按照质量份数,将75-90份的羊毛纤维,15-32份的莱卡纤维,5-12份的大豆蛋白纤维和14-26份的聚氨酯纤维混纺后得到羊毛混纺纱线,然后将得到的纱线进行第一次浸扎,轧液率为68%-75%,完成后在80-90℃烘2-6min,然后进行第二次浸扎,轧液率为70%-85%,完成后在80-90℃烘1-3min,然后在110-130℃烘干3-6min,完成后再安装到织机上,由织机制成面料即可;其特征在于所述的第一次浸扎液中含有质量份数为3.4%-6.8%的亚硫酸氢钠和1.2%-3.4%的柔软剂;所述的第二次浸扎液中含有0.3%-0.8%的防皱剂。

实施例3
一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其具体方案为:
将90kg羊毛纤维,32kg莱卡纤维,12kg大豆蛋白纤维和26kg聚氨酯纤维混纺后得到羊毛混纺纱线,然后将得到的纱线进行第一次浸扎,轧液率为75%,完成后在90℃烘6min,然后进行第二次浸扎,轧液率为85%,完成后在90℃烘3min,然后在130℃烘干6min,完成后再安装到织机上,由织机制成面料即可;其特征在于所述的第一次浸扎液中含有质量kg数为6.8%的亚硫酸氢钠和3.4%的柔软剂;所述的第二次浸扎液中含有0.8%的防皱剂。
所述的防皱剂按照质量百分比含量,包括31%的二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,8.2%的海藻糖,14%的三羟甲基三聚氰胺,18%的二氯异氰尿酸钠,6%的褐藻胶和5%的甘氨酸的原料;将其加入到4倍的乙醇中,搅拌混合均匀后控温80℃,反应5h后蒸干溶剂后得到。

其它技术方案与实施例1相同。
对比例3
一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其具体方案为:
将75kg羊毛纤维,15kg莱卡纤维,5kg大豆蛋白纤维和14kg聚氨酯纤维混纺后得到羊毛混纺纱线,然后将得到的纱线进行第一次浸扎,轧液率为68%,完成后在80℃烘2min,然后进行第二次浸扎,轧液率为70%,完成后在80℃烘1min,然后在110℃烘干3min,完成后再安装到织机上,由织机制成面料即可;其特征在于所述的第一次浸扎液中含有质量kg数为3.4%的亚硫酸氢钠;所述的第二次浸扎液中含有0.3%的防皱剂。
所述的防皱剂按照质量百分比含量,包括23%的二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,4.6%的海藻糖,5%的三羟甲基三聚氰胺,12%的二氯异氰尿酸钠,2%的褐藻胶和1%的甘氨酸的原料;将其加入到1.5倍的乙醇中,搅拌混合均匀后控温60℃,反应1h后蒸干溶剂后得到。
所述的第一次浸扎时间为30s。
所述的第二次浸扎时间为1min。
所述的第一次浸扎液中还含有0.3%的硅油精。
所述的第二次浸扎液中还含有0.1%的十八烷基异氰酸酯。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其具体方案为:
按照质量份数,将75-90份的羊毛纤维,15-32份的莱卡纤维,5-12份的大豆蛋白纤维和14-26份的聚氨酯纤维混纺后得到羊毛混纺纱线,然后将得到的纱线进行第一次浸扎,轧液率为68%-75%,完成后在80-90℃烘2-6min,然后进行第二次浸扎,轧液率为70%-85%,完成后在80-90℃烘1-3min,然后在110-130℃烘干3-6min,完成后再安装到织机上,由织机制成面料即可;其特征在于所述的第一次浸扎液中含有质量份数为3.4%-6.8%的亚硫酸氢钠和1.2%-3.4%的柔软剂;所述的第二次浸扎液中含有0.3%-0.8%的防皱剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的防皱剂按照质量份,包括23%-31%的二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲,4.6%-8.2%的海藻糖,5%-14%的三羟甲基三聚氰胺,12%-18%的二氯异氰尿酸钠,2%-6%的褐藻胶和1%-5%的甘氨酸的原料;将其加9i入到1.5-4倍的乙醇中,搅拌混合均匀后控温60-80℃,反应1-5h后蒸干溶剂后得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂为一种环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂,其制备方法如下:
按质量份,在高压搅拌釜中,通入氮气,加入10-15份油基甜菜碱, 3.1-4.7份3,4-环氧-1-丁烯,2-5份质量百分比浓度为6-12%的氯铂酸的异丙醇溶液,再加入100-150份的200#溶剂油,6-12份2,4,6,8-四甲基环四硅氧烷, 0.5-2.1份N-烯丙基-N'-乙基脲,控温55-65℃,搅拌反应2-5h,减压蒸馏除去200#溶剂油,得到环氧改性甜菜碱柔软剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第一次浸扎时间为30-60s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第二次浸扎时间为1-5min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第一次浸扎液中还含有0.3%-0.6%的硅油精。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防皱功能的强触感羊毛面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的第二次浸扎液中还含有0.1%-0.5%的十八烷基异氰酸酯。
