一种可回收再生的化纤包装袋生产方法,浆料的组分为:包括聚乙烯醇、淀粉、高岭土、柠檬酸、碳酸钠和水。具体生产步骤为,步骤一:将所述浆料的组分加入搅拌机中加热;步骤二:将化纤布利用定型设备定型;步骤三:将搅拌完成的浆料投放入浆料槽中;步骤四:在牵引机构的作用下,化纤布经过浆料槽,完成浸浆;步骤五:浸浆完成的化纤布经过热风风干机构;步骤六:成品完成,制作成包装袋。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种可回收再生的化纤包装袋生产方法。
背景技术
包装(packaging)为在流通过程中保护产品,方便储运,促进销售,按一定的技术方法所用的容器、材料和辅助物等的总体名称;也指为达到上述目的在采用容器,材料和辅助物的过程中施加一定技术方法等的操作活动。
塑料编织包装袋所采用的材质基本为聚丙烯或聚乙烯,其缝纫线一般使用PET材质缝纫线,使用后回收造粒需要大量的人工分拣后,才能分类造粒,同时其强度下降比较多,不利再生产高强度的塑编包装袋,只能注塑行业降级使用。若不分拣直接回收造粒,因材料造粒温度不同,容易使造粒机螺杆报死。
现有化纤包装袋,由于表面有催化类胶水,在回收利用方面,不能再回到高强度化纤包装袋纺丝工序;注塑行业只能是降级使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种可回收再生的化纤包装袋生产方法,具体技术方案如下:
一种可回收再生的化纤包装袋生产方法,具体步骤为,
步骤一:将定型浆料加入搅拌机中加热;
步骤二:将化纤布利用定型设备定型;
步骤三:将搅拌完成的定型浆料投放入浆料槽中;
步骤四:在牵引机构的作用下,化纤布经过浆料槽,完成浸浆;
步骤五:浸浆完成的化纤布经过热风风干机构;
步骤六:成品完成,制作成包装袋。
作为优化:所述步骤一中加热温度具体为80-100摄氏度。
作为优化:所述步骤二中定型设备定型温度具体为180-200摄氏度。
作为优化:所述步骤五中,浸浆完成的化纤布经过热风风干机构的时间为 20-30秒。
作为优化:所述化纤布采用锦纶工业丝或者涤纶工业丝制成。
作为优化:所述步骤六具体为,将化纤布剪裁后,缝制成设定规格的包装袋。
一种可回收再生的化纤包装袋生产方法,采用的定型浆料组分为:包括聚乙烯醇、淀粉、高岭土、柠檬酸、碳酸钠和水。
作为优化:所述定型浆料的组分按重量份具体为:聚乙烯醇6.5~8.5份、淀粉6.5~8.5份、高岭土6.5~8.5、柠檬酸0.3~0.6份、碳酸钠0.3~0.6份和水70~85 份。
本发明的有益效果为:1、经过浸浆后的化纤布强度高、稳定性能好,适合于各类高强度包装袋的运用,运用该技术生产的化纤袋安全系数更高,运输使用也安全;2、生产环节,化纤布不磨手,可有效保护缝纫员工职业健康,可带来员工稳定、产品质量稳定、交货期稳定的优势;同时高效率稳定运行,也可有效降低生产成本。3、该种化纤包装袋不但解决聚乙烯醇可高温定型工业布,增加强度;同时易于清洗回收再制造锦纶工业丝或涤纶工业丝,是一种可持续发展的工业包装产品。4、化纤包装袋使用后易于清洗、造粒、纺丝,清洗废水易于处理,不污染环境。5、缝制化纤包装袋,辅材选用同材质材料,使用超声波设备清洗后,因材质100%一致性,可造出高品质尼龙或涤纶粒子。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种可回收再生的化纤包装袋生产方法,具体为,
步骤一:将定型浆料的组分加入搅拌机中,加入冷水侵泡30分钟后,在 80-100摄氏度中环境下搅拌加热;一个小时浆料制作完成。
步骤二:将化纤布利用定型设备定型,设备定型温度设定为180-200摄氏度;
步骤三:将搅拌完成的浆料投放入浆料槽中。
步骤四:在牵引机构的作用下,化纤布经过浆料槽,完成浸浆;
步骤五:浸浆完成的化纤布经过热风风干机构,在热风风干机构停留的时间为20-30秒;
步骤六:成品完成,采用化纤布缝制成包装袋。
其中定型浆料的组分按重量份具体为:聚乙烯醇7.5份、淀粉7.5份、高岭土7.5份、柠檬酸份2.5份、碳酸钠2.5份和水75份。
将制作完成的包装袋进行试验测试:
240克/平米,锦纶布
经向强度:3600N;纬向强度:3600N
撕裂强度经纬向:50N
摩擦系数:4N
分析说明下实验结果:各项指标符合澳大利亚羊毛局标准。
回收利用,本实施例生产的化纤包装袋,在使用废弃后,放入搅拌机,加入水清洗,不需要放任何助剂,凉干后放入双螺杆造粒机造粒,再运用到纺丝装置纺丝。其单丝强度保持在原有强度的90%。

1.一种可回收再生的化纤包装袋生产方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为,
步骤一:将定型浆料加入搅拌机中加热;
步骤二:将化纤布利用定型设备定型;
步骤三:将搅拌完成的定型浆料投放入浆料槽中;
步骤四:在牵引机构的作用下,化纤布经过浆料槽,完成浸浆;
步骤五:浸浆完成的化纤布经过热风风干机构;
步骤六:成品完成,制作成包装袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述回收再生的化纤包装袋生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中加热温度具体为80-100摄氏度。
