Description

可移动式搅拌器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌器,具体涉及一种可移动式搅拌器,属于工业或化工技术领域。
背景技术
搅拌器是化工行业常用的一种生产设备,现有的搅拌器主要有旋桨式、涡轮式、磁力加热式等类型,但是不管是哪一种搅拌器,其主体结构基本都是一个动力装置带动搅拌组件在所属容器内进行工作。通常用于带动搅拌组件的传动轴都是固定的无法产生位移,因此靠近搅拌器内壁的材料不易被搅拌器所搅动,从而造成材料搅拌不均匀的现象,对实验的数据产生偏差,对产品质量的稳定性也带来一定的影响。随着科学技术的进步,我国对于精细化工生产的要求也越来越高。因此生产出一种可以充分搅拌原材料的搅拌机就显得尤为重要和迫切。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种可移动式搅拌器,整个技术方案结构紧凑、成本较低,节能环保,该技术方案通过采用可移动式双传动轴一起工作的结构,可以实现对原材料的充分搅拌,对后道工序的生产加工产生积极影响。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种可移动式搅拌器,其特征在于,所述可移动式搅拌器包括搅拌罐体、搅拌组件、支撑组件以及动力组件,所述搅拌组件位与搅拌罐体内;动力组件位与 支撑组件上并与搅拌组件通过搅拌传动轴相连。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌叶片、传动轴以及叶片连接杆,所述搅拌叶片通过叶片连接杆与传动轴相连,叶片与叶片连接杆的夹角可调,当搅拌固态物体时,采用30°夹角,增加横向切削力,当搅拌液态物体时,采用60夹角,加大液体流动速度,快速完成液体搅拌。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌叶片由3-5片叶片组成,每片叶片通过叶片连接杆与传动杆独立连接,当某一叶片损坏时可以单独更换损坏叶片,大大降低了产品的维修成本。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述支撑组件包括支撑架、液压杆以及龙门桥架;所述支撑架固定与支撑架地基上;所述液压杆一端固定在支撑架上,另一端与龙门桥架相连。液压杆控制龙门桥架的升起和降落,从而使整个搅拌器在工作时可以自由的上下运动。支撑架立于支撑地基上,可以有效的减少搅拌器在工作过程中产生的共振现象,对整个搅拌器的机械结构起到保护作用。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述动力组件包括电机、减速箱、限行轨道、轨道平板车、限位器以及动力支撑桥架;电机与减速箱相连并一同放置在轨道平板车上;减速箱一端连接电机另一端与传动轴相连;轨道平板车架设在限行轨道上;限行轨道两端设有限位器;限行轨道铺设在动力支撑桥架上;动力支撑桥架两端固定在龙门桥架上。通过轨道平板车的往复运动,使搅拌器的搅拌叶片可以充分的作用于整个罐体中,使原材料可以更快更充分的得到搅拌。在平板车所用轨 道上加设限位器,可以有效避免平板车在操作过程中进行超限行驶,使两根传动轴不会出现相互碰撞或碰撞罐体的现象。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌器还包括罐体保护盖,所述罐体保护盖位于动力支撑桥架下方;罐体保护盖与动力支撑桥架同时运动,加料后直接随动力支撑桥架立于罐体上方,减少人工盖盖的程序。罐体保护盖在搅拌器工作时,随动力支撑桥架压在罐体杯口的上方,从而使原材料在搅拌时不易飞溅出罐体,对生产人员提供了安全的保护。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述龙门桥架上设置有报警装置,所述报警装置由传感器和蜂鸣器组成。所述传动轴通过动力支撑桥架预留孔洞与减速箱输出端相连。
相对与现有技术,本发明具有如下优点,1)该技术方案整体结构设计巧妙、紧凑、成本较低;2)该技术方案中由于将传动轴置于可移动的平板车下,所以可以对罐器内的材料进行充分混合,减少搅拌死角的出现,使材料得到更加均匀的搅拌;3)平板车所用限行轨道上设有限位器,可以有效避免平板车在操作过程中进行超限行驶,从而使两根传动轴不会出现相互碰撞或碰撞罐体的现象,减少了人为的错误操作对搅拌器的损害,大大提升了搅拌器的使用寿命;4)两根搅拌轴上的搅拌叶片呈错位分布,在相互交叉时,不会产生碰撞,并能对材料进行更充分的搅拌;5)罐体保护盖随动力支撑桥架一起运动,避免了加料后,人工盖盖的麻烦,优化了生产流程,减少了人力支出;6)该技术方案成本较低,便与进一步的推广应用。

实施例1:参见图1-图2,一种可移动式搅拌器,所述可移动式搅拌器包括搅拌罐体、搅拌组件、支撑组件以及动力组件,所述搅拌组件位与搅拌罐体内;动力组件位与支撑组件上并与搅拌组件通过搅拌传动轴相连,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌叶片1、传动轴2以及叶片连接杆3,所述搅拌叶片1通过叶片连接杆与传动轴相连,叶片与叶片连接杆的夹角可调,当搅拌固态物体时,采用30°夹角,增加横向切削力,当搅拌液态物体时,采用60夹角,加大液体流动速度,快速完成液体搅拌,所述搅拌叶片由3-5片叶片组成,每片叶片通过叶片连接杆与传动杆独立连接,当某一叶片损坏时可以单独更换损坏叶片,大大降低了产品的维修成本。
