本发明提供一种汉麻混纺面料,包括基层、防晒层、抗菌层、织物层以及混纺层,基层由纯棉丝和桑蚕丝混纺编织而成,其中纯棉丝占60‑80重量份,桑蚕丝占20‑40重量份;防晒层由竹炭纤维和再生涤纶纤维编织而成,其中竹炭纤维占80‑90重量份,再生涤纶纤维占10‑20重量份;抗菌层由竹炭纤维以及纳米银纤维编织而成,其中竹炭纤维占15‑30重量份,纳米银纤维占70‑85重量份;织物层由普通涤纶和微孔涤纶混纺而成,其中普通涤纶30‑45重量份,微孔涤纶55‑70重量份;混纺层由镀银纤维与棉纤维构成,其中镀银纤维占65‑85重量份,棉纤维占15‑35重量份;与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:能够达到美观舒适和长期保持抗菌功效的目的。

技术领域
本发明是一种汉麻混纺面料,属于面料领域。
背景技术
汉麻由于自身所具有的吸湿、透气、、防霉、抑菌、抗辐射等特性而日益成为人类关注的焦点。但汉麻纤维也存在长度不匀率较高,毛羽多、硬、长以及纤维中含有果胶和木质素等杂质等缺点。
本发明针对汉麻纤维存在的缺点,对其纺纱与织造的关键技术进行研究,在纺纱阶段,选用适合的共混纤维,如精梳棉、莱赛尔、牛奶纤维,研究其多组分纺纱技术,纺制高性能汉麻混纺纱线;在织造阶段,以织物的舒适性为目的,研究汉麻纱与其他如沟槽涤纶或TPP、TBP等弹性纤维交织的织物结构设计及织造技术,以及对织物采用复合后整理技术,发挥各加工阶段复合化处理的优势使织物既保持汉麻纤维的原有特点,又具有了优良的抗皱性和减少了刺痒感,可用作特种军用服装面料,具有非常广阔的市场前景。因此,汉麻复合特种高新技术织物关键技术研究对开发使用节能环保型原材料,实现纺织品生产节能减排都具有重大的意义,并且对实汉麻产业的综合开发,对于我国综合开发和利用无毒工业汉麻再生资源,发展循环经济;开辟出新的生产领域,为企业增加收入,提高经济效益;保护生态环境,走新型工业化道路具有十分重要的战略意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种汉麻混纺面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种汉麻混纺面料,包括基层、防晒层、抗菌层、织物层以及混纺层,所述基层由纯棉丝和桑蚕丝混纺编织而成,其中纯棉丝占60-80重量份,桑蚕丝占20-40重量份;所述防晒层由竹炭纤维和再生涤纶纤维编织而成,其中竹炭纤维占80-90重量份,再生涤纶纤维占10-20重量份;所述抗菌层由竹炭纤维以及纳米银纤维编织而成,其中竹炭纤维作经纱,纳米银纤维作纬纱,其中竹炭纤维占15-30重量份,纳米银纤维占70-85重量份;所述织物层由普通涤纶和微孔涤纶混纺而成,其中普通涤纶30-45重量份,微孔涤纶55-70重量份;所述混纺层由镀银纤维与棉纤维构成,其中镀银纤维占65-85重量份,棉纤维占15-35重量份。
进一步地,每100重量份的基层中含有纯棉丝75重量份,每100重量份的基层中含有桑蚕丝25重量份,所述纯棉丝的密度为90-110D/98F,所述桑蚕丝的密度为100-110D/110F。
进一步地,所述防晒层的厚度为20-40μm。
进一步地,每100重量份的防晒层中含有竹炭纤维85重量份,每100重量份的防晒层中含有再生涤纶纤维15重量份。
进一步地,所述再生涤纶纤维为一种再生涤纶短纤,所述再生涤纶纤维的长度为65-102mm,所述再生涤纶纤维纤度为3D-20D。
进一步地,每100重量份的抗菌层中含有竹炭纤维15重量份,每100重量份的抗菌层中含有纳米银纤维85重量份。
进一步地,所述织物层通过测定混纺而成的纱线的强力、条干均匀度以及毛羽指标,同时选取不同纱线织出的布料,再测定不同布的各项物理指标,以及各项汉麻特殊功能的指标,经过筛选,最终确定用于不同面料、不同档次的36支、40支、50支、60支、80支双股纱线,织出方平、普通平纹以及斜纹等织的织物层。
进一步地,每100重量份的织物层中含有普通涤纶30重量份,每100重量份的织物层中含有微孔涤纶70重量份。
进一步地,每100重量份的混纺层中含有镀银纤维75重量份,每100重量份的混纺层中含有棉纤维25重量份.
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种汉麻混纺面料,可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,抗菌效果较好,通过增加抗菌层,使面料具有除臭的功能,因此人们在穿着时不会产生异味,能够达到美观舒适和长期保持抗菌功效的目的。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汉麻混纺面料,包括基层、防晒层、抗菌层、织物层以及混纺层,基层由纯棉丝和桑蚕丝混纺编织而成,其中纯棉丝占60-80重量份,桑蚕丝占20-40重量份。
防晒层由竹炭纤维和再生涤纶纤维编织而成,其中竹炭纤维占80-90重量份,再生涤纶纤维占10-20重量份。
抗菌层由竹炭纤维以及纳米银纤维编织而成,其中竹炭纤维作经纱,纳米银纤维作纬纱,其中竹炭纤维占15-30重量份,纳米银纤维占70-85重量份。
织物层由普通涤纶和微孔涤纶混纺而成,其中普通涤纶30-45重量份,微孔涤纶55-70重量份。
混纺层由镀银纤维与棉纤维构成,其中镀银纤维占65-85重量份,棉纤维占15-35重量份。
每100重量份的基层中含有纯棉丝75重量份,每100重量份的基层中含有桑蚕丝25重量份,纯棉丝的密度为90-110D/98F,桑蚕丝的密度为100-110D/110F。
防晒层的厚度为20-40μm。
每100重量份的防晒层中含有竹炭纤维85重量份,每100重量份的防晒层中含有再生涤纶纤维15重量份。
再生涤纶纤维为一种再生涤纶短纤,再生涤纶纤维的长度为65-102mm,再生涤纶纤维纤度为3D-20D。
每100重量份的抗菌层中含有竹炭纤维15重量份,每100重量份的抗菌层中含有纳米银纤维85重量份。
织物层通过测定混纺而成的纱线的强力、条干均匀度以及毛羽指标,同时选取不同纱线织出的布料,再测定不同布的各项物理指标,以及各项汉麻特殊功能的指标,经过筛选,最终确定用于不同面料、不同档次的36支、40支、50支、60支、80支双股纱线,织出方平、普通平纹以及斜纹等织的织物层。

做为本发明的一个实施例:每100重量份的基层中含有纯棉丝60重量份,每100重量份的基层中含有桑蚕丝40重量份,每100重量份的防晒层中含有竹炭纤维87重量份,每100重量份的防晒层中含有再生涤纶纤维13重量份,每100重量份的抗菌层中含有竹炭纤维占16重量份,每100重量份的抗菌层中含有纳米银纤维84重量份,每100重量份的织物层中含有普通涤纶45重量份,每100重量份的织物层中含有微孔涤纶55重量份,每100重量份的混纺层中含有镀银纤维72重量份,每100重量份的混纺层中含有棉纤维28重量份。
本发明的一种汉麻混纺面料,可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,抗菌效果较好,通过增加抗菌层,使面料具有除臭的功能,因此人们在穿着时不会产生异味,能够达到美观舒适和长期保持抗菌功效的目的。

1.一种汉麻混纺面料,包括基层、防晒层、抗菌层、织物层以及混纺层,其特征在于:所述基层由纯棉丝和桑蚕丝混纺编织而成,其中纯棉丝占60-80重量份,桑蚕丝占20-40重量份;
所述防晒层由竹炭纤维和再生涤纶纤维编织而成,其中竹炭纤维占80-90重量份,再生涤纶纤维占10-20重量份;
所述抗菌层由竹炭纤维以及纳米银纤维编织而成,其中竹炭纤维作经纱,纳米银纤维作纬纱,其中竹炭纤维占15-30重量份,纳米银纤维占70-85重量份;
所述织物层由普通涤纶和微孔涤纶混纺而成,其中普通涤纶30-45重量份,微孔涤纶55-70重量份;
所述混纺层由镀银纤维与棉纤维构成,其中镀银纤维占65-85重量份,棉纤维占15-35重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻混纺面料,其特征在于:每100重量份的基层中含有纯棉丝75重量份,每100重量份的基层中含有桑蚕丝25重量份,所述纯棉丝的密度为90-110D/98F,所述桑蚕丝的密度为100-110D/110F。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻混纺面料,其特征在于:所述防晒层的厚度为20-40μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻混纺面料,其特征在于:每100重量份的防晒层中含有竹炭纤维85重量份,每100重量份的防晒层中含有再生涤纶纤维15重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻混纺面料,其特征在于:所述再生涤纶纤维为一种再生涤纶短纤,所述再生涤纶纤维的长度为65-102mm,所述再生涤纶纤维纤度为3D-20D。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻混纺面料,其特征在于:每100重量份的抗菌层中含有竹炭纤维15重量份,每100重量份的抗菌层中含有纳米银纤维85重量份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻混纺面料,其特征在于:所述织物层通过测定混纺而成的纱线的强力、条干均匀度以及毛羽指标,同时选取不同纱线织出的布料,再测定不同布的各项物理指标,以及各项汉麻特殊功能的指标,经过筛选,最终确定用于不同面料、不同档次的36支、40支、50支、60支、80支双股纱线,织出方平、普通平纹以及斜纹等织的织物层。
