weeping forsythia seeds and angelica sinensis is selected as a matrix of the transdermal modified liquid, so that the skin penetration and transdermal absorption promoting effect are good, the skin penetration can be formed, the deep layer in the skin can be well subjected to antibacterial effect, and the acne removing effect of the deep acne removing type facial cleanser is improved;
comparing the performance of comparative examples 4-6 with that of examples 1-2, and comparing comparative examples 4-6 with examples 1-2, wherein erythromycin antimicrobial is adopted to replace acne-removing gel, and although the acne-removing effect is remarkable, the skin state is poor, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine materials such as astragalus, phellodendron and garden burnet are selected to have the functions of clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and removing toxin, cooling blood and removing toxin, removing stasis and dredging channels, carbuncle and swelling and sore, detoxifying and healing sore and the like in the scheme of the application, and the skin structure is reduced in sensitivity of the acne-removing product while the acne is effectively removed, and the acne-removing effect on the skin is improved;
comparing the performances of the comparative examples 7-9 and the examples 1-2, wherein the comparative examples 7-9 are not added with diatomite, other conditions and components are consistent with the examples 1-2, and the stability of the facial cleanser is poor and the skin state after use is poor, which means that the diatomite, the transdermal modification liquid and the acne-removing gel liquid are mixed and homogenized, so that the diatomite effectively adsorbs and loads substances such as the transdermal modification liquid, the acne-removing gel liquid and the like, the stability of the facial cleanser is improved, and meanwhile, the mixing effect of the facial cleanser can be effectively improved by the scheme of sectionally mixing, so that the acne-removing effect of the deep acne-removing facial cleanser is improved.
