织物的硬挺度测定按照GB/T18318.1-2009《纺织品弯曲性能的测定:斜面法》标准测定整理后织物的硬挺度(径向与纬向的平均值),硬挺度值越小,织物越柔软。

所述的柔软剂为一种环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂,其制备方法如下:
在高压搅拌釜中,通入氮气,加入12kg油基甜菜碱,3.6kg3,4-环氧-1-丁烯,3kg质量百分比为10%的氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液,再加入145kg的200#溶剂油,9kg2,4,6,8-四甲基环四硅氧烷,1kgN-烯丙基-N'-乙基脲,控温58℃,搅拌反应3h,减压蒸馏除去200#溶剂油,得到环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂。
所述的第一次浸扎时间为40s。
所述的第二次浸扎时间为3min。
所述的第一次浸轧液中还含有0.4%的硅油精。
所述的第二次浸轧液中还含有0.2%的十八烷基异氰酸酯。
实施例3
一种具有防皱功能的羊毛面料的制备方法,其具体方案为:
将90kg羊毛纤维,32kg莱卡纤维,12kg大豆蛋白纤维和26kg聚氨酯纤维混纺后得到羊毛混纺纱线,然后将得到的纱线进行第一次浸扎,轧液率为75%,完成后在90℃烘6min,然后进行第二次浸扎,轧液率为85%,完成后在90℃烘3min,然后在130℃烘干6min,完成后再安装到织机上,由织机制成面料即可;其特征在于所述的第一次浸轧液中含有质量百分比为6.8%的亚硫酸氢钠和3.4%的柔软剂;所述的第二次浸轧液中含有0.8%的防皱剂。
所述的防皱剂按照质量百分比,包括31%的二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,8.2%的海藻糖,14%的三羟甲基三聚氰胺,18%的二氯异氰尿酸钠,6%的褐藻胶和5%的甘氨酸的原料;将其加入到4倍的乙醇中,搅拌混合均匀后控温80℃,反应5h后蒸干溶剂后得到。
所述的柔软剂为一种环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂,其制备方法如下:
在高压搅拌釜中,通入氮气,加入15kg油基甜菜碱,4.7kg3,4-环氧-1-丁烯,5kg质量百分比为12%的氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液,再加入150kg的200#溶剂油,12kg2,4,6,8-四甲基环四硅氧烷,2.1kgN-烯丙基-N'-乙基脲,控温65℃,搅拌反应5h,减压蒸馏除去200#溶剂油,得到环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂。
所述的第一次浸扎时间为60s。
所述的第二次浸扎时间为5min。
所述的第一次浸轧液中还含有0.6%的硅油精。
所述的第二次浸轧液中还含有0.5%的十八烷基异氰酸酯。

对比例2
所述的柔软剂为一种环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂,其制备方法如下:
在高压搅拌釜中,通入氮气,加入10kg油基甜菜碱,3.1kg3,4-环氧-1-丁烯,2kg质量百分比为6%的氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液,再加入100kg的200#溶剂油,6kg2,4,6,8-四甲基环四硅氧烷,控温55℃,搅拌反应2h,减压蒸馏除去200#溶剂油,得到环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂。
其它技术方案与实施例1相同。
对比例3
一种具有防皱功能的羊毛面料的制备方法,其具体方案为:
将75kg羊毛纤维,15kg莱卡纤维,5kg大豆蛋白纤维和14kg聚氨酯纤维混纺后得到羊毛混纺纱线,然后将得到的纱线进行第一次浸扎,轧液率为68%,完成后在80℃烘2min,然后进行第二次浸扎,轧液率为70%,完成后在80℃烘1min,然后在110℃烘干3min,完成后再安装到织机上,由织机制成面料即可;其特征在于所述的第一次浸轧液中含有质量百分比为3.4%的亚硫酸氢钠;所述的第二次浸轧液中含有0.3%的防皱剂。
所述的防皱剂按照质量百分比,包括23%的二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,4.6%的海藻糖,5%的三羟甲基三聚氰胺,12%的二氯异氰尿酸钠,2%的褐藻胶和1%的甘氨酸的原料;将其加入到1.5倍的乙醇中,搅拌混合均匀后控温60℃,反应1h后蒸干溶剂后得到。
所述的第一次浸扎时间为30s。
所述的第二次浸扎时间为1min。
所述的第一次浸轧液中还含有0.3%的硅油精。
所述的第二次浸轧液中还含有0.1%的十八烷基异氰酸酯。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有防皱功能的羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:
按照质量份数,将75-90份的羊毛纤维,15-32份的莱卡纤维,5-12份的大豆蛋白纤维和14-26份的聚氨酯纤维混纺后得到羊毛混纺纱线,然后将得到的纱线进行第一次浸轧,轧液率为68%-75%,完成后在80-90℃烘2-6min,然后进行第二次浸轧,轧液率为70%-85%,完成后在80-90℃烘1-3min,然后在110-130℃烘干3-6min,完成后再安装到织机上,由织机制成面料即可;所述的第一次浸轧液中含有质量百分比为3.4%-6.8%的亚硫酸氢钠和1.2%-3.4%的柔软剂;所述的第二次浸轧液中含有0.3%-0.8%的防皱剂;
所述的柔软剂为一种环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂,其制备方法如下:
按质量份,在高压搅拌釜中,通入氮气,加入10-15份油基甜菜碱, 3.1-4.7份3,4-环氧-1-丁烯,2-5份质量百分比浓度为6-12%的氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液,再加入100-150份的200#溶剂油,6-12份2,4,6,8-四甲基环四硅氧烷, 0.5-2.1份N-烯丙基-N'-乙基脲,控温55-65℃,搅拌反应2-5h,减压蒸馏除去200#溶剂油,得到环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂;
所述的防皱剂按照质量百分比,包括23%-31%的二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,4.6%-8.2%的海藻糖,5%-14%的三羟甲基三聚氰胺,12%-18%的二氯异氰尿酸钠,2%-6%的褐藻胶和1%-5%的甘氨酸的原料;将其加入到1.5-4倍的乙醇中,搅拌混合均匀后控温60-80℃,反应1-5h后蒸干溶剂后得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第一次浸轧时间为30-60s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第二次浸轧时间为1-5min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第一次浸轧液中还含有0.3%-0.6%的硅油精。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第二次浸轧液中还含有0.1%-0.5%的十八烷基异氰酸酯。
