Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of corrugated board processing equipment, in particular to an automatic corrugated board classifying and stacking system which comprises a control console, a transfer warehouse and a plurality of storage warehouses, wherein rails are arranged between the transfer warehouse and each storage warehouse, transfer vehicles for transferring corrugated boards between the transfer warehouse and each storage warehouse are arranged on the rails, each transfer warehouse comprises an identification recognizer, each transfer vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a lifting fork arm for lifting the corrugated boards, a transfer controller and a signal receiver for receiving signals, the control console comprises a signal processor and a signal transmitter, and an endpoint position sensor and a middle position sensor are arranged on the rails. The invention reduces the labor cost, improves the sorting and stacking speed, can meet the operation requirement with higher intensity, and greatly improves the efficiency of production operation.

The transfer steps of the corrugated board automatic classification stacking system are as follows:
firstly, the identification recognizer transmits an identification signal to the signal processor after recognizing a bar code identification on the corrugated cardboard, and the signal processor analyzes and processes a corresponding action signal sent by the signal transmitter;
secondly, the signal receiver receives the action signal and transmits the action signal to the transfer controller, the transfer controller analyzes the action signal and controls the vehicle body to reach the transfer warehouse and take out the corrugated board through the lifting fork arm, in the process, each end point sensor and each middle position sensor generate position signals and feed the position signals back to the signal processor for processing, and then the signal processor sends out a motion guide signal according to the obtained position signals to guide the motion of the vehicle body and the lifting fork arm;
and finally, the transfer controller controls the movement of the vehicle body according to the movement guide signal received by the signal receiver and transfers the corrugated boards to the corresponding storage bins.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can automatically identify and classify the corrugated boards in the transfer warehouse by the transfer trolley under the control guidance of the control console, then transfer the corrugated boards to the corresponding storage warehouse according to the corresponding categories, and after pasting the bar code identifiers and moving the corrugated boards to the transfer warehouse, the whole sorting and stacking process does not need manual operation and only needs one person to inspect by inspection, thereby greatly reducing the labor cost expenditure, improving the sorting and stacking speed, meeting the operation requirement with higher intensity and greatly improving the efficiency of production operation.

The embodiment of the invention relates to an automatic corrugated board classifying and stacking system, as shown in figure 1, the automatic corrugated board classifying and stacking system comprises a control console 8, a middle transfer warehouse 2 and 5 storage warehouses 7, a track 6 is arranged between the middle transfer warehouse 2 and each storage warehouse 7, a transfer trolley 4 for transferring corrugated boards between the middle transfer warehouse 2 and each storage warehouse 7 is arranged on the track 6, the middle transfer warehouse 2 comprises a base and an identification recognizer 1 fixedly arranged above the base, the transfer trolley 4 comprises a trolley body, a lifting fork arm for lifting the corrugated boards, a transfer controller and a signal receiver for receiving signals, the signal receiver is electrically connected with the transfer controller, the transfer controller is respectively in control connection with the trolley body and the lifting fork arm, the control console 8 comprises a signal processor and a signal transmitter, an end point position sensor 5 for positioning the transfer trolley 4 is arranged at the position of the track 6 corresponding to the middle transfer warehouse 2 and each storage warehouse 7, a plurality of intermediate position sensors 3 for guiding the movement of the transfer trolley 4 are arranged on the track 6 at intervals, and each end point sensor, each intermediate position sensor 3, the identification identifier 1 and the signal emitter are electrically connected with the signal processor.
In other embodiments, the bins may be provided in different quantities as desired.
The machine body comprises a frame, a traveling wheel mechanism and a power battery for supplying energy to the traveling wheel mechanism, the traveling wheel mechanism is in control connection with the transfer controller, and the traveling mechanism is a common electric four-wheel traveling mechanism.

The transfer controller and the signal processor are both Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
Each end position sensor 5 is a contact sensor, and each intermediate position sensor 3 is a proximity sensor.

secondly, the signal receiver receives the action signal and transmits the action signal to the transfer controller, the transfer controller analyzes the action signal and controls the vehicle body to reach the transfer warehouse 2 and take out the corrugated board through the lifting fork arm, in the process, each end point sensor and each middle position sensor 3 generate position signals and feed the position signals back to the signal processor for processing, and then the signal processor sends out a motion guide signal according to the obtained position signals to guide the motion of the vehicle body and the lifting fork arm;
and finally, the transfer controller controls the movement of the vehicle body according to the movement guide signal received by the signal receiver and transfers the corrugated boards to the corresponding storage 7.
According to the invention, under the control guidance of the control console 8, the transfer trolley 4 can automatically identify and classify the corrugated boards in the transfer warehouse 2, then the corrugated boards are transferred to the corresponding storage warehouses 7 according to the corresponding categories, and after bar code marks are pasted and the corrugated boards are moved to the transfer warehouse 2, the whole sorting and stacking process does not need manual operation and only needs one person to inspect by inspection, so that the labor cost is greatly reduced, the sorting and stacking speed is improved, the operation requirement with higher intensity can be met, and the production operation efficiency is greatly improved.
