Abstract

本发明涉及一种不锈钢仿铜钉子的表面处理方法，包括如下步骤：首先将不锈钢钉子a放置于电解池中除油，然后将除油后的不锈钢钉子b放入第一纯水槽中进行冲洗，之后再将冲洗干净后的不锈钢钉子c，放入加热炉中进行加热，之后再将得到的不锈钢钉子d放入第二纯水槽中猝冷，然后进行干燥处理，最后得到不锈钢仿铜钉子。本发明所述的一种不锈钢仿铜钉子的表面处理方法，步骤简单、而且制作出来的不锈钢仿铜钉子整体色泽均匀，既与木材色调一致，又能达到防腐防锈的效果，具有中国古代铜器古典厚重、温润大气的文化特征，而且成本较低，工艺方法简单，适合大量推广。
