Description
i)再生される熱可塑性材料のフレークを提供するステップと、
ii)熱可塑性フレークを混合し、それによって、第1の融解温度を有する熱可塑性マトリックスを形成するステップと、
iii)第1の融解よりも高い第2の融解温度を有する繊維から所定の厚さのウェブ構造を提供又は形成するステップと、
iv)熱可塑性フレークの熱可塑性マトリックスをウェブ構造の上に均等に分散させるステップと、
v)任意に、第2のウェブ構造を提供又は形成し、それを熱可塑性マトリックスの上に載置するステップと、
vi)任意に、ステップiv及びvを繰り返すステップと、
vii)熱成形プロセスを用いて熱可塑性マトリックスを含むウェブ構造(単数又は複数)を加熱するステップと、を含む。
直径8mmのシュレッダスクリーン孔により細断されたホイル及び袋から生じる再生LDPEフレークの85重量%を、略同じ大きさのABS、PS、PVC顆粒の混合物の15重量%と混合した。
Claims (13)
- 再生プラスチック複合材を製造する方法であって、
i)再生される熱可塑性材料のフレークを提供するステップと、
ii)前記熱可塑性フレークを混合し、それによって、第1の融解温度を有する熱可塑性マトリックスを形成するステップと、
iii)前記第1の融解温度よりも高い第2の融解温度を有する繊維から所定の厚さのウェブ構造を提供又は形成するステップと、
iv)熱可塑性フレークの前記熱可塑性マトリックスを前記ウェブ構造の上に均等に分散させるステップと、
v)任意に、第2のウェブ構造を形成又は提供し、それを前記熱可塑性マトリックスの上に載置するステップと、
vi)任意に、ステップiv及びvを繰り返すステップと、
vii)熱成形プロセスを用いて前記ウェブ構造(単数又は複数)を加熱するステップと、
を含み、
前記熱可塑性フレークは、
a)再生される1つ以上の熱可塑性材料を提供するステップと、
b)前記1つ以上の熱可塑性材料をリグラインドに粉砕するステップと、
c)前記リグラインドから前記熱可塑性材料フレークを分離するステップと、
を含む方法によって得られる、再生プラスチック複合材を製造する方法。 - 前記熱成形は2ステップ熱成形プロセスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプラスチック複合体は、プレス、真空成形、接着、又は溶着のうちの1つであるがこれらに限定されないものから選択されたプロセスを用いて層状構造で接続されてもよい、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性フレークは、プラスチックホイル、プラスチックバッグ、又は水よりも低い密度及び/又は嵩密度を有する任意のプラスチックシート又は多層シート材料を備える群のうちの1つ以上の材料から生じる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の融解温度を有する前記繊維は、ガラス繊維、ポリエステル、ABS、ポリスチレン、ナイロン、PA等を備える群からの1つ以上の材料及び/又はそれらの組み合わせの繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の融解温度を有する前記繊維は天然繊維又は金属繊維である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱プロセスは、蒸気加熱、蒸気注入加熱、マイクロ波加熱、真空加熱等のうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フレークの大きさは3mm~25mmの間の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の融解温度を有する繊維及び熱可塑性マトリックスは、重量で50:50未満の比率で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 天然繊維の長さは、50mm~約400mmの間、好ましくは100mm~300mmの間の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の融解温度を有する繊維の割合が、前記第2の融解温度を有する繊維と前記熱可塑性フレークの合計の重量に対して、5重量%~50重量%の間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複合材は、前記熱可塑性フレークの割合が、前記第2の融解温度を有する繊維と前記熱可塑性フレークの合計の重量に対して、50重量%~95重量%の間を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12に記載の複数のプラスチック複合材を接続して形成する、複合板又は荷物運搬具の製造方法。
