Abstract

本发明涉及一种纸板箱的把手，特别是一种能够防止切断部分弯曲时损坏箱子外观的纸板箱的把手。该纸板箱的把手包括切断的切断部分、将切断部分两端连接在一起的弯曲部分以及用于分配作用于上述切断部分两端部上的应力的装置。

Description

纸极箱的把手
本发明涉及一种纸板箱的把手，特别是一种能够防止切断部分弯曲时损坏箱子外观的纸板箱的把手。
现有的纸板箱如图1及图2所示，在纸板箱1上设置有用实线3表示的切断部分和用虚线5表示的弯曲部分两者所形成的把手4。
以这种方式所形成的把手4，在使用过程中，将上述把手4从外侧向内侧挤压，这样，虚线5处产生弯曲，以此便形成了把手4。
但是，在将把手4从外侧向内侧挤压时，与需切断的实线3两端相连的虚线5的两端(A)部分上作用有集中的应力，会使该(A)部分处发生断裂现象。
由此，不能沿虚线5正常把进行弯曲，而是在连结上述断裂部分的连结线6处弯曲，这样便出现了损坏箱子1外观的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种能够在形成把手时，防止损伤包装箱外观的纸板箱的把手。
本发明的目的是通过下述方式完成的。一种纸板箱的把手，其改进是，它包括：需切断的切断部分；将上述切断部分的两端连接在一起的弯曲部分以及在切断部分的两端部和弯曲部分之间分别形成的孔，所述的孔用于分配作用在上述切断部分两个端部的应力。
图1是现有技术纸板箱的把手部分的示意图。
图2是现有技术纸板箱的把手形成后的状态示意图。
图3是本发明纸板箱把手部分的示意图。
图4是本发明纸板箱把手形成后的状态示意图。
下文参照图3及图4叙述本发明纸板箱的把手。
在纸板箱101上，形成有把手部分104，该把手部分104由实线表示的需切断的切断部分103和将切断部分103两端连接在一起的用虚线表示的要弯曲的弯曲部分105所组成。
上述把手104在箱子101内侧需弯曲的地方设置有包装板106。
上述弯曲部分105上设置有：在把手104位于箱子101内包装板106的下方位置时要弯曲的第一弯曲部分107和与箱子101内包装板106处于相同位置时需弯曲的第二弯曲部分108以及位于箱子101内包装板106上方位置时需弯曲的第三弯曲部分109。
在上述切断部分103的两端和弯曲部分105之间形成有孔110，孔110用于分配作用于切断部分103两端部的应力。
为了使用把手104，要将上述把手104向内侧挤压，这样，便切断了用实线表示的切断部分103，并使虚线所表示的弯曲部分105弯曲，如此，便形成把手104。
由于把手104在箱子101内侧需弯曲的地方设置有包装板106，这使弯曲后的把手104与包装板106相接触，从而易于进行包装制品的搬运。
如上述，把手104在弯曲过程中，当弯曲部分105位于包装板106下方位置时，第一弯曲部分107弯曲，当弯曲部分105与包装板106处于相同位置时，第二弯曲部分108弯曲，而当弯曲部分105位于包装板106上方位置时，第三弯曲部分109弯曲。
由此，可以防止包装板106和弯曲部分105之间相互位置不重合时，意外地形成其它的弯曲部。
由于在切断部分103的两端和弯曲部分105之间形成有孔110，利用孔110可以分配作用于切断部分103两端部的应力，因此也防止了切断部分103两端部的破裂。
通过上文叙述可以看出，本发明能防止把手弯曲时在弯曲部分发生意外，进一步避免了切断部分和弯曲部分等处所发生的破裂现象。

Claims (3)

1.一种纸板箱的把手，其特征是，该把手包括：需切断的切断部分；将上述切断部分的两端连接在一起的弯曲部分以及用于分配作用于上述切断部分两端部的应力用的手段。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸板箱的把手，其特征是，上述手段是在切断部分两端部和弯曲部分之间分别形成的孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纸板箱的把手，其特征是，上述弯曲部分具有：位于箱子内包装板下方位置时要弯曲的第一弯曲部分、处于与箱子内包装板相同位置时要弯曲的第二弯曲部分以及位于箱子内包装板上方位置时需弯曲的第三弯曲部分。
