In some embodiments, the first plant extract is selected from at least one of pollen typhae extract, ginkgo biloba extract, camellia extract, ephedra extract; the second plant extract is at least one selected from the group consisting of a vinca seven extract, a cnidium monnieri extract, a cloudburst root extract, a pummelo peel extract, and a adenophora stricta extract; the third plant extract is at least one selected from centella asiatica extract, swertia mileensis extract, asarum herb extract, Chinese yam extract, mango extract, rhizoma cyperi extract, liquorice extract, white paeony root extract, mulberry leaf extract and eupatorium Chinese; the fourth plant extract is at least one of onion extract, garlic extract and fistular onion stalk extract.
In order to enhance the germicidal effect of the germicidal sterilant, in some preferred embodiments, the first plant extract is a ginkgo extract. The folium Ginkgo extract can destroy cell wall structure, thereby improving bactericidal effect. In addition, the applicant unexpectedly finds that the sterilization effect is best when the mass content of the ginkgo biloba extract is 10-15%, and the reason is presumed that the disinfectant is added with the xanthium sibiricum extract and the garlic extract; the synergistic effect of the ginkgo extract and the xanthium sibiricum extract enhances the bactericidal effect of the ginkgo extract, and in addition, the garlic extract promotes flavonoid substances of the ginkgo extract to be easily combined with saccharides to generate flavonoid glycoside, can hydrolyze glycosidic bonds in bacterial cell walls, and improves the bactericidal effect by damaging cell wall structures.
Ginkgo biloba (the scientific name: Ginkgo bilobaL.) is a plant of the genus Ginkgo of the family Ginkgoaceae. Arbor, up to 40 m, diameter at breast height up to 4 m; the bark of the young tree is slightly longitudinally cracked, and the bark of the big tree is grayish brown, deeply longitudinally cracked and rough; the crown of young and strong tree is conical, old one is wide-egg shaped. The leaf is fan-shaped, has a long handle, is light green, has no hair, has a plurality of fork-shaped parallel thin veins, the top end is 5-8 cm wide, the short branch is always provided with wavy nicks, the long branch is always 2 cracks, and the base part is wide and wedge-shaped. The seeds have long stems and droop, and are usually elliptical, long inverted oval, oval or nearly spherical.
The ginkgo extract of the present invention may be commercially available or self-made, for example, from sienna, a biotechnology member, inc; the homemade preparation method is a conventional ultrasonic extraction method of plant extracts, and comprises the following steps: grinding folium Ginkgo into powder, sieving with 100 mesh sieve, weighing sieved folium Ginkgo powder, adding into deionized water to make liquid-material ratio 20: 1(mL/g), placing into ultrasonic cell pulverizer, performing ultrasonic extraction, and setting ultrasonic auxiliary extraction parameters: the ultrasonic interval and the ultrasonic time are 5s/5s, the ultrasonic power is 200W, and the ultrasonic time is 3 min. Putting the ultrasonic solution into a low-speed centrifuge, and setting centrifuge parameters: centrifuging at 400r/min for 5min, collecting supernatant after centrifuging, collecting precipitate, extracting for the second time, mixing the second extract with the supernatant, and drying to obtain extract.
In some preferred embodiments, the second plant extract is an extract of torilidis fructus. The osthole, xanthotoxol, bergapten and other substances in the cnidium monnieri fruit extract have obviously enhanced antibacterial action, and the applicant finds that the cnidium monnieri fruit extract has better mild and calming effect on skin, and the suspected reason is that the cnidium monnieri fruit extract can phosphorylate protein at the intracellular storage part and reduce free Ca in cells2+Thereby relaxing muscles and having mild and calming effect on skin.
Cnidium fruit, known as cnidiummonieri (L.) cuss, is the dried mature fruit of cnidium monnieri (bur.) DC. Collected in summer and autumn when the fruits are ripe, removed of impurities and dried in the sun. The root grows from the root and can reach 60 cm in height, the base stolon roots, the root is simple or branched, the root is quadrangular, the root is provided with a shallow groove, the root is often purple red, the root is extremely densely covered by white flat seta, the lower part is relatively sparse, internode is elongated and is much longer than blades. The tip of the triangle is blunt or sharp, the base is round or nearly shallow heart-shaped, the edge is a crenellated sawtooth, the upper part is blue, the white cilia is covered, the near edge is dense, the lower part is light, the white cilia is covered mainly along each level of the pulse, and the rest part has an unobvious caveolae point.
The cnidium monnieri extract of the present invention may be commercially available or self-made, for example, from sienna Baiste Biotech limited.
In some preferred embodiments, the third plant extract is a centella asiatica extract.
Centella asiatica, known as centella asiatica (L.) Urban, is a perennial herb of the genus centella of the family umbelliferae, with stolons, slender, rooted on the nodes. The leaf membrane is in a shape of grass, round, kidney or horse shoe, the edge is provided with blunt sawteeth, the base part is in a shape of broad heart, and both sides have no hair or the back veins are thinned and molted; palmar vessels with two raised sides and bifurcated upper part; the leaf stalk has no hair or soft hair on the upper part, and the leaf sheath at the base part is transparent and membranous. The umbelliform inflorescence grows in leaf axils, is in the shape of bract ovaries, membranous, petal ovate, mauve or milky white, membranous, and has filaments shorter than petals and the same length as flower columns. The two sides of the fruit are pressed flatly and are spherical, the base part is heart-shaped to be truncated and is reticular, and the surface is hairy or smooth. Flowering and bearing fruit in 4-10 months.
The centella asiatica extract according to the present invention may be commercially available or self-made, for example, from sienna Baiste Biotech limited.
In some preferred embodiments, the fourth plant extract is a garlic extract. The Bulbus Allii extract has inhibitory effect on pyococcus, tubercle bacillus, dysentery bacillus, typhoid bacillus, paratyphoid bacillus, and cholera vibrio; has various degrees of inhibition or killing effects on various pathogenic skin fungi (including candida albicans); has strong inhibiting and killing effect on the hot rickettsia of the tsutsugamushi. Bulbus Allii has effects of resisting oxidation, atherosclerosis, bacteria, virus, cancer, and immunity. The inventor finds that diallyl sulfide substances in the garlic extract are unstable, but the stability of the garlic extract can be improved when the content of chlorhexidine acetate in the disinfectant is 0.1-0.3%. In addition, the inventor also unexpectedly finds that citric acid and malic acid in the xanthium sibiricum extract added in the disinfectant can improve the oxidation resistance and prolong the using effect of the disinfectant.
Garlic, the scientific name Allium sativum l., is the subterranean bulb of a plant of the genus Allium of the family liliaceae. The whole plant of garlic has strong pungent garlic odor, and the garlic bulb, garlic leaf (green garlic or garlic sprout) and flower bolt (garlic bolt) can be eaten as vegetable, not only can be used as flavoring, but also can be used as medicine, and is a famous plant for both eating and medicine. The Bulbus Allii bulb is rich in proteins, oligosaccharides and polysaccharides, and in addition, fat and minerals. Garlic has various biological activities, such as prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, tumor resistance, pathogenic microorganism resistance and the like, and can play a role in disease prevention and health care after being eaten for a long time.
The garlic extract of the present invention may be commercially available or self-made, for example, from sienna Baister Biotech, Inc.
In some preferred embodiments, the chlorhexidine acetate is present in an amount of 0.1% to 0.2% by mass. When the mass content of the chlorhexidine acetate in the chlorhexidine acetate disinfectant is generally 3-5%, the disinfectant can ensure that a better sterilization effect is achieved. The content of the chlorhexidine acetate in the composition is 0.1-0.2%, so that the high sterilization effect can be kept, and the composition has good stability. The reason is presumed that the added ginkgo biloba extract, centella asiatica extract and garlic extract have synergistic effect, improve the bactericidal performance, and have the best comprehensive effect when the content of chlorhexidine acetate is 0.1-0.2%. In addition, the applicant has unexpectedly found that when the content of chlorhexidine acetate is 0.1% to 0.2%, the garlic extract is more stable, and the garlic extract is also beneficial to better dissolution of the chlorhexidine acetate.
In some preferred embodiments, the mass ratio of the third plant extract to the chlorhexidine acetate is (10-20): 1. when the mass ratio of the third plant extract to the chlorhexidine acetate is (10-20): 1, the flavonoid glycoside and other substances in the third plant extract can hydrolyze glycosidic bonds in bacterial cell walls, cause cell death by destroying cell wall structures, and improve the bactericidal effect of low-concentration chlorhexidine acetate, especially chlorhexidine acetate with the content of 0.1-0.2%, and the inventor also unexpectedly finds that the third plant extract is the centella asiatica extract, and when the mass ratio of the centella asiatica extract to the chlorhexidine acetate is (10-20): 1, the disinfectant not only has the best bactericidal effect, but also has a stabilizing effect on skin, and supposes that asiaticoside and organic acid substances in the centella asiatica extract can improve the bactericidal effect of chlorhexidine acetate, and simultaneously provides an environment which is in line with the skin of a human body, especially people who are easy to be allergic.
In some preferred embodiments, the mass ratio of the xanthium sibiricum extract to the first plant extract is 1: (1-2). The weight ratio of the cocklebur extract to the first plant extract is 1: (1-2), the disinfectant has a better mild and soothing effect on the skin, presumably because the amino acids, tartaric acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, malic acid, and the like in the xanthium sibiricum extract can enable organic bases in the first plant extract to interact with each other and maintain an environment suitable for the skin of a human body, and the applicant finds that, when the first plant extract is the ginkgo extract, the mass ratio of the xanthium sibiricum extract to the ginkgo extract is 1: (1-2), the disinfectant not only has better mild and calming effect on skin, but also has enhanced bactericidal effect; the reason is guessed that the centella extract can play the role of calming to the greatest extent and improve the bactericidal effect under the action of the xanthium sibiricum and the ginkgo extract; in addition, the xanthium sibiricum extract can promote the activity of catalase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, polyphenol oxidase and other active enzymes in the ginkgo extract to be highest in the weight ratio, so that a higher sterilization effect is kept.
Xanthium sibiricum catarin ex Widder, a academic name, is an annual herb of Xanthium of Compositae, up to 90 cm in height. Root spindle shape, cylindrical shape at the lower part of the stem, longitudinal furrow at the upper part, triangle-shaped oval or heart-shaped blade, near the whole edge, irregular rough sawtooth at the edge, green at the upper part, pale at the lower part, and rough and fury hair. The head-shaped inflorescence of the male is spherical, the total bract is long and round and is in a needle shape, the receptacle is columnar, the support is inverted in a needle shape, the corolla is bell-shaped, and the anther is long and round and linear; the head-shaped inflorescence of the female is elliptical, the outer layer of the total bracts is small, the shape of the head is needle-shaped, the beak is hard and conical, and the shape of the emascule is inverted oval. Flowering in 7-8 months and bearing fruit in 9-10 months. The bracts of the plant have hook-shaped hard spines, are usually attached to livestock and human bodies, and are easy to spread. Is a common field weed. The seeds can be used for oil extraction, the properties of xanthium fruit oil and tung oil are similar, and the xanthium fruit oil and tung oil can be blended with tung oil to prepare paint, and can also be used as raw materials of printing ink, soap and felt, and can be used for preparing hardened oil and lubricating oil, and fruit can be used for medicine.
