Detailed Description
For the purpose of facilitating an understanding of the present invention, the present invention will now be described by way of examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the examples are only for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the present invention and should not be construed as specifically limiting the present invention.
Unless otherwise specified, various starting materials of the present invention are commercially available; or prepared according to conventional methods in the art. Unless defined or indicated otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In addition, any methods and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the methods of the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, the degradable straw fiber seedling container cup comprises a seedling container body 1, wherein the seedling container body 1 is in a net shape, straws are used as a main raw material, and 5% -10% of environment-friendly cotton is added.
In use, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of seedling raising container bodies 1 are placed in a container rack 2, plant seedlings are planted in the seedling raising container bodies 1 of the present invention, and then the seedling raising containers with the planted seedlings are placed on barren mountains and barren lands in batches and in large pieces.
The seedling raising container body is processed according to the following steps:
the straw is used as a main raw material, the straw is processed into filamentous fibers (the length is 3-8cm, the fineness is 0.5-2mm) by a special machine, then a little of environment-friendly cotton (5% -10%) with certain viscosity is added, the mixture is uniformly mixed, a lapping machine is used for lapping into a fiber cushion state with required thickness, and a plate-shaped object with required thickness for processing the straw fiber seedling culture container cup is formed by pressing through a special hot-pressing roller. Then cutting the cup into a certain shape according to the size of the container cup to be processed, and entering a die for hot pressing. The hot pressing process parameters are as follows:
temperature: (the product molding temperature is that the upper and lower dies are heated to 220 ℃ and the temperature difference between the upper and lower dies is 10-20 ℃);
humidity: short forming time within 5% -15%, high yield, too high humidity, prolonged forming time, influence on yield and possibly quality.
Other requirements are as follows: products with different shapes and sizes need to be customized and designed for product die-casting molds and technical parameters of processing equipment are considered.
The seedling culture container cup is prepared by taking straws as main raw materials and adding 5-10% of environment-friendly cotton and performing hot pressing. The high-temperature manufacturing process at the temperature of more than 200 ℃ is equal to that of sterilizing the container cup once, and the product is a sterile product; and the container cup is netted, is air-permeable and water-permeable, and particularly, the plant root system can freely penetrate through the container cup to freely grow (stretch). After the root system grows out of the container cup body, the container is used for root pruning or artificial root breaking is carried out, the root system continues to grow in the container cup to form a root ball, the container does not need to be taken off or scattered during transplanting, the transplanting survival rate is high, and the seedling revival period is short; under the condition that the transplanted straw fiber container cup is buried in soil, the degradation of the seedling container cup can be accelerated through wind blowing, rain, sunshine and the chemical action of an organic matrix, the seedling container cup gradually decays in the matrix soil along with the deep degradation to form a fertilizer, and an organic protective layer is formed at the root part of seedling. Therefore, the seedling culture container is adopted to culture seedlings, and the survival rate and the vitality of the seedlings can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3, when the seedling culture container cup disclosed by the invention is used for seedling culture, the cultured root system is developed, the vitality is strong, and the seedling culture container cup is easy to survive and drought-resistant; and in fig. 3b, when the seedling culture container cup is not used for seedling culture, the cultured roots are not developed and are not easy to survive.
The traditional plastic seedling raising container is easy to have the phenomenon that the main root (the root of life) penetrates out of a drain hole at the bottom. In the seedling lifting and transporting process, the main roots are cut off and cannot be reserved, and the capillary roots are not developed, so that the container seedlings do not show the effect and value of the container. The straw seedling raising container is good in air permeability and water permeability, and beneficial to growth of capillary roots, so that the capillary roots of plants are developed, and the main roots of the plants cannot be quickly pricked into the soil. The main roots are not cut off when the seedlings are lifted, and even if a few capillary roots are damaged, the capillary roots in the straw seedling raising container are developed, so that the survival rate of seedling transplanting is not influenced. The seedlings have developed capillary roots, good water and fertilizer absorption and photosynthesis effects on the seedlings and promotion of the growth of the seedlings.
