The safe and long-acting biological preparation samples of the examples 8-10 and the comparative example 2 are applied to soil, the weight of the soil is 1kg, 100 head root rot nematodes or peanut root knot nematodes are added into the soil, after the soil is normally raised for 24h, 5g of biological fumigant is added into the soil, the soil is sealed, after 2 days, the death rate of plant diseases and insect pests is detected, then 100 head root rot nematodes or peanut root knot nematodes are added into a grain storage bin, the operation is repeated, the death rate of plant diseases and insect pests of the biological fumigant after 3 times of repeated use is detected, and the detection results are shown in table 7.

As can be seen from table 10, the biological fumigant of the present application can effectively store white ants and tobacco beetles in a grain storage warehouse when being applied to the grain storage warehouse, and the synergist is added to the athomin, so that not only the efficacy of the biological fumigant is improved, but also the persistence of the biological fumigant is improved.

Claims (11)

1. A biological fumigation synergistic composition is characterized in that: the horse radish seed dressing is prepared from raw materials containing horse radish and a synergist, wherein the weight ratio of the horse radish and the synergist is (1.5-99) to 1;
the synergist is one or more of eucalyptol, ethylicin and sec-butyl acetate.
2. The synergistic biological fumigation composition as defined in claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the athomin to the synergist is (1.5-20) to 1.

The synergistic biological fumigation composition as defined in claim 1, wherein: the allyl isothiocyanate, the ethyl isothiocyanate, the phenyl isothiocyanate and the benzyl isothiocyanate are one or more selected from the group consisting of allyl isothiocyanate, ethyl isothiocyanate, phenyl isothiocyanate and benzyl isothiocyanate.
4. The synergistic biological fumigation composition as defined in claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the synergist to the synergist is (2-3):1, the synergist is a polymer shown in formula I, and the structural formula of the polymer shown in formula I is as follows:

wherein n is the number of chain links of the repeating unit of the polymer of formula I, and the average molecular weight of the copolymer of formula I is 0.5-1 ten thousand.

A safe long-acting biological fumigant as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the fumigation composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight, and is sealed and stored by a polyethylene black bottle, 30-40 parts of a biological fumigation synergistic composition, 45-64 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 6-15 parts of an emulsifier.

A safe long-acting biological fumigant as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the fumigation composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight, and is packaged by a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film, wherein the biological fumigation synergistic composition comprises 30-40 parts of biological fumigation synergistic composition, 30-60 parts of solvent and 5-30 parts of emulsifier.

A safe long-acting biological fumigant as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the biological fumigation synergistic agent is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 45-55 parts of a biological fumigation synergistic composition, 1.1-1.8 parts of a monomer, 19.1-34.6 parts of a solvent, 5-7 parts of an emulsifier, 4-6 parts of a dispersant, 0.1-0.3 part of an initiator and 8-13 parts of xanthan gum.

A safe long-acting biological fumigant as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the biological fumigation synergistic composition is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 40-50 parts of a biological fumigation synergistic composition, 9-13 parts of a humectant, 35-45 parts of a slow release agent and 2-6 parts of a wetting dispersant.
10. A safe long-acting biological fumigant as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the biological fumigation synergistic composition is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 10-30 parts of a biological fumigation synergistic composition and 70-90 parts of a polymer base material.
11. The use of a safe and long-acting biological fumigant as claimed in claim 5, wherein the biological fumigant is used for pest control.
