本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种女性抗衰老美白丸及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和文明的进步,一种追求美和关注健康长寿的风气日渐成为时尚,人们对延缓皮肤衰老的迫切愿望,对天然功能性食品的强烈需求,对根治形形色色皮肤疾病的强烈呼声,激起了科技工作者对功能性原料的研究开发,由于外界污染等问题会让肌肤里产生毒素,时间长了肤色就会变的灰暗没有光泽,通过抗糖化和美白产品的使用还可以起到亮肤的效果,但是目前出现的美白产品含铅量较大,是消费者对美白产品产生质疑,研究表明糖在胶原蛋白上,在小胶原纤维之间,通过非酶途径,形成蛋白质交联,这种现象被称为糖化;糖化会形成褐色蛋白质,导致纤维变硬、肌肤黯淡无光以及色斑,且随着年龄增长变得更加明显,皮肤衰老,丧失柔软和紧实。
经检索,中国专利申请号为CN201210581813.5的专利,公开了一种养颜美白丸及其制备方法,其原料为:蜂蜜、淫羊藿、藿香、红花、杏仁、女贞子、熟地、黄芪、砂仁、芡实、薏米、山药;其制备方法为:1)将杏仁、芡实、薏米、山药和砂仁粉碎至100~140目,得A组粉剂;2)将淫羊藿、藿香、红花、女贞子、熟地和黄芪加水煎熬两次,每次加3~8倍重量的水,合并药液,浓缩至0.4~0.6倍重量,得B组浓缩液;3)将蜂蜜、A组粉剂和B组浓缩液混合,制成丸子,100~140℃下热风干燥至含水量≤5%,灭菌,包装,即得。上述专利中的养颜美白丸及其制备方法存在以下不足:添加有蜂蜜,蜂蜜具有丰富的糖分,虽有美白的功效,但长期服用使得肌肤黯淡无光,加速皮肤的衰老程度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种女性抗衰老美白丸及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种女性抗衰老美白丸,包括以下重量组成分:深海藻提取物50份、口服玻尿酸80份、水解胶原蛋白150份、NMN100份、NAD15份、印度人参提取物210份、葫芦巴籽精华75份、生物素2.5份、葡萄籽提取物25份、硒5份、锌1份、维C5份,余量为水。
优选地:所述深海藻提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S21:在试管中加入1mL的活性污泥混合液,并将其置于离心机中,在3500r/min下离心8min;
S22:用沸水冲洗搅拌后的活性污泥,然后在3500r/min下离心6min,反复3次;
S23:去掉离心上清液后,加入6mL浓度为0.5mol/L的三氯乙酸溶液,在80℃环境下,将其置于超声破碎机中超声处理70min,然后在3500r/min下离心10min,得到深海藻提取物即海藻糖。
优选地:所述口服玻尿酸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S31:提取将冷冻的牛、猪或羊眼球解冻,剥出玻璃体,融化后离心,分出上清,加入1.5倍体积的丙酮沉淀;
S32:8h后离心,所得沉淀物加入到1mol/L氯化钠溶液中,搅拌提取4h,离心;
S33:除蛋白质上清液在低温下加入冷的5%三氯乙酸,搅匀,立即离心分出上清液,用5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调pH值至中性;
S34:粗品沉淀将中性上清液倒入2倍体积95%乙醇中,分出沉淀;
S35:溶解、吸附除杂质将沉淀溶于0.1mol/L氯化钠溶液中,加入处理好的漂白土搅拌吸附2h,离心收集上清液;
S36:向上清液内加入等体积的1%CPB溶液,得HA-CPB沉淀,放置12h后离心,收集沉淀物;
S37:将沉淀物洗涤后放于0.4mol/L氯化钠溶液中解离4h,抽滤;
S38:将滤液倒入3倍体积95%乙醇中,分出沉淀,沉淀经乙醇、丙酮脱水,放于有五氧化二磷的真空干燥器内干燥,得玻尿酸。
优选地:所述水解胶原蛋白的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S41:将新鲜猪皮去除脂肪及杂质,切碎,放入浓度为0.5%的氢氧化钠溶液内浸泡7h,取出洗净;
S42:将初步处理后的猪皮加入其重量8倍的水中,调节pH值至7.5,加入处理后猪皮重量0.08%的枯草杆菌蛋白酶,在60℃下恒温酶解8h;
S43:酶解完毕后,将酶解液升温至95℃后保持20min完成灭酶、过滤,取浓缩滤液,真空干燥,得水解胶原蛋白。
优选地:所述NMN的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S51:将经过预处理的烟酰胺单核苷酸溶液用膜浓缩设备进行微滤和纳滤,将粗品浓缩至25g/L;
S52:将浓缩后的粗品溶液用磷酸溶液或盐酸溶液调pH至5,将色谱柱用30%以上的乙醇冲洗干净后平衡上样,上样量为70g,线性梯度洗脱35min,收集溶液;
S53:将溶液用膜浓缩设备纳滤浓缩至150g/L,然后用真空冷冻干燥机冻干,得到纯度大于98%的烟酰胺单核苷酸。
优选地:所述印度人参提取物为南非醉茄提取物,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S61:将南非醉茄的根茎和叶,洗净滤干;
S62:将根茎和叶在外源糖存在下用水醇溶剂提取,真空浓缩;
S63:用非极性有机溶剂处理剩余物,以除去游离的睡茄内酯A苷元;
S64:在60℃以下真空干燥不溶物,得到干燥的固形物,在控制温度和湿度下粉碎固形物,得到粉末。
优选地:所述葡萄籽提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S71:将原料葡萄籽,加入其4倍量水于100℃进行搅拌提取3次,每次2.5h;
S72:200目滤布过滤,得滤液,将3次得到的滤液合并,过1000mlDM21树脂吸附,然后洗杂;
S73:加入70%乙醇解吸,收集解吸液,过800ml的LLSK11树脂,收集流出液;
S74:将流出液于-0.085MPa下,70℃减压浓缩为婆美度为16;
S75:进行喷雾干燥,进口温度180℃,出口温度90℃,得葡萄籽提取物。
一种女性抗衰老美白丸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:除却水,取各重量组材料,混合均匀,放入打粉机中搅拌10min,得药粉;
S2:将药粉过200目筛,备用;
S3:向药粉中添加水制湿颗粒;
S4:将混合物倒入制丸机中,压丸;
S5:制成的丸子,在抛光的圆筒里面抛光10~20min,加一点中药粉;
S6:将药丸放于120℃的条件下热风干燥至含水量≤5%,灭菌;
S7:包装。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过添加生物素帮助脂肪代谢,维持皮肤正常功能,减轻湿疹、皮肤发炎症状,添加葫芦巴精华和玻尿酸进行人体的补水保湿和祛痰除湿作用,同时也能够令肌肤紧实饱满,恢复柔软与弹性,逆转胶原蛋白的糖化作用,减少皱纹的形成,抑制炎症介质的合成和释放,达到调理修护肌肤的目的,从而使皮肤呈现年轻化、光亮、润白的效果。
2.添加葡萄籽提取物和南非醉茄有效增加抗氧化能力和增强免疫力的作用,添加NMN和NAD有效进细胞的新陈代谢功能,富有多种矿物质元素及维生素,有效改善皮肤透亮程度,增强肌肤自身代谢活性及修复能力,改善皮肤亮度和均匀度,减轻皮肤泛黄、暗沉的状况,有效的抑制糖化现象,防止黑斑生成,从根本上解决美白问题。
3.制备方法简单,携带方便,将各功能性化合物结合,对机体进行全方位抗糖抗衰老化,各原料功能相辅相成,具有抗糖化,抗氧化,抗衰老,抗炎及美白等功效,利于工厂化生产。

S21:在试管中加入1mL的活性污泥混合液,并将其置于离心机中,在3500r/min下离心8min;
S22:用沸水冲洗搅拌后的活性污泥,然后在3500r/min下离心6min,反复3次;
S23:去掉离心上清液后,加入6mL浓度为0.5mol/L的三氯乙酸溶液,在80℃环境下,将其置于超声破碎机中超声处理70min,然后在3500r/min下离心10min,得到深海藻提取物即海藻糖。
所述口服玻尿酸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S31:提取将冷冻的牛、猪或羊眼球解冻,剥出玻璃体,融化后离心,分出上清,加入1.5倍体积的丙酮沉淀;
S32:8h后离心,所得沉淀物加入到1mol/L氯化钠溶液中,搅拌提取4h,离心;
S33:除蛋白质上清液在低温下加入冷的5%三氯乙酸,搅匀,立即离心分出上清液,用5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调pH值至中性;
S34:粗品沉淀将中性上清液倒入2倍体积95%乙醇中,分出沉淀;
S35:溶解、吸附除杂质将沉淀溶于0.1mol/L氯化钠溶液中,加入处理好的漂白土搅拌吸附2h,离心收集上清液;
S36:向上清液内加入等体积的1%CPB溶液,得HA-CPB沉淀,放置12h后离心,收集沉淀物;
S37:将沉淀物洗涤后放于0.4mol/L氯化钠溶液中解离4h,抽滤;
S38:将滤液倒入3倍体积95%乙醇中,分出沉淀,沉淀经乙醇、丙酮脱水,放于有五氧化二磷的真空干燥器内干燥,得玻尿酸。
所述水解胶原蛋白的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S41:将新鲜猪皮去除脂肪及杂质,切碎,放入浓度为0.5%的氢氧化钠溶液内浸泡7h,取出洗净;

S52:将浓缩后的粗品溶液用磷酸溶液或盐酸溶液调pH至5,将色谱柱用30%以上的乙醇冲洗干净后平衡上样,上样量为70g,线性梯度洗脱35min,收集溶液;

S53:将溶液用膜浓缩设备纳滤浓缩至150g/L,然后用真空冷冻干燥机冻干,得到纯度大于98%的烟酰胺单核苷酸。
所述印度人参提取物为南非醉茄提取物,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S61:将南非醉茄的根茎和叶,洗净滤干;
S62:将根茎和叶在外源糖存在下用水醇溶剂提取,真空浓缩;
S63:用非极性有机溶剂处理剩余物,以除去游离的睡茄内酯A苷元;
S64:在60℃以下真空干燥不溶物,得到干燥的固形物,在控制温度和湿度下粉碎固形物,得到粉末。
所述葡萄籽提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S71:将原料葡萄籽,加入其4倍量水于100℃进行搅拌提取3次,每次2.5h;
S72:200目滤布过滤,得滤液,将3次得到的滤液合并,过1000mlDM21树脂吸附,然后洗杂;
S73:加入70%乙醇解吸,收集解吸液,过800ml的LLSK11树脂,收集流出液;
S74:将流出液于-0.085MPa下,70℃减压浓缩为婆美度为16;
S75:进行喷雾干燥,进口温度180℃,出口温度90℃,得葡萄籽提取物。
一种女性抗衰老美白丸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:除却水,取各重量组材料,混合均匀,放入打粉机中搅拌10min,得药粉;
S2:将药粉过200目筛,备用;
S3:向药粉中添加水制湿颗粒;
S4:将混合物倒入制丸机中,压丸;
S5:制成的丸子,在抛光的圆筒里面抛光10~20min,加一点中药粉;
S6:将药丸放于120℃的条件下热风干燥至含水量≤5%,灭菌;
S7:包装。

Claims (8)
1.一种女性抗衰老美白丸,其特征在于,包括以下重量组成分:深海藻提取物50份、口服玻尿酸80份、水解胶原蛋白150份、NMN100份、NAD15份、印度人参提取物210份、葫芦巴籽精华75份、生物素2.5份、葡萄籽提取物25份、硒5份、锌1份、维C5份,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种女性抗衰老美白丸,其特征在于,所述深海藻提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S21:在试管中加入1mL的活性污泥混合液,并将其置于离心机中,在3500r/min下离心8min;
S22:用沸水冲洗搅拌后的活性污泥,然后在3500r/min下离心6min,反复3次;
S23:去掉离心上清液后,加入6mL浓度为0.5mol/L的三氯乙酸溶液,在80℃环境下,将其置于超声破碎机中超声处理70min,然后在3500r/min下离心10min,得到深海藻提取物即海藻糖。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种女性抗衰老美白丸,其特征在于,所述口服玻尿酸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S31:提取将冷冻的牛、猪或羊眼球解冻,剥出玻璃体,融化后离心,分出上清,加入1.5倍体积的丙酮沉淀;
S32:8h后离心,所得沉淀物加入到1mol/L氯化钠溶液中,搅拌提取4h,离心;
S33:除蛋白质上清液在低温下加入冷的5%三氯乙酸,搅匀,立即离心分出上清液,用5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调pH值至中性;
S34:粗品沉淀将中性上清液倒入2倍体积95%乙醇中,分出沉淀;
S35:溶解、吸附除杂质将沉淀溶于0.1mol/L氯化钠溶液中,加入处理好的漂白土搅拌吸附2h,离心收集上清液;
S36:向上清液内加入等体积的1%CPB溶液,得HA-CPB沉淀,放置12h后离心,收集沉淀物;
S37:将沉淀物洗涤后放于0.4mol/L氯化钠溶液中解离4h,抽滤;
S38:将滤液倒入3倍体积95%乙醇中,分出沉淀,沉淀经乙醇、丙酮脱水,放于有五氧化二磷的真空干燥器内干燥,得玻尿酸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种女性抗衰老美白丸,其特征在于,所述水解胶原蛋白的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S41:将新鲜猪皮去除脂肪及杂质,切碎,放入浓度为0.5%的氢氧化钠溶液内浸泡7h,取出洗净;
S42:将初步处理后的猪皮加入其重量8倍的水中,调节pH值至7.5,加入处理后猪皮重量0.08%的枯草杆菌蛋白酶,在60℃下恒温酶解8h;
S43:酶解完毕后,将酶解液升温至95℃后保持20min完成灭酶、过滤,取浓缩滤液,真空干燥,得水解胶原蛋白。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种女性抗衰老美白丸,其特征在于,所述NMN的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S51:将经过预处理的烟酰胺单核苷酸溶液用膜浓缩设备进行微滤和纳滤,将粗品浓缩至25g/L;
S52:将浓缩后的粗品溶液用磷酸溶液或盐酸溶液调pH至5,将色谱柱用30%以上的乙醇冲洗干净后平衡上样,上样量为70g,线性梯度洗脱35min,收集溶液;
S53:将溶液用膜浓缩设备纳滤浓缩至150g/L,然后用真空冷冻干燥机冻干,得到纯度大于98%的烟酰胺单核苷酸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种女性抗衰老美白丸,其特征在于,所述印度人参提取物为南非醉茄提取物,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
S61:将南非醉茄的根茎和叶,洗净滤干;
S62:将根茎和叶在外源糖存在下用水醇溶剂提取,真空浓缩;
S63:用非极性有机溶剂处理剩余物,以除去游离的睡茄内酯A苷元;
S64:在60℃以下真空干燥不溶物,得到干燥的固形物,在控制温度和湿度下粉碎固形物,得到粉末。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种女性抗衰老美白丸,其特征在于,所述葡萄籽提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S71:将原料葡萄籽,加入其4倍量水于100℃进行搅拌提取3次,每次2.5h;
S72:200目滤布过滤,得滤液,将3次得到的滤液合并,过1000mlDM21树脂吸附,然后洗杂;
S73:加入70%乙醇解吸,收集解吸液,过800ml的LLSK11树脂,收集流出液;
S74:将流出液于-0.085MPa下,70℃减压浓缩为婆美度为16;
S75:进行喷雾干燥,进口温度180℃,出口温度90℃,得葡萄籽提取物。
8.一种女性抗衰老美白丸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

S2:将药粉过200目筛,备用;
S3:向药粉中添加水制湿颗粒;
S4:将混合物倒入制丸机中,压丸;

S6:将药丸放于120℃的条件下热风干燥至含水量≤5%,灭菌;
S7:包装。
