Abstract

本发明涉及一种搅拌机,尤其涉及一种物料自动混合搅拌机。要解决的技术问题为提供一种可以自动的加入物料进行混合、加快混合速度的物料自动混合搅拌机。一种物料自动混合搅拌机,包括有:支架;升降组件,安装在支架上,通过转动方式进行升降;搅拌组件,安装在升降组件上,通过旋转方式进行搅拌。本发明通过升降组件和搅拌组件的混合,使得搅拌杆不仅可以转动,同时也可以上下移动,加快物料混合,因为转杆需要跟着连杆上下移动,所以连杆可以上下移动,同时因为旋转接头,所以转杆也可以转动,通过储料管和下料管的配合,可以在混合物料前,将物料放置在储料管内,如此,可以自动的添加物料,设备使用更加方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌机,尤其涉及一种物料自动混合搅拌机。
背景技术
物料是中国生产领域中的一个专业术语,是指生产企业习惯将最终产品之外的、在生产领域流转的一切材料(不论其来自生产资料还是生活资料),如燃料、零部件、半成品、外协件以及生产过程中必然产生的边角余料、废料以及各种废物统称为“物料”。在生产产品时,经常需要将物料进行混合。
目前,在混合物料时,都是通过搅拌的方式进行混合,首先,将不同种类的物料放入到容器内,然后通过搅拌的方式进行混合,在混合的过程中,还需要不断的添加物料,非常的不方便。
因此需要研发一种可以自动的加入物料进行混合、加快混合速度的物料自动混合搅拌机。
发明内容
为了克服目前的物料混合方式需要人手动添加物料的缺点,技术问题:提供一种可以自动的加入物料进行混合、加快混合速度的物料自动混合搅拌机。
一种物料自动混合搅拌机,包括有:支架;升降组件,安装在支架上,通过转动方式进行升降;搅拌组件,安装在升降组件上,通过旋转方式进行搅拌。
更为优选的是,升降组件包括有:减速电机,安装在支架上;转动轴,安装在减速电机的输出轴上;第一锥齿轮,安装在转动轴上;第一连接板,安装在支架上;第二锥齿轮,转动式安装在第一连接板上,第二锥齿轮与第一锥齿轮啮合;推块,安装在第二锥齿轮上;安装板,安装在第一连接板上;滑筒,滑动式安装在安装板上;楔形块,楔形块为两个,安装在滑筒内;连杆,滑动式安装在安装板上;推动块,滑动式安装在连杆上;弹簧,安装在连杆与滑筒之间;旋转接头,安装在连杆上。
更为优选的是,搅拌组件包括有:齿圈,转动式安装在第一连接板上;第二连接板,安装在齿圈上;连接杆,安装在第二连接板上;连接盘,安装在连接杆上;圆筒,安装在支架上;转杆,滑动式安装在连接盘上;搅拌杆,搅拌杆至少两个,安装在转杆上;小齿轮,小齿轮为两个,安装在支架与转动轴上,外侧的小齿轮与齿圈啮合。
更为优选的是,转杆只能在连接盘上上下滑动,不能转动,转杆与连杆通过旋转接头连接。
更为优选的是,还包括有:储料管,储料管为两个,安装在安装板上,储料管与连接盘配合;下料管,安装在连接盘上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明通过升降组件和搅拌组件的混合,使得搅拌杆不仅可以转动,同时也可以上下移动,加快物料混合,因为转杆需要跟着连杆上下移动,所以连杆可以上下移动,同时因为旋转接头,所以转杆也可以转动,通过储料管和下料管的配合,可以在混合物料前,将物料放置在储料管内,如此,可以自动的添加物料,设备使用更加方便。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种物料自动混合搅拌机,如图1-3所示,包括有支架1、升降组件2和搅拌组件3,支架1顶部前侧安装有通过转动方式进行升降的升降组件2,升降组件2下方安装有通过旋转方式进行搅拌的搅拌组件3。
在需要使用该装置进行物料的混合时,首先将需要混合的物料倒入搅拌组件3内,然后控制升降组件2开始工作,升降组件2带动搅拌组件3开始工作,对物料进行混合,在物料混合完毕后,控制升降组件2停止工作。
升降组件2包括有减速电机21、转动轴22、第一锥齿轮23、第一连接板24、第二锥齿轮25、推块26、滑筒27、安装板28、楔形块29、推动块210、连杆211、弹簧212和旋转接头213,支架1顶部前侧通过螺栓固接有减速电机21,减速电机21的输出轴上通过联轴器连接有转动轴22,转动轴22底端键连接有第一锥齿轮23,支架1顶部焊接有第一连接板24,第一连接板24上转动式设有第二锥齿轮25,第二锥齿轮25与第一锥齿轮23啮合,第二锥齿轮25后侧连接有推块26,第一连接板24底部通过螺栓固接有安装板28,安装板28内滑动式设有滑筒27,滑筒27与推块26配合,滑筒27内左右两侧均焊接有楔形块29,楔形块29竖直方向安装方向相反,安装板28中部滑动式设有连杆211,连杆211中部滑动式设有推动块210,推动块210与楔形块29配合,连杆211顶端与滑筒27内顶部之间连接有弹簧212,连杆211底端安装有旋转接头213。
在需要对物料进行混合时,控制减速电机21转动,带动转动轴22转动,进而带动第一锥齿轮23转动,从而带动第二锥齿轮25转动,使得推块26转动,推块26转动到与滑筒27接触时,推动滑筒27向下移动,通过楔形块29、推动块210、连杆211和弹簧212的配合,使得搅拌组件3的搅拌部分可以上下移动,加快物料的混合,在物料混合完毕后,控制减速电机21停止工作。
搅拌组件3包括有第二连接板31、连接杆32、连接盘33、圆筒34、转杆35、搅拌杆36、小齿轮37和齿圈38,支架1前侧下部通过螺栓固接有圆筒34,第一连接板24上转动式设有齿圈38,齿圈38前后两侧均焊接有第二连接板31,第二连接板31尾端均焊接有连接杆32,连接杆32底端之间焊接有连接盘33,连接盘33中部滑动式设有转杆35,转杆35上均匀间隔的设有八个搅拌杆36,搅拌杆36在圆筒34内,支架1上部与转动轴22上均设有小齿轮37,外侧的小齿轮37与齿圈38啮合。
在对物料进行混合时,可以将物料放置在圆筒34内,在转动轴22转动时,带动小齿轮37转动,进而带动齿圈38转动,从而带动第二连接板31转动,使得连接杆32转动,带动连接盘33转动,进而带动转杆35转动,从而带动搅拌杆36转动,对物料进行混合。搅拌杆36可以转动,同时也可以上下移动,加快物料混合。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图1所示,转杆35只能在连接盘33上上下滑动,不能转动,转杆35顶端与连杆211通过旋转接头213连接。
因为转杆35需要跟着连杆211上下移动,所以连杆211可以上下移动,同时因为旋转接头213,所以转杆35也可以转动。
还包括有储料管4和下料管5,安装板28左右两侧均通过螺栓固接有储料管4,储料管4底部与连接盘33配合,连接盘33底部安装有下料管5。
在对物料进行混合时,可以将物料放入储料管4内,在连接盘33转动时,带动下料管5转动,下料管5转动到储料管4下方时,可以通过下料管5将储料管4内的物料放入圆筒34内进行混合。如此,可以在混合物料前,将物料放置在储料管4内,如此,可以自动的添加物料,设备使用更加方便。

1.一种物料自动混合搅拌机,其特征在于,包括有:
支架(1);
升降组件(2),安装在支架(1)上,通过转动方式进行升降;
搅拌组件(3),安装在升降组件(2)上,通过旋转方式进行搅拌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料自动混合搅拌机,其特征在于,升降组件(2)包括有:
减速电机(21),安装在支架(1)上;
转动轴(22),安装在减速电机(21)的输出轴上;
第一锥齿轮(23),安装在转动轴(22)上;
第一连接板(24),安装在支架(1)上;
第二锥齿轮(25),转动式安装在第一连接板(24)上,第二锥齿轮(25)与第一锥齿轮(23)啮合;
推块(26),安装在第二锥齿轮(25)上;
安装板(28),安装在第一连接板(24)上;
滑筒(27),滑动式安装在安装板(28)上;
楔形块(29),楔形块(29)为两个,安装在滑筒(27)内;
连杆(211),滑动式安装在安装板(28)上;
推动块(210),滑动式安装在连杆(211)上;
弹簧(212),安装在连杆(211)与滑筒(27)之间;
旋转接头(213),安装在连杆(211)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种物料自动混合搅拌机,其特征在于,搅拌组件(3)包括有:
齿圈(38),转动式安装在第一连接板(24)上;
第二连接板(31),安装在齿圈(38)上;
连接杆(32),安装在第二连接板(31)上;
连接盘(33),安装在连接杆(32)上;
圆筒(34),安装在支架(1)上;
转杆(35),滑动式安装在连接盘(33)上;
搅拌杆(36),搅拌杆(36)至少两个,安装在转杆(35)上;
小齿轮(37),小齿轮(37)为两个,安装在支架(1)与转动轴(22)上,外侧的小齿轮(37)与齿圈(38)啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种物料自动混合搅拌机,其特征在于,转杆(35)只能在连接盘(33)上上下滑动,不能转动,转杆(35)与连杆(211)通过旋转接头(213)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料自动混合搅拌机,其特征在于,还包括有:
储料管(4),储料管(4)为两个,安装在安装板(28)上,储料管(4)与连接盘(33)配合;
下料管(5),安装在连接盘(33)上。
