中国的中药文化源远流长,以神农为本草的神话流传千年,中药美容护肤具有悠久的历史。随着生活水平的提高,人们对于化妆品的质量和性能要求也越来越高。人们希望护肤化妆品原料天然安全且具有美容保健功效。使用中草药提取物作为美容护肤成分,具有药效稳定、功效持久、安全温和、疗效显著等特点。因此,中药已被广泛应用于美容护肤化妆品中。
东方女性崇尚“肤如雪,凝如脂”的肌肤,美白抗衰老产品一直深受人们喜爱。中医认为,人的五脏六腑直接影响到面容。中医药物美白抗衰老就是在中医理论指导下,调理脏腑、平衡阴阳,达到舒肝气、通血脉、化血淤、畅循环、排毒素、溶色斑和增容颜的功效。能从内到外进行调节机体,平衡体内激素水平,提高机体免疫能力,彻底消除色斑形成根源,加速黑色素溶解,从而以达到祛斑目的的治疗方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是结合中国传统中医理论基础,提供一种天然安全的美白抗衰老的中药组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的第二目的是提供美白抗衰老的中药组合物在化妆品中的应用。
为达到本发明的目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:美白抗衰老的中药组合物,由以下重量份的组分制成:芙蓉花5-40份,荷花5-30份,桃花5-25份,白茯苓5-25份,白芨5-25份,甘草5-25份。
优选的,所述美白抗衰老的中药组合物(Ⅰ)由以下重量份的组分制成:芙蓉花25份,荷花20份,桃花20份,白茯苓15份,白芨10份,甘草10份。
优选的,所述美白抗衰老的中药组合物(Ⅱ)由以下重量份的组分制成:芙蓉花30份,荷花20份,桃花20份,白茯苓15份,白芨7份,甘草8份。
优选的,所述美白抗衰老的中药组合物(Ⅲ)由以下重量份的组分制成:芙蓉花35份,荷花15份,桃花20份,白茯苓10份,白芨10份,甘草10份。
上述美白抗衰老的中药组合物的制备方法,其包括的步骤如下:将中药粉碎,分别用20~100目筛子筛分,混合,按液料质量比为5:1 ~20:1加入提取溶剂,浸泡1~5h后,在10~100MPa提取压力下用高压均质提取机进行常温提取,提取液经离心分离后,用膜浓缩,浓缩液用大孔树脂吸附,再用体积分数为10~95%的乙醇多次洗脱,收集洗脱液,膜浓缩至提取液与中药的质量比为5:1 ~1:5,再加入丁二醇溶解,过滤,制得中药组合物。提取溶剂为水、乙醇或乙醇水溶液。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:中药组合物结合中药组方君臣佐使遣方原则:以芙蓉花为君药,芙蓉花性平味辛,有清热、凉血、解毒、消肿、排毒之功。荷花和桃花协同为臣药,桃花味甘、辛,性微温,有活血悦肤、峻下利尿、化瘀止痛等功效;荷花性温味苦甘,能活血化瘀、解暑、去热毒、祛风化湿的功效,。白茯苓和白芨为佐,白茯苓性平味甘,能祛斑增白、润泽皮肤,还可以增强免疫功能,扩张血管;白芨性微寒味苦甘,具有收敛止血、消肿生肌的功效。甘草为使,调和诸药,具有清热解毒、散瘀消肿、止痛、抗炎、抗敏、治疗溃疡和美白的功效。通过以上诸药合用,具有调理脏腑、平衡阴阳,舒肝气、通血脉、化血淤、畅循环、排毒素、溶色斑、增容颜的功效,添加于化妆品中,美白抗衰老功效显著。
具体实施方式
为了更好地阐述本发明内容,下面用若干较佳的具体实施例进行说明。但这些具体实施例只是为了说明本发明的内容,而不是对本发明内容进行限制。
实施例1 美白抗衰老的中药组合物(Ⅰ)及制备方法
一种美白抗衰老的中药组合物,由以下重量g数中药材组分制成:芙蓉花25g,荷花20g,桃花20g,白茯苓15g,白芨10g,甘草10g。
制备方法如下:将中药粉碎,分别用60目筛子筛分,混合,按液料质量比为12:1加入体积分数为40%的乙醇水溶液为提取溶剂,浸泡3h后,在40MPa提取压力下用高压均质提取机进行常温提取,提取液经离心分离后,用膜浓缩,浓缩液用大孔树脂吸附,再用体积分数为20%、50%、80%的乙醇水溶液多次洗脱,收集洗脱液,膜浓缩至提取液与中药的质量比为2:1,再加入与提取液同等质量的丁二醇溶解,过滤,制得中药组合物。
实施例2 美白抗衰老的中药组合物(Ⅱ)及制备方法
一种美白抗衰老的中药组合物,由以下配方表内的重量g数中药材组分制成:芙蓉花30g,荷花20g,桃花20g,白茯苓15g,白芨7g,甘草8g
制备方法如下:将中药粉碎,分别用40目筛子筛分,混合,按液料质量比为15:1加入体积分数为30%的乙醇水溶液为提取溶剂,浸泡3h后,在30MPa提取压力下用高压均质提取机进行常温提取,提取液经离心分离后,用膜浓缩,浓缩液用大孔树脂吸附,再用体积分数为20%、40%、70%的乙醇水溶液多次洗脱,收集洗脱液,膜浓缩至提取液与中药的质量比为2:1,再加入与提取液同等质量的丁二醇溶解,过滤,制得中药组合物。
实施例3 美白抗衰老的中药组合物(Ⅲ)及制备方法
一种美白抗衰老的中药组合物,由以下配方表内的重量g数中药材组分制成:芙蓉花35g,荷花15g,桃花20g,白茯苓10g,白芨10g,甘草10g
制备方法如下:将中药粉碎,分别用60目筛子筛分,混合,按液料质量比为10:1加入体积分数为50%的乙醇水溶液为提取溶剂,浸泡2h后,在50MPa提取压力下用高压均质提取机进行常温提取,提取液经离心分离后,用膜浓缩,浓缩液用大孔树脂吸附,再用体积分数为30%、50%、80%的乙醇水溶液多次洗脱,收集洗脱液,膜浓缩至提取液与中药的质量比为2:1,再加入与提取液同等质量的丁二醇溶解,过滤,制得中药组合物。
对比例 1-6单味中药提取物的制备
分别称取中药原料芙蓉花100g、荷花100g、桃花100g、白茯苓100g、白芨100g、甘草100g。将中药粉碎,分别用60目筛子筛分,混合,按液料质量比为12:1加入体积分数为40%的乙醇水溶液为提取溶剂,浸泡3h后,在40MPa提取压力下用高压均质提取机进行常温提取,提取液经离心分离后,用膜浓缩,浓缩液用大孔树脂吸附,再用体积分数为20%、50%、80%的乙醇水溶液多次洗脱,收集洗脱液,膜浓缩至提取液与中药的质量比为2:1,再加入与提取液同等质量的丁二醇溶解,过滤,制得芙蓉花提取液、荷花提取液、桃花提取液、白茯苓提取液、白芨提取液、甘草提取液。
实施例4 美白抗衰老精华液及其制备

制备步骤如下:
(1)将添加相原料中的羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯预先在1,3-丁二醇中加热溶解至澄清透明,备用;
(2)将水相投入到水相制备锅中,搅拌均匀,加热搅拌至80℃- 85℃;
(3)保温20分钟,然后开冷却水降温到30℃ - 35℃;
(4)加入添加相和中药组合物(Ⅰ),搅拌均匀,检验合格后出料。
实施例5 美白抗衰老修复面膜及其制备

制备步骤如下:
(1)将水相投入到水相制备锅中,搅拌均匀,加热搅拌至80℃ - 85℃;
(2)将油相投入到油相制备锅中,搅拌均匀,加热搅拌至80℃- 85℃;
(3)将水相锅中物料抽入到乳化锅中。将油相锅中物料抽入到乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,然后将乳化锅内抽真空,均质乳化10分钟;
(4)保温20分钟,然后开冷却水降温到30℃- 35℃;
(5)加入添加相和中药组合物(Ⅰ),搅拌均匀,检验合格后出料。
实施例6 美白抗衰老护肤乳及其制备
表3美白抗衰老护肤乳配方
制备步骤如下:
(1)将水相投入到水相制备锅中,搅拌均匀,加热搅拌至80℃- 85℃;
(2)将油相投入到油相制备锅中,搅拌均匀,加热搅拌至80℃- 85℃;
(3)将水相锅中物料抽入到乳化锅中。将油相锅中物料抽入到乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,然后将乳化锅内抽真空,均质乳化10分钟;
(4)保温20分钟,然后开冷却水降温到30℃ - 35℃;
(5)加入添加相和中药组合物(Ⅰ),搅拌均匀,检验合格后出料。
对比例 6 普通面膜以及制备方法
一种不含有本发明所述的美白抗衰老中药组合物的普通面膜,由以下质量百分比的组分制成:

制备步骤如下:
(1)将水相投入到水相制备锅中,搅拌均匀,加热搅拌至80℃ - 85℃;
(2)将油相投入到油相制备锅中,搅拌均匀,加热搅拌至80℃- 85℃;
(3)将水相锅中物料抽入到乳化锅中。将油相锅中物料抽入到乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,然后将乳化锅内抽真空,均质乳化10分钟;
(4)保温20分钟,然后开冷却水降温到30℃ - 35℃;
(5)加入添加相,搅拌均匀,检验合格后出料。
实施例7 人体斑贴试验
1、受试物:本发明实施例4制备的美白抗衰老精华液;
2、受试者:共30人,其中男10人,女20人,年龄25~55岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准;
3、试验方法:选用合适的斑贴试器,以封闭式斑贴试验方法,将受试物置于斑贴试器内,外用专用胶带贴敷于受试者背部,贴敷24小时后除去受试物,分别在去除受试物后0.5h、24h、48h观察皮肤反应,按《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果,试验结果见表5。

人体皮肤斑贴试验结果显示:30例受试者中,没人出现皮肤不良反应,说明本发明实施例4制备的美白抗衰老精华液安全、无刺激。
实施例8 美白抗衰老功效评价
1、试样的配制
分别将实施例1的中药组合物和对比例1-6的单味中药提取物配成浓度为1%的样品溶液,进行下面实验。
2、抑制黑色素细胞中黑色素合成试验
将B16黑色素瘤细胞以1×105个/mL的密度接种于96孔板中,每孔90μL,CO2孵箱中孵育24小时后,每孔加入样品溶液。同时设立培养基和细胞的空白对照组。
将培养板置于孵箱中孵育72小时后,弃去上清液,PBS洗涤两遍,然后每孔加入0.5mL胰酶消化细胞3min,每孔加入2mL维持液终止消化。混匀后,每种浓度取出0.5mL做细胞计数。其余细胞悬液以2500r/min离心分离5min,弃去上清液,于沉淀中加入NaOH溶液,加热使黑色素溶解,选择490nm波长在酶联免疫检测仪下测定吸光度值。按下式计算样品对黑色素合成抑制率(I’)。
式中:A 1为药物孔吸光度值;P 1为药物孔细胞密度;A 2为对照孔吸光度值;P 2为对照孔细胞密度。
3、超氧阴离子自由基清除效果评价试验
按表6添加药液。取样品溶液2 mL,加入2.25 mL Tris-HCl缓冲溶液(pH 8.36),0.25mL浓度为10 mmoL/L邻苯三酚溶液后,25 ℃下水浴,第4min时滴加10 mol/L盐酸1滴,终止反应。用紫外分光光度计在420 nm下测吸光度值。按照下式计算清除率(D)。
式中A 3为邻苯三酚在Tris-HCl溶液下发生自发氧化反应产生O2 -的吸光度值;A 4为Tris-HCl溶液的吸光度值;A 5为清除O2 -反应的吸光度值;A 1为药物的吸光度值。

4、实验结果
效果评价实验结果见表7所示。

实验结果表明,本发明的中药组合物能有效地抑制黑色素合成,同时具有强效清除自由基功能,有显著的美白抗衰老功效。而且这些功效均优于远远高于单味中药,说明各组合物间的协同增效作用显著。
实施例9人体试用评价实验
1、受试物:本发明实施例5美白抗衰老修复面膜、对比例6普通面膜。
2、受试者:共60人,其中男20人,女40人,年龄25~55岁,主要症状为雀斑、黄褐斑、晒斑、肤色暗沉。
3、试验方法:随机分成2组,每组10名男性、20名女性。各组分别进行实施例5美白抗衰老修复面膜及对比例6普通面膜的对照试验。左侧使用空白样,右侧使用试用例样,每天晚间睡前使用一次,2个月后,志愿者对样品的美白抗衰老效果做出评价,收集半脸实验试用评价表,统计结果见表8:
评价等级分为“优”、“良”、“中”、“差”四种。评价结果见表8。

表8人体半脸试用评价结果能很明显的对比出本发明实施例5和对比例6的功效差别,100%的实验组试用者认为本发明产品有效,其中有87%的试用者认为美白抗衰老的功效显著,表明本发明中药组合物具有良好的美白抗衰老功效,用于化妆品中可以有效改善皮肤色素的沉积,令肌肤透亮细腻。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例,是发明人花费了大量人力财力和时间,在多次试验出来的的结果。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明构思在现有技术基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者根据有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,均应该在由本权利要求书所确定的保护范围之中。
Claims (3)
1.一种美白抗衰老的中药组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分制成:芙蓉花5-40份,荷花5-30份,桃花5-25份,白茯苓5-25份,白芨5-25份,甘草5-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白抗衰老的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括的步骤如下:将中药粉碎,分别用20-100目筛子筛分,混合,按液料质量比为5:1 -20:1加入提取溶剂,浸泡1-5h后,在10-100MPa提取压力下用高压均质提取机进行常温提取,提取液经离心分离后,用膜浓缩,浓缩液用大孔树脂吸附,再用体积分数为10-95%的乙醇多次洗脱,收集洗脱液,膜浓缩至提取液与中药的质量比为5:1 -1:5,再加入丁二醇溶解,过滤,制得中药组合物;提取溶剂为水、乙醇或乙醇水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的美白抗衰老的中药组合物在化妆品中的应用,其特征在于化妆品含有权利要求1所述的美白抗衰老的中药组合物,其添加量以质量分数计为0.01-20%。
