land preparation and fertilization: deeply ploughing the land to 20-30cm, sunning upturned soil, finely preparing soil before sowing, flattening broken soil, filling soil with deficiency, filling soil with furrow, and keeping furrow straight and flat without disease residue and residual film; and every 700m2Applying 1800 and 2200kg of organic fertilizer;
a1, weeding and sterilizing: c, insolating the soil layer after the soil in the step a is deeply ploughed for three days;
2, adding 50-70 g of 50% acetochlor and 30 kg of water, adding 150-50 g of acetochlor and 40-50 kg of water per mu in cold areas, uniformly stirring, and sterilizing the soil surface by using a spraying vehicle;
potato seed treatment: selecting original seeds of Ning Langdang 5 # potato, removing diseased potatoes, rotten potatoes and defective potatoes, cleaning potato seeds, sowing 30-50 g of seed potatoes in the whole potato, cutting more than 50g of seed potatoes into blocks, and ensuring that each cut potato seed has at least more than 2 eyes;
potato seed disinfection: putting 3 kg of potato seeds in the step b into a disinfectant prepared by mixing 50g of copper sulfate and 1000 g of water, soaking for 10 minutes, spreading potato blocks at a place which is not dry at a lower temperature, drying in the shade at a place with a relative humidity of 80-90%, sowing seeds after the skin is healed after the cut is cut, and covering by selecting wet sandy soil with a humidity of 70%, so that germination accelerating is facilitated;
