背景技术
锦纶的强力、耐磨性好,居所有纤维之首。它的耐磨性是棉纤维的10倍,是干态粘胶纤维的10倍,其织物的弹性极好,还有良好的耐蛀、耐腐蚀性能,但其光泽较暗淡,手感较硬,而冰丝触感光滑,光泽好,这种纤维的吸湿性、透气性比普通粘胶纤维要好一些,同时还具有比较好的保型性和悬垂性。
冰丝又叫人造丝,粘纤,粘胶长丝等。
冰丝是用棉短绒,木材作为原料优化处理得来的。因此冰丝较棉纤维,木质纤维本质更纯正,冰丝的含湿率最符合人体皮肤的生理要求,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽等特点。冰丝锦纶复合纤维集合了锦纶和冰丝的优点,在服装和家纺布料中广泛应用,现有的冰丝锦纶复合纤维收缩性不佳,难以满足高品质纺织品的要求。
因此,我们提出了一种高收缩冰丝锦纶及其制备方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的复合纤维收缩性不佳的缺点,而提出的一种高收缩冰丝锦纶及其制备方法。
一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,包括相互加捻在一起的锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维,所述锦纶纤维按重量份包括锦纶90~92份、色母粒1~2份、收缩剂2~3份、改性剂1~2份;所述冰丝纤维按重量份包括聚粘胶纤维50~65份、壳聚糖纤维15~20份、大豆纤维5~10份、竹炭纤维2~5份、弹性剂1~2份、交联剂1~5份、偶联剂1~5份。
优选的,所述色母粒按重量份包括树脂载体70~85份、色料1~ 10份、分散剂1~10份。
优选的,所述分散剂为聚乙烯低分子蜡和硬脂酸盐中的一种或两种。

一种高收缩冰丝锦纶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备收缩剂:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯35~50份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~35份、木质素3~8份、铝镁硅酸盐8~15份和硅油5~10份置入反应釜中,搅拌并加热至245~260℃,保持温度反应6h,冷却即得收缩剂;
S2、制备变性锦纶熔体:将锦纶90~92份、色母粒1~2份、收缩剂2~3份和改性剂1~2份混合均匀,加入到螺杆挤压机中熔融挤压,得到变性锦纶熔体;
S3、制备锦纶纤维:将变性锦纶熔体通过喷射纺丝法进行纺丝,制得全拉伸锦纶丝,再将全拉伸锦纶丝通过喷气法变形,制得锦纶纤维;
S4、制备冰丝纤维:将纺粘胶纤维用的粘胶纺丝原液50~65份、纺壳聚糖纤维的壳聚糖溶液15~20份、纺大豆纤维用的脱去油脂的大豆豆粕5~10份、纺竹炭纤维用的竹炭2~5份、弹性剂1~2份、交联剂1~5份、偶联剂1~5份置入挤出机中,熔融反应2h后挤出,纺丝得到冰丝纤维;
S5、将锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起,制得高收缩冰丝锦纶。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明将锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起,经过收缩剂处理,纤维收缩性佳,锦纶丝经通过喷气法变形,具有较高的弹性和蓬松度具有比较好的保型性和悬垂性,与冰丝纤维复合后,具有手感柔软、光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、色彩绚丽等特点同时防霉、防虫、防静电、无辐射。
2、本发明在纤维中添加了石墨烯、云母和氧化锆,提高了纤维的机械强度,壳聚糖纤维可起到抗菌的效果。
3、改性剂中,增加了云母,由于云母具有化学性能稳定,其导热性,吸水性,吸附性较好,片状云母的热传导速率为涤纶的5倍以上,加上纳米云母表层带电荷,故水合作用颇高(即含水率极高),在三重效果“高热传导率+高吸热效果+高收缩”的作用下,得到本产品。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一:
一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,包括相互加捻在一起的锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维,锦纶纤维按重量份包括锦纶90份、色母粒1份、收缩剂2份、改性剂2份;冰丝纤维按重量份包括聚粘胶纤维55份、壳聚糖纤维 18份、大豆纤维8份、竹炭纤维3份、弹性剂1份、交联剂3份、偶联剂3份。
本实施例中,色母粒按重量份包括树脂载体80份、色料3份、分散剂5份,分散剂为聚乙烯低分子蜡和硬脂酸盐中的一种或两种,收缩剂按重量份包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯35份、木质素8份、铝镁硅酸盐15份、硅油8份,改性剂按重量份包括石墨烯40份、云母15 份、氧化锆8份、硅藻土12份、羟乙基尿素8份,弹性剂按重量份包括聚乙烯弹性体35份、聚脲弹性体25份、玻璃纤维5份、季戊四醇油酸酯3份、马来酸苷2份。
一种高收缩冰丝锦纶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备收缩剂:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯35份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯35份、木质素8份、铝镁硅酸盐15份、硅油8份置入反应釜中,搅拌并加热至250℃,保持温度反应6h,冷却即得收缩剂;
S2、制备变性锦纶熔体:将锦纶90份、色母粒1份、收缩剂2 份、改性剂2份混合均匀,加入到螺杆挤压机中熔融挤压,得到变性锦纶熔体;
S3、制备锦纶纤维:将变性锦纶熔体通过喷射纺丝法进行纺丝,制得全拉伸锦纶丝,再将全拉伸锦纶丝通过喷气法变形,制得锦纶纤维;
S4、制备冰丝纤维:将纺粘胶纤维用的粘胶纺丝原液55份、纺壳聚糖纤维的壳聚糖溶液18份、纺大豆纤维用的脱去油脂的大豆豆粕8份、纺竹炭纤维用的竹炭3份、弹性剂1份、交联剂3份,偶联剂3份置入挤出机中,熔融反应2h后挤出,纺丝得到冰丝纤维;
S5、将锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起,制得高收缩冰丝锦纶。
实施例二:
一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,包括相互加捻在一起的锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维,锦纶纤维按重量份包括锦纶92份、色母粒2份、收缩剂3份、改性剂2份;冰丝纤维按重量份包括聚粘胶纤维50份、壳聚糖纤维 20份、大豆纤维10份、竹炭纤维2份、弹性剂2份、交联剂3份、偶联剂3份。

一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,包括相互加捻在一起的锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维,锦纶纤维按重量份包括锦纶92份、色母粒2份、收缩剂2.5份、改性剂2份;冰丝纤维按重量份包括聚粘胶纤维65份、壳聚糖纤维 17份、大豆纤维8份、竹炭纤维3份、弹性剂2份、交联剂3份、偶联剂3份。

S5、将锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起,制得高收缩冰丝锦纶。
实施例五:
一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,包括相互加捻在一起的锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维,锦纶纤维按重量份包括锦纶91份、色母粒1.5份、收缩剂3份、改性剂2份;冰丝纤维按重量份包括聚粘胶纤维62份、壳聚糖纤维 20份、大豆纤维9份、竹炭纤维5份、弹性剂2份、交联剂3份、偶联剂3份。

S4、制备冰丝纤维:将纺粘胶纤维用的粘胶纺丝原液62份、纺壳聚糖纤维的壳聚糖溶液20份、纺大豆纤维用的脱去油脂的大豆豆粕9份、纺竹炭纤维用的竹炭5份、弹性剂2份、交联剂3份,偶联剂3份置入挤出机中,熔融反应2h后挤出,纺丝得到冰丝纤维;
S5、将锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起,制得高收缩冰丝锦纶。
Claims (7)
1.一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,其特征在于:包括相互加捻在一起的锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维,所述锦纶纤维按重量份包括锦纶90~92份、色母粒1~2份、收缩剂2~3份、改性剂1~2份;所述冰丝纤维按重量份包括聚粘胶纤维50~65份、壳聚糖纤维15~20份、大豆纤维5~10份、竹炭纤维2~5份、弹性剂1~2份、交联剂1~5份、偶联剂1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,其特征在于,所述色母粒按重量份包括树脂载体70~85份、色料1~10份、分散剂1~10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙烯低分子蜡和硬脂酸盐中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,其特征在于,所述收缩剂按重量份包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~35份、木质素3~8份、铝镁硅酸盐8~15份、硅油5~10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,其特征在于,所述改性剂按重量份包括石墨烯30~45份、云母15~20份、氧化锆8~12份、硅藻土8~12份、羟乙基尿素5~8份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高收缩冰丝锦纶,其特征在于,所述弹性剂按重量份包括聚乙烯弹性体35~45份、聚脲弹性体18~25份、玻璃纤维3~5份、季戊四醇油酸酯3~5份、马来酸苷1~3份。
7.一种根据权利要求1所述的高收缩冰丝锦纶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备收缩剂:将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯35~50份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30~35份、木质素3~8份、铝镁硅酸盐8~15份和硅油5~10份置入反应釜中,搅拌并加热至245~260℃,保持温度反应6h,冷却即得收缩剂;
S2、制备变性锦纶熔体:将锦纶90~92份、色母粒1~2份、收缩剂2~3份和改性剂1~2份混合均匀,加入到螺杆挤压机中熔融挤压,得到变性锦纶熔体;
S3、制备锦纶纤维:将变性锦纶熔体通过喷射纺丝法进行纺丝,制得全拉伸锦纶丝,再将全拉伸锦纶丝通过喷气法变形,制得锦纶纤维;
S4、制备冰丝纤维:将纺粘胶纤维用的粘胶纺丝原液50~65份、纺壳聚糖纤维的壳聚糖溶液15~20份、纺大豆纤维用的脱去油脂的大豆豆粕5~10份、纺竹炭纤维用的竹炭2~5份、弹性剂1~2份、交联剂1~5份、偶联剂1~5份置入挤出机中,熔融反应2h后挤出,纺丝得到冰丝纤维;
S5、将锦纶纤维和冰丝纤维互相加捻在一起,制得高收缩冰丝锦纶。
