시험예Test Example 1.  One. 부직포형Nonwoven fabric type 페로몬  Pheromone 방출기의Emitter 고온 저장성 시험 High Temperature Storage Test

부직포형 페로몬 방출기를 제품으로 제조시 유통기한을 확인하기 위하여 고온(54±2℃)에서 유효성분인 페로몬의 경시변화를 시험하였다. 시험방법은 비교 2를 알루미늄지에 넣고 밀봉하여 고온(54±2℃)의 항온기에 보관하면서 1주일 간격 4주 동안 페로몬 성분의 함량을 GC-MS 분석기를 이용하여 분석하였다. 부직포형 페로몬 방출기를 실제 포장에 설치했을 때 페로몬 방출의 지속기간을 확인하기 위하여 시험을 수행하였다. 시험방법은 복숭아명나방 1화기 발생시기인 6월에 비교 1과 비교 2를 밤나무의 가지에 설치하고 10일 간격으로 수거하여 페로몬 조성물이 들어있는 PP 튜브의 무게를 측정하였다.Tests were conducted to determine the duration of pheromone release when a nonwoven pheromone emitter was installed in an actual package. 부직포형 페로몬 방출기의 복숭아명나방에 대한 교미교란 효과를 확인하기 위하여 시험을 수행하였다. 시험방법은 비교 1은 충남 청양, 비교 2는 충남 부여지역 만생종 밤나무를 대상으로 하였고, 부직포형 페로몬 방출기는 밤나무 당 1개씩 총 50개를 6월 말에 설치하고 페로몬 유인트랩을 20m 간격으로 3개를 설치한 후 복숭아명나방의 유인수를 9월말까지 조사하였고, 무처리구의 유인수와 비교하여 교미교란율을 아래의 식으로 계산하였다.A test was conducted to confirm the mating disturbance effect on the peach moth of the nonwoven type pheromone emitter. 부직포형 페로몬 방출기의 교미교란율을 시험한 결과 비교 1은 85.7%, 비교 2는 85.3%로 높은 교미교란효과를 보였다(트랩당 포획수에서 트랩은 부직포형 페로몬 방출기를 의미함).

부직포형 페로몬 방출기의 복숭아명나방에 대한 피해종실 감소 정도를 확인하기 위하여 시험을 수행하였다. 시험방법은 시험예 3과 동일하며 9월말 처리구와 무처리구에서 각각 과실 200개씩 3반복으로 수거하여 복숭아명나방 피해종실을 조사하여 아래의 식으로 피해율 감소효과를 조사하였다.Tests were conducted to confirm the degree of damage reduction of peach moths of nonwoven-type pheromone emitters. 부직포형 페로몬 방출기의 피해종실 감소효과를 시험한 결과 비교 1은 67.6%, 비교 2는 72.2%의 피해종실 감소효과를 보였다. 이상의 시험예 결과를 정리하면, 본 발명의 부직포형 페로몬 방출기는 고온 저장안정성이 있어 제품 유통에 문제가 없으며 페로몬이 60일 정도 지속해서 방출되며 교미교란 및 피해감소 효과가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.As a result of testing the damage reduction effect of the nonwoven type pheromone emitter, Comparative Example 1 showed 67.6% and Comparative 2 had 72.2%. (Z)-10-헥사데센-1-알((Z)-10-hexadecen-1-al)과 그 기하 이성질체인 (E)-10-헥사데센-1-알((E)-10-hexadecen-1-al)의 혼합물, 파라핀오일, 산화방지제 및 자외선흡수제로 이루어지는 페로몬 조성물을 함유하는 원심분리형 PP(polypropylene) 튜브 및
상기 PP 튜브를 넣어 밀봉하는 PE(polyethylene)로 0.01~0.05mm 두께로 코팅한 후, LLD(linear low density)로 0.01~0.05mm 두께로 코팅하여 제조된 이중 코팅의 PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 부직포로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복숭아명나방 방제용 부직포형 페로몬 방출기.
