A preparation method of a compound beverage of Dendrobium nobile and Stachys japonica according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) selecting disease-free Dendrobium nobile, Stachys japonica, Citrus reticulate, mulberry, pomegranate seeds, Lonicera japonica and Stevia rebaudiana, washing with clean water, and draining; weighing Dendrobium nobile, StachysJaponica, Citrus reticulate, mulberry, pomegranate seeds, Lonicera japonica LH{o2628 Stevia rebaudiana separately according to the formula; pulverizing Dendrobium nobile and Stachys japonica by a pulverizer commonly used in the field, sequentially adding small segments of Dendrobium nobile, Stachys japonica, Lonicera japonica and Stevia rebaudiana to a container, for example, a pottery, a sand tank or a bronze ware, and adding purified water 10-14 times as much as the total weight of the ingredients for heating and decocting; after heating to 100 °C, continuously decocting for 160-180 min; when the temperature naturally drops to 20-30 °C, filtering out residues to obtain an extracting solution; (2) peeling and weighing Citrus reticulate, mulberry and pomegranate seeds, placing in a juicer commonly used in the field for shredding and juicing, filtering out residues and seeds to obtain fruit juice, then mixing the fruit juice with the extracting solution, adding purified water 20-24 times as much as the total weight of the ingredients while stirring well; and (3) further, ultrasonically sterilizing for 15-20 min at an ultrasonic frequency of 200-2500 Hz, followed by high-temperature instantaneous sterilization, packaging, and finally natural cooling.

- 9. The preparation method of a compound beverage of Dendrobium nobile and Stachys japonica according to claim 6, characterized in that when the extracting solution and the fruit juice are mixed in the step (2), a color fixative is added and the color fixative is citric acid.
- 10. The preparation method of a compound beverage of Dendrobium nobile and Stachys japonica according to claim 6, characterized in that the high-temperature sterilization step is carried out at 300-400 °C for 15-30 s in the step (3).
