本发明公开了一种生猪的健康养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:(1)哺乳期养殖:生猪从出生到5日龄进行纯母乳喂养,6‑10日龄开始补加代乳料,11‑35日龄全部喂食代乳料;(2)保育期养殖:生猪从36‑70日龄喂食小猪料;(3)育肥期养殖:生猪从71‑180日龄喂食大猪料。本发明通过采用特殊的饲料配方和喂食方法,能够显著提高饲料的转化率,促进生猪生长,提高生猪的日增重,降低料重比,而且还可以提高生猪的抗疫能力,大大减少了腹泻的发病率,从而保证了猪肉的色泽、嫩度和风味等品质。

猪肉,又名豚肉,其性味甘咸平,含有丰富的蛋白质及脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、铁、磷等成分,肉是日常生活的主要副食品,具有补虚强身,滋阴润燥、丰肌泽肤的作用,凡病后体弱、产后血虚、面黄赢瘦者,皆可用之作营养滋补之品。我国是一个世界养猪大国,生猪出栏量、存栏量和猪肉产量均居世界首位,据统计,我国肉类生产量达到8000万吨,其中猪肉产量占60%以上,这和我国人民多年来养成的饮食消费习惯有关,生猪养殖业是我国畜牧业的重要组成内容和生产单元。
目前,随着市场经济的发展变化,生猪的养殖主要以增重和缩短出栏时间为目的,而忽略了猪肉的色泽、嫩度和风味等品质的提升。猪肉色泽、嫩度和风味等品质与骨骼发育、肌肉风味物质的沉积聚集和脂肪的沉积密切相关,由于猪体内骨骼、肌肉、脂肪的发育顺序和发育强度是不平衡,随着年龄的增长顺序有先有后,强度有大有小,因此,如何通过养殖调控来提高猪肉的品质已迫在眉睫。
但是,目前多数养猪场采用的饲料都是相同且一成不变的,在实际的应用中不能有效提高猪的体质;同时,现有养猪场的日常管理方法也欠妥,需要更细致的调整。
因此,如何提供一种生猪的健康养殖方法是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种生猪的健康养殖方法,以解决现有技术中的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种生猪的健康养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)哺乳期养殖:生猪从出生到5日龄进行纯母乳喂养,6-10日龄开始补加代乳料,11-35日龄全部喂食代乳料;
其中,代乳料包括有以下重量份的原料:膨化玉米30-40份、发酵豆粕15-20份、麦饭石粉8-12份、酸化剂1-3份、骨粉1-3份、乳杆菌0.5-1份、食盐0.5-1份和羧甲基壳聚糖0.2-0.5份;
(2)保育期养殖:生猪从36-70日龄喂食小猪料;
其中,小猪料包括有以下重量份的原料:膨化玉米40-50份、花生粕20-30份、麦饭石粉8-12份、鱼粉5-10份、蛋黄粉5-10份、精炼棉籽油3-5份和乳杆菌0.5-1份;
(3)育肥期养殖:生猪从71-180日龄喂食大猪料;
其中,大猪料包括有以下重量份的原料:膨化玉米50-60份、花生粕15-25份、花生仁10-20份、鱼粉5-10份、麸皮3-6份和中药添加剂1-3份。
本发明的有益效果在于,通过采用特殊的饲料配方和喂食方法,能够显著提高饲料的转化率,促进生猪生长,提高生猪的日增重,降低料重比,而且还可以提高生猪的抗疫能力,大大减少了腹泻的发病率,从而保证了猪肉的色泽、嫩度和风味等品质。具体的:
代乳料中,膨化玉米具有浓郁的爆米花香味,适口性好,诱食性强,能够提高生猪的采食量,消化率高,大肠段发酵程度低,对仔猪腹泻有较高的保护率;发酵豆粕具有提高适口性、改善营养物质消化吸收、促进生长、减少腹泻的功效;麦饭石粉含多种矿物元素,能够提高肉品质,增强抗病能力,并减轻猪舍中的异味;酸化剂可降低生猪的胃肠道pH值,调节胃肠道微生物菌群的结构,直接参与机体内代谢,使营养物质的消化吸收增加,增强免疫机能,缓解应激;骨粉含有丰富的矿物质和组成胶原纤维的胶原蛋白,能增强生猪食欲;羧甲基壳聚糖能够抗菌抗感染;
小猪料中,花生粕富含植物蛋白,适口性很好;鱼粉中的氨基酸比例与生猪所需的氨基酸最接近;蛋黄粉富含蛋白质、甘油酯、磷脂、糖等;精炼棉籽油含有大量必需的脂肪酸;
大猪料中,花生仁含有大量的蛋白质、脂肪和热量;麸皮具有除热,止渴,敛汗,消肿之功效。
进一步,上述步骤(1)中,酸化剂由L-乳酸、富马酸、苹果酸和磷酸以(1-3):(1-2):(1-2):(0.5-1)的重量比混合制得;乳杆菌为胚芽乳杆菌、弯曲乳杆菌和格氏乳杆菌中的至少一种;代乳料的每日饲喂总量为1-2kg/头,分6-8次饲喂。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于,本发明将有机酸和无机酸结合使用作为酸化剂可达到互补协同效应,克服单一酸化剂的不足与缺陷,可增强使用效果,降低使用成本与饲养成本,提高养殖经济效应;乳杆菌能够促进营养物质的消化吸收,调节生猪免疫功能,抑制病原菌,改善胃肠道菌群平衡。
进一步,上述步骤(2)中,乳杆菌为地衣芽孢杆菌、弯曲乳杆菌和格氏乳杆菌中的至少一种;小猪料的每日饲喂总量为3-4kg/头,分4-8次饲喂。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于,本发明乳杆菌能够促进营养物质的消化吸收,调节生猪免疫功能,抑制病原菌,改善胃肠道菌群平衡。
进一步,上述步骤(3)中,中药添加剂包括有以下重量份的原料:蒲公英8-12份、川芎5-8份、大青叶4-7份和黄芪1-3份;大猪料的每日饲喂总量为5-6kg/头,分5-8次饲喂。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于,本发明中药添加剂能使生猪更好地适应季节变化,抵抗力大大提高,患病率明显下降;具体的,蒲公英清热解毒,利尿散结;川芎行气开郁,祛除风燥湿,活血止痛;大青叶清热解毒,凉血消斑;黄芪补气固表,托毒排脓,利尿生肌。
进一步,本发明生猪的健康养殖方法,还包括日常管理步骤:春季,做好保温工作,温度较高时及时清粪并通风换气;夏季,定期对猪舍内外环境进行消毒,及时降温驱蚊;秋季,防止凉风侵袭,通风与保温相协调;冬季,注意保暖,提高舍温,适当增加养殖密度。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于,通过对生猪养殖的日常管理做出了更细致的调整,保证了生猪的健康生长。
进一步,本发明生猪的健康养殖方法,还包括卫生管理步骤:每1-2天清扫猪舍一次,每1-2周消毒猪舍一次,每2-3周清洁猪体一次。
采用上述进一步的有益效果在于,本发明在生猪育肥的同时对卫生状况进行严格管理,通过对猪舍进行高效杀毒,对猪体进行及时清洁,能够有效预防、驱除猪体真菌和寄生虫,避免了猪体寄生虫带来的各种疾病,从而保证了生猪在健康环境下实现快速育肥。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明饲料以膨化玉米、发酵豆粕、麦饭石粉、骨粉、花生粕、鱼粉、蛋黄粉、精炼棉籽油、花生仁和麸皮等原料组成,营养丰富,易消化吸收、且价格低廉;
2、本发明饲料还添加了酸化剂、乳杆菌、羧甲基壳聚糖和中药添加剂等生物活性因子,有效提高生猪的免疫力和抵抗力,同时还避免了抗生素的添加,安全无公害。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
生猪的健康养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)哺乳期养殖:生猪从出生到5日龄进行纯母乳喂养,6-10日龄开始补加代乳料,11-35日龄全部喂食代乳料,每日饲喂总量为1kg/头,分6次饲喂;
其中,代乳料包括有以下重量的原料:膨化玉米30kg、发酵豆粕15kg、麦饭石粉8kg、L-乳酸0.4kg、富马酸0.2kg、苹果酸0.2kg、磷酸0.2kg、骨粉1kg、胚芽乳杆菌0.5kg、食盐0.5kg和羧甲基壳聚糖0.2kg;
(2)保育期养殖:生猪从36-70日龄喂食小猪料,每日饲喂总量为3kg/头,分4次饲喂;
其中,小猪料包括有以下重量的原料:膨化玉米40kg、花生粕20kg、麦饭石粉8kg、鱼粉5kg、蛋黄粉5kg、精炼棉籽油3kg和地衣芽孢杆菌0.5kg;
(3)育肥期养殖:生猪从71-180日龄喂食大猪料,每日饲喂总量为5kg/头,分5次饲喂;
其中,大猪料包括有以下重量的原料:膨化玉米50kg、花生粕15kg、花生仁10kg、鱼粉5kg、麸皮3kg、蒲公英0.4kg、川芎0.25kg、大青叶0.3kg和黄芪0.05kg;
还包括日常管理步骤:春季,做好保温工作,温度较高时及时清粪并通风换气;夏季,定期对猪舍内外环境进行消毒,及时降温驱蚊;秋季,防止凉风侵袭,通风与保温相协调;冬季,注意保暖,提高舍温,适当增加养殖密度;
还包括卫生管理步骤:每1天清扫猪舍一次,每1周消毒猪舍一次,每2周清洁猪体一次。
实施例2
生猪的健康养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)哺乳期养殖:生猪从出生到5日龄进行纯母乳喂养,6-10日龄开始补加代乳料,11-35日龄全部喂食代乳料,每日饲喂总量为1kg/头,分8次饲喂;

(2)保育期养殖:生猪从36-70日龄喂食小猪料,每日饲喂总量为3kg/头,分8次饲喂;
其中,小猪料包括有以下重量的原料:膨化玉米50kg、花生粕30kg、麦饭石粉12kg、鱼粉10kg、蛋黄粉10kg、精炼棉籽油5kg和弯曲乳杆菌1kg;
(3)育肥期养殖:生猪从71-180日龄喂食大猪料,每日饲喂总量为5kg/头,分8次饲喂;
其中,大猪料包括有以下重量的原料:膨化玉米60kg、花生粕25kg、花生仁20kg、鱼粉10kg、麸皮6kg、蒲公英1.2kg、川芎0.8kg、大青叶0.7kg和黄芪0.3kg;
还包括日常管理步骤:春季,做好保温工作,温度较高时及时清粪并通风换气;夏季,定期对猪舍内外环境进行消毒,及时降温驱蚊;秋季,防止凉风侵袭,通风与保温相协调;冬季,注意保暖,提高舍温,适当增加养殖密度;
还包括卫生管理步骤:每2天清扫猪舍一次,每2周消毒猪舍一次,每3周清洁猪体一次。
实施例3
生猪的健康养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)哺乳期养殖:生猪从出生到5日龄进行纯母乳喂养,6-10日龄开始补加代乳料,11-35日龄全部喂食代乳料,每日饲喂总量为2kg/头,分8次饲喂;
其中,代乳料包括有以下重量的原料:膨化玉米35kg、发酵豆粕18kg、麦饭石粉10kg、L-乳酸0.4kg、富马酸0.8kg、苹果酸0.4kg、磷酸0.4kg、骨粉2kg、格氏乳杆菌0.8kg、食盐0.8kg和羧甲基壳聚糖0.23kg;
(2)保育期养殖:生猪从36-70日龄喂食小猪料,每日饲喂总量为4kg/头,分6次饲喂;
其中,小猪料包括有以下重量的原料:膨化玉米45kg、花生粕25kg、麦饭石粉10kg、鱼粉8kg、蛋黄粉8kg、精炼棉籽油4kg和格氏乳杆菌0.8kg;
(3)育肥期养殖:生猪从71-180日龄喂食大猪料,每日饲喂总量为6kg/头,分6次饲喂;
其中,大猪料包括有以下重量的原料:膨化玉米55kg、花生粕20kg、花生仁15kg、鱼粉8kg、麸皮5kg、蒲公英1.0kg、川芎0.5kg、大青叶0.4kg和黄芪0.1kg;
还包括日常管理步骤:春季,做好保温工作,温度较高时及时清粪并通风换气;夏季,定期对猪舍内外环境进行消毒,及时降温驱蚊;秋季,防止凉风侵袭,通风与保温相协调;冬季,注意保暖,提高舍温,适当增加养殖密度;
还包括卫生管理步骤:每1天清扫猪舍一次,每1周消毒猪舍一次,每2周清洁猪体一次。
性能测试
在陕西省汉中市城固县郊区一个猪场,选择80头生猪(长白猪)为试验对象,平均分为四组,每组20头,第1-3组分别按照实施例1-3生猪的健康养殖方法进行养殖,第4组(对比例)只饲喂常规基础饲粮,并按猪场常规方式进行自由采食、饮水、免疫和消毒饲养管理。5个月后屠宰测定指标(取平均值),测定结果见表1。
其中,肉色采用SP60型积分球式分光光度仪(美国X-rite公司)测定,pH值采用Orion 210A+型pH计(ThermoElectron Corporation)测定,剪切力采用C-LM3嫩度仪(东北农业大学工程学院)测定,失水率采用南京土壤仪器厂生产的DW-1型无侧限压缩仪进行测定。

由表1可知,本发明实施例1-3养殖的生猪的屠宰均重、日均增重、日采食量和pH值均高于对比例,料重比、腹泻率、肉色、剪切力和失水率均低于对比例。其中模式实例3为最佳实施例。
以上试验说明,本发明通过采用特殊的饲料配方和喂食方法,能够显著提高饲料的转化率,促进生猪生长,提高生猪的日增重,降低料重比,而且还可以提高生猪的抗疫能力,大大减少了腹泻的发病率,从而保证了猪肉的色泽、嫩度和风味等品质。

Claims (10)
1.一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)哺乳期养殖:生猪从出生到5日龄进行纯母乳喂养,6-10日龄开始补加代乳料,11-35日龄全部喂食代乳料;
所述代乳料包括有以下重量份的原料:膨化玉米30-40份、发酵豆粕15-20份、麦饭石粉8-12份、酸化剂1-3份、骨粉1-3份、乳杆菌0.5-1份、食盐0.5-1份和羧甲基壳聚糖0.2-0.5份;
(2)保育期养殖:生猪从36-70日龄喂食小猪料;
所述小猪料包括有以下重量份的原料:膨化玉米40-50份、花生粕20-30份、麦饭石粉8-12份、鱼粉5-10份、蛋黄粉5-10份、精炼棉籽油3-5份和乳杆菌0.5-1份;
(3)育肥期养殖:生猪从71-180日龄喂食大猪料;
所述大猪料包括有以下重量份的原料:膨化玉米50-60份、花生粕15-25份、花生仁10-20份、鱼粉5-10份、麸皮3-6份和中药添加剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述酸化剂由L-乳酸、富马酸、苹果酸和磷酸以(1-3):(1-2):(1-2):(0.5-1)的重量比混合制得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述乳杆菌为胚芽乳杆菌、弯曲乳杆菌和格氏乳杆菌中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述代乳料的每日饲喂总量为1-2kg/头,分6-8次饲喂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述乳杆菌为地衣芽孢杆菌、弯曲乳杆菌和格氏乳杆菌中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述小猪料的每日饲喂总量为3-4kg/头,分4-8次饲喂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述中药添加剂包括有以下重量份的原料:蒲公英8-12份、川芎5-8份、大青叶4-7份和黄芪1-3份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述大猪料的每日饲喂总量为5-6kg/头,分5-8次饲喂。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,还包括日常管理步骤:春季,做好保温工作,温度较高时及时清粪并通风换气;夏季,定期对猪舍内外环境进行消毒,及时降温驱蚊;秋季,防止凉风侵袭,通风与保温相协调;冬季,注意保暖,提高舍温,适当增加养殖密度。
10.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种生猪的健康养殖方法,其特征在于,还包括卫生管理步骤:每1-2天清扫猪舍一次,每1-2周消毒猪舍一次,每2-3周清洁猪体一次。
