(1) selecting non-pathological dendrobe, stachys japonica, citrus, mulberry, pomegranate seed, honeysuckle and stevia rebaudiana, cleaning with clear water, draining and placing, then weighing the dendrobe, stachys japonica, citrus, mulberry, pomegranate seed, honeysuckle and stevia rebaudiana respectively according to a formula, crushing the weighed dendrobe and stachys japonica by using a commonly used crushing device in the field, taking a pottery, a sand pot or a copper vessel as a container, not using an iron pot to avoid the color change of the liquid medicine, then adding small segments of dendrobe, stachys japonica, honeysuckle and stevia rebaudiana in sequence, simultaneously adding purified water which is 12 times of the total weight of the raw materials for decoction, heating, stirring in the decoction process to avoid the local medicinal materials from being heated up and easily burnt, continuously decocting for 180min after heating to 100 ℃, and naturally cooling to 25 ℃ after the decoction is finished, filtering with 110 mesh filter cloth to remove residue to obtain extractive solution.
(2) The peeled citrus, mulberry and pomegranate seeds are respectively placed into a commonly used juicer in the field for crushing and juicing, filtered through a 90-mesh filter cloth to remove residues and seeds to obtain fruit juice, then the obtained fruit juice is mixed with an extracting solution, a color fixative is added when the extracting solution and the fruit juice are mixed, the color fixative is citric acid, and purified water which is 22 times of the total weight of the raw materials is added for uniformly stirring.

Comparative example 2
Only stachys nigra in example 4 is removed, other raw materials are not changed into beverage, and the process conditions are the same.
By selecting 100 persons with weak constitution to drink the beverage for a long time, 30 persons think that the body constitution of the persons is enhanced, the incidence rate of diseases such as cold, pharyngalgia and the like is obviously reduced, the spirit is obviously improved, and the rest 70 persons have no difference from the body constitution before drinking the beverage.

3. The dendrobe-stachys floribunda composite beverage according to claim 1, wherein the dendrobe-stachys floribunda is 35 parts, the stachys floribunda 25 parts, the citrus 10 parts, the mulberry 10 parts, the pomegranate seed 6 parts, the honeysuckle 8 parts and the stevia rebaudiana 2 parts.
4. The dendrobe-stachys floribunda composite beverage according to claim 1, wherein the dendrobe comprises 45 parts of dendrobe, 35 parts of stachys floribunda, 20 parts of citrus, 20 parts of mulberry, 8 parts of pomegranate seeds, 10 parts of honeysuckle and 4 parts of stevia rebaudiana.
5. The dendrobe-stachys floribunda composite beverage according to claim 1, wherein the dendrobe-stachys floribunda is 40 parts, the stachys floribunda 30 parts, the citrus 15 parts, the mulberry 15 parts, the pomegranate seed 7 parts, the honeysuckle 9 parts and the stevia rebaudiana 3 parts.
6. The method for preparing the dendrobium-stachys complex beverage as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of;
(1) selecting non-pathological dendrobe, stachys japonica, citrus, mulberry, pomegranate seed, honeysuckle and stevia rebaudiana, cleaning with clear water, draining, placing, weighing the dendrobe, stachys japonica, citrus, mulberry, pomegranate seed, honeysuckle and stevia rebaudiana respectively according to a formula, crushing the weighed dendrobe and stachys japonica by using a crushing device commonly used in the field, taking a pottery, a sand tank or a copper container as a container, sequentially adding small segments of dendrobe, stachys japonica, honeysuckle and stevia rebaudiana, simultaneously adding purified water which is 10-14 times of the total weight of the raw materials for heating and decocting, continuously decocting for 160-180min after heating to 100 ℃, and filtering and removing slag to obtain an extracting solution when the temperature naturally drops to 20-30 ℃ after the decoction is finished;
(2) respectively putting the peeled and weighed orange, mulberry and pomegranate seeds into a commonly used juice extractor in the field for crushing and juicing, filtering to remove residues and seeds to obtain fruit juice, mixing the obtained fruit juice with an extracting solution, adding purified water which is 20-24 times of the total weight of the raw materials, and uniformly stirring;

9. The method for preparing the dendrobium and stachys composite beverage according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2), a color fixative is added when the extracting solution and the fruit juice are mixed, and the color fixative is citric acid.
10. The preparation method of the dendrobium and stachys composite beverage as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (3), the dendrobium and stachys composite beverage is sterilized at a high temperature of 300-400 ℃ for 15-30 seconds.
