Background
The bollworm is a kind of omnivorous pest, besides harming cotton, it also has great harm to crops such as vegetables, tobacco, beans, corn, etc., because of spraying chemical pesticide in large quantities, especially using organophosphorus and pyrethrin pesticide for a long time, produce the drug resistance, the control effect is poorer, cause the natural enemy to reduce year by year, the ecological balance suffers serious destruction.
With the increasing importance of people on the environment and health, the food safety is widely concerned, the attractant is more and more widely regarded in the fields of agriculture and forestry as a technical means for replacing chemical pesticides to control pests, and the nontoxic and harmless agricultural control, physical control and biological control are emphasized on the control of the pests, so that the pests are more and more popularized by using the attractant.
At present, the attractant has more varieties, more complex action mechanism modes, lower attraction effect when being used singly and the like, and the attractant components are urgently needed to be screened, so that a safe and efficient attractant composition is obtained, the use amount of chemical pesticides is reduced, the environmental pollution is lightened, and the aim of effectively preventing and controlling the cotton bollworms is finally achieved.

The cotton bollworm attractant disclosed by the invention is used for preventing and controlling the cotton bollworms.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the cotton bollworm attractant combines benzaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, n-heptaldehyde, n-octanol, phenethyl alcohol and benzyl acetate for use, and can remarkably improve the attracting effect of the cotton bollworm attractant.
2. The attraction component combinations with different proportions have different attraction effects on the cotton bollworms, and the attractant 2 provided by the invention has the best attraction effect on the cotton bollworms and has market prospect of being developed into the cotton bollworm attractant.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Test No.): antennal potential (EAG) determination
The determination method comprises the following steps: the tentacles of mated adult cotton bollworms were cut from the base, 2 whips at the end were removed, and then connected to an antennal potentiostat. 20 μ L of the sample solution to be tested were applied uniformly to a filter paper strip (6.0cmx0.5cm) which was immediately placed in a Pasteur tube and connected to a stimulating air flow. During the test, the flow rate of the stimulating airflow is 25mL/min, and the flow rate of the continuous airflow is 120 mL/min; after the baseline is stabilized, the stimulation is given, the single stimulation lasts for 0.2s, and the time interval of 2 continuous stimulations is more than 30 s. Each antenna was repeated 10 times and 3 bollworms were repeated. With dichloromethane as control and cis-3-hexenol as standard compound, the test concentration is 10-4Volume ratio.
Relative EAG reaction (%) is (reaction of sample-reaction of control)/(reaction of reference-reaction of control) x100
TABLE 1 EAG reaction of Heliothis armigera to plant volatiles
Figure GDA0002353209090000031
As can be seen from Table 1, the reaction of the plant volatile matters on the cotton bollworm antennal potential is obvious, wherein the benzaldehyde, trans-2-hexenal, n-heptanal, salicylaldehyde, n-octanol, benzyl alcohol, amyl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol and benzyl acetate have larger reaction values and have stronger stimulation on the cotton bollworm.
Test No. two: attraction effect of different attractant formulas on cotton bollworms
Formula composition (the weight ratio of each component is 1:1)
Group A: benzaldehyde, trans-2-hexenal and n-octanol
Group B: benzaldehyde + n-heptanal + n-octanol
Group C: benzaldehyde, salicylaldehyde and n-octanol
Group D: benzaldehyde, trans-2-hexenal, n-heptanal and n-octanol
Group E: benzaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, n-heptaldehyde and n-octanol
Group F benzaldehyde + n-octanol + benzyl acetate
Group G: benzaldehyde + benzyl alcohol + benzyl acetate
Group H: benzaldehyde + pentanol + benzyl acetate
Group I: benzaldehyde + phenethyl alcohol + benzyl acetate
Group J: benzaldehyde + n-octanol + benzyl alcohol + benzyl acetate
Group K: benzaldehyde + n-octanol + pentanol + benzyl acetate
Group L: benzaldehyde + n-octanol + phenethyl alcohol + benzyl acetate
Group M: benzaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, n-heptaldehyde, n-octanol, phenethyl alcohol and benzyl acetate
Group N: benzaldehyde + salicylaldehyde + n-heptanal + pentanol + benzyl alcohol
The test method comprises the following steps: placing a proper amount of the composition into a slow-release bottle, placing the bottle in the field, carrying out an attraction test in the adult cotton bollworm generation period, and checking the attraction effect after 7 days.
