本发明涉及面料领域,尤其涉及一种咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
咖啡碳纤维是利用喝完咖啡后剩下的咖啡渣,经煅烧后制成晶体,再研磨成纳米粉体,加入到涤纶纤维中,生产出一种功能性涤纶基纤维的咖啡碳纤维,其具有抑菌除臭、发散负离子和抗紫外线、蓄热保温、低碳环保的功能和特色。
发明专利CN201210326340.4就公开了一种咖啡碳防护服装面料的加工方法,通过纺纱、经纬纱前处理、经纱染色、织造、后整理、定型工艺得到咖啡碳防护服装面料。实用新型专利CN201220242819.5公开了一种咖啡碳提花布,是经线采用棉纤维、纬线采用咖啡碳纤维生产而成。
如果咖啡碳纤维的大量优点不仅可以应用至上述的服装和提花布,还可以应用至其他的面料,将赋予面料更多的性能,提供给使用者更多的选择。
其中,将咖啡碳纤维应用到拉舍尔纬编结构面料,是一个重要的研究方向。

本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题提出的。
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:编织:在纬编大圆机上对面纱和地纱进行编织,得到单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔面料毛坯布,所述面纱为咖啡碳纤维复合纱线,所述地纱为涤纶长丝;
S2:染整:对所述单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔毛坯布进行煮漂、染色制得半成品单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料;
S3:印花:采用印花机对所述半成品单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料进行印花,得到印花面料;
S4:后整理,制得的所述印花面料进行蒸化、水洗、柔软、拉幅定型、拉毛或磨毛整理,制得染色或印花咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料。
优选地,步骤S1中所述咖啡碳纤维复合纱线,按照重量份计算,包括:咖啡碳纤维25~55份,棉纤维35~65份和弹力纱线10~12份。
优选地,所述咖啡碳纤维为壳聚糖改性的咖啡碳纤维,壳聚糖和咖啡碳纤维的双重抗菌性使面料的抗菌能力极大地增强。
优选地,步骤S1中所述涤纶长丝的细度为50D-150D。
优选地,步骤S1中咖啡碳纤维复合纱线的断裂强度为2.9-3.8cn/dtex,断裂伸长率为19.5-26.4%。

本实施例中,步骤S1中所述咖啡碳纤维复合纱线包括磷酸锆载银抗菌剂。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种咖啡碳纤维仿拉舍尔纬编针织面的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:编织:在纬编大圆机上对面纱和地纱进行编织,得单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔面料毛坯布;面纱为咖啡碳纤维复合纱线;地纱为涤纶长丝;
S2:染整:对所述单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔毛坯布进行煮漂、染色制得半成品面料;
S3:印花:采用印花机对所述半成品单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔面料进行印花,得到印花咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔面料;
S4:后整理,制得的单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔面料进行蒸化、水洗、柔软、拉幅定型,拉毛或磨毛整理,得到染色或印花咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔面料。
其中,染色采用Mibct keton聚酯分散染料,述染色过程中,pH值为5.8-6.8,室温下以2℃/min的速率升温至80℃,然后1℃/min的速率升温至95℃,保温5min,再以1℃/min的速率升温至110℃,保温30min后以1.5℃/min的速率降温至75℃以下排液。

Claims (10)
1.一种咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:编织:在纬编大圆机上对面纱和地纱进行编织,得到单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔针织面料毛坯布,所述面纱为咖啡碳纤维复合纱线,所述地纱为涤纶长丝;
S2:染整:对所述单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔毛坯布进行煮漂、染色制得半成品单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料;
S3:印花:采用印花机对所述半成品单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料进行印花,得到印花面料;
S4:后整理,制得的所述印花面料进行蒸化、水洗、柔软、拉幅定型、拉毛或磨毛整理,制得染色或印花咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述咖啡碳纤维复合纱线,按照重量份计算,包括:咖啡碳纤维25~55份,棉纤维35~65份和氨纶10~12份。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述咖啡碳纤维为壳聚糖改性的咖啡碳纤维。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述涤纶长丝的细度为50D-150D。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中咖啡碳纤维复合纱线的断裂强度为2.9-3.8cn/dtex,断裂伸长率为19.5-26.4%。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述咖啡碳纤维复合纱线包括抗菌剂。
7.根据权利要求6中所述的制备方法,其特征在于,抗菌剂为沸石载银锌抗菌剂或磷酸锆载银抗菌剂。
8.根据权利要求1中所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述染色,染中深色产品时使用Palanilp非离子型染料,染浅色产品时使用Mibct keton聚酯分散染料。
9.根据权利要求1中所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述染色过程中,室温下以2℃/min的速率升温至80℃,然后1℃/min的速率升温至95℃,保温5min,再以1℃/min的速率升温至110℃,保温30min后以1.5℃/min的速率降温至室温。
10.一种采用如权利要求1-9任一项所述的制备方法制备的咖啡碳纤维仿拉舍尔纬编针织面料。
