Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feeds, and particularly relates to a feed for improving egg laying performance and oviduct development of laying hens and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Salpingitis is liable to occur when there are many bacteria, virulence or body resistance is reduced. Salpingitis is a common disease in fact on laying hens, namely, the oviduct has inflammation, and yellow and white pus-like secretion, even yellow and white cheese secretion, is often discharged in the oviduct, so that the perianal and feather are polluted. Mainly manifested by pain and uneasiness of chickens, the eggs which are laid often have bloodstains, and the eggs which are malformed seriously even do not lay. The existing mode for treating the salpingitis of the chickens is mostly western medicine antibiotic treatment.
At present, along with the coming of the times of 'resistance reduction' and 'no resistance', an antibiotic substitute product is searched, and natural, safe and resistance-reduced animal products are produced, so that the method has important practical significance for sustainable development of animal husbandry. At present, the oviduct inflammation is treated by antibiotics, which not only damages the health of animals, but also has great harm to the environment. In the social setting of tightening food safety, limitation of antibiotic residue, pursuing dietary health, the use of antibiotics to treat salpingitis has not met the development of the era.

Each kilogram of premix contains Provided the following per kilogram of premix:VA 318 mg and VD 3 2.25 mg,VE 860 mg,VK 112.5 mg,VB 1 45 mg,VB 2 187.5 mg,VB 6 105 mg,VB 12 0.375 mg, nicotinic acid 900 mg, pantothenic acid 30 mg, folic acid 30 mg, biotin 2.25 mg, choline 88 g,Fe 2.25 g,Cu 0.63 g,Mn2.4 g,Zn 2.38g,17 mg,Se 15 mg.
The difference between the lower case letters of the same row of data shoulder marks is obviousP<0.05 Identical or no letter indicates that the difference is not significantP>0.05). The table below is the same.
The egg laying rate and average egg weight of test group 2 were significantly higher than those of control, test group 1 and test group 3 (P < 0.05); the feed egg ratio, egg breaking rate and soft egg rate of test group 2 were significantly lower than those of the other two groups (P < 0.05).
Test group 2 egg yolk brightness was significantly higher than control, test group 1 and test group 3 (P < 0.05); the redness and yellowness of test group 3 were significantly higher than those of the remaining three groups (P < 0.05), with no significant differences between the four treatment groups of eggshell strength, eggshell thickness and egg shape index (P > 0.05).
Gu Bingsuan aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, total protein and albumin were not significantly different between the four treatment groups (P > 0.05).
In conclusion, compared with the groups which only feed the fermented feed and the hop crushing groups, the fermented feed and hop mixture for the laying hens have better egg laying performance, highest egg laying rate and highest average egg weight, and the feed-egg ratio is obviously lower than that of the other groups.
2. Experiment on improving effect of oviduct inflammation of laying hen
In order to prove the improvement effect of the invention on the salpingitis of the laying hens, the laying hens suffering from salpingitis are divided into two treatment groups, one group is fed with blank ration as a control group, and the other group is fed with ration containing 5% of the product of the additive example 3 as a test group, and the specific steps are as follows:
the test laying hens are in egg laying peak period and have salpingitis, the weight of the laying hens is (0.90+/-0.06 kg), the laying hens are divided into 2 treatments, each treatment is carried out for 3 times, each treatment is carried out for 5 chickens, 30 chickens are fed for 1 week, the control group is fed with normal daily ration, and the test group is fed with: daily ration + example 3 product, the diet formulas of the specific test group and the control group are shown in table 5, so that the nutrition index of the test group is ensured to have no obvious difference from that of the blank control group; and the control group and the test group have no obvious difference in other culture conditions and drinking water. After 1 week, the egg laying performance was measured, data set table 6, inflammatory factors in blood were measured, and the results are shown in table 7.
Each kilogram of premix contains Provided the following per kilogram of premix:VA 318 mg and VD 3 2.25 mg, VE 860 mg, VK 112.5 mg,VB 1 45 mg,VB 2 187.5 mg,VB 6 105 mg, VB 12 0.375 mg, nicotinic acid 900 mg, pantothenic acid 30 mg, folic acid 30 mg, biotin 2.25 mg, choline 88 g, fe 2.25 g, cu 0.63 g, mn2.4 g, zn 2.38g,17 mg, se 15 mg.
The difference between the lower case letters of the same row of data shoulder marks is obviousP<0.05 Identical or no letter indicates that the difference is not significantP>0.05). The table below is the same.
After one week, the control group of laying hens have inappetence, messy and matt feathers, have less blood and personal shape in egg production, have more soft shell eggs and the like, have engorged and swollen cloaca of the laying hens, are polluted by yellow-white secretion, and have blood stains or yellow-white secretion on eggshells. The test group of laying hens have better recovery of oviduct inflammation symptoms, the laying rate is in an ascending trend, the inferior egg number is in a descending trend, and blood stains or yellow-white secretion are less on eggshells. The egg yield test group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05), and the average egg weight test group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).
The difference between the lower case letters of the same row of data shoulder marks is obviousP<0.05 Identical or no letter indicates that the difference is not significantP>0.05). The table below is the same.
The IL-2 test group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05); the IL-6 test group is obviously lower than the control group (P < 0.05), which shows that the laying hens suffering from salpingitis can relieve the salpingitis symptoms by feeding the feed of the invention.
