The traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis standard is as follows: according to the diagnosis standards of the syndrome of wind-heat in lung channel and the dampness-heat in liver and gallbladder specified in the terms of treatment by dialectical methods of traditional Chinese medicine, the medicine conforms to the judgment standard of the type of wind-heat in lung channel and dampness-heat in liver and gallbladder of acne in the standard of curative effect of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
Inclusion and exclusion criteria for study cases
Inclusion case criteria: the acne diagnosis standard is met, and the traditional Chinese medicine acne diagnosis standard of lung channel wind heat and liver and gallbladder damp heat is met.
Exclusion criteria for cases: 1. the patient takes the isotretinoin medicine within 4 weeks, and takes the antibiotic medicine within 4 weeks; 2. the patient is externally applied with antibiotic ointment within 4 weeks; 3. patients who fail to adhere to topical medications; 4. pregnant and lactating women; 5. patients who cannot be matched with clinical trials; 6. patients who continuously feel facial discomfort during the administration process.
Research method
141 outpatient patients in the outpatient department of 2015 1-2017 2 are selected and randomly divided into a treatment group, a blank control group and a positive control group, wherein the number of the treatment group is 48, the number of the blank control group is 46, and the number of the positive control group is 47.

20 male patients and 28 female patients are treated, wherein the age is 14-39 years, the average age (22.98 +/-8.16) years, the course of disease is 3 months-11.7 years, and the average course of disease (4.42 +/-2.24) years; 18 male and 28 female in the control group, wherein the age is 14-40 years, the average age (23.46 +/-7.36) years, the course of disease is 1-10.9 years, and the average course of disease (4.35 +/-2.53) years; the positive control group comprises 17 men and 30 women, the age is 15-41 years, the average age (24.47 +/-10.88) years, the course is 8 months-11.7 years, and the average course (5.33 +/-3.16) years. The patients in the treatment group and the blank control group have no significant difference (P >0.05) in terms of sex, age and disease course after statistical treatment and are comparable; the treated group and the positive control group have no significant difference (P >0.05) in terms of sex, age and disease course after statistical treatment and are comparable.
The treatment group is externally applied with the facial mask of the invention once a day, and 10 days are a treatment course; the blank control group is externally applied with normal saline once a day, and 10 days are a treatment course; the positive control group was topically administered to the patient with bamisal (benzoyl peroxide gel) once daily. After one treatment period, the treatment group and the blank control group, the control group and the positive control group are respectively subjected to once curative effect evaluation.
The number of the acne, the pimple and the pustule of the patient are respectively added, the number is statistically analyzed before the treatment, and the statistical analysis is carried out on the difference value between before treatment and after treatment.
The administration time is 10 days per cycle.
Observing indexes, adding the number of acnes, papules and pustules before treatment, comparing the difference value before treatment and after treatment, and analyzing the curative effect by the percentage of the total integral before treatment to the total integral after treatment/the total integral before treatment.

Claims (4)

1. The application of a traditional Chinese medicine in preparing a mask for treating acne caused by wind heat in lung channels and dampness-heat in liver and gallbladder is characterized in that the traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicinal materials in parts by weight:
8-12 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 8-12 parts of oldenlandia diffusa, 5-8 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 5-8 parts of dandelion, 4-6 parts of polygonum cuspidatum, 4-6 parts of thunberg fritillary bulb, 4-6 parts of tianlong, 20-25 parts of moutan bark, 20-25 parts of bletilla striata
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) weighing Scutellariae radix, flos Chrysanthemi Indici, herba Taraxaci, Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, and Gekko Swinhonis, decocting in water, and concentrating the extractive solution to obtain fluid extract;

10 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 10 parts of oldenlandia diffusa, 8 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 7 parts of dandelion, 5 parts of polygonum cuspidatum, 5 parts of fritillary bulb, 5 parts of tianlong, 25 parts of moutan bark and 25 parts of bletilla striata.
