本发明公开了一种抗静电纤维面料,包括基布、热熔胶膜和TPU膜,所述TPU膜通过热熔胶膜贴附于基布两侧,所述TPU膜由TPU母粒通过吹膜机制得,其中,所述TPU母粒由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚醚型TPU60~100份、石墨烯粉末5~15份、苯氨甲基三乙氧基硅烷2~8份、聚碳化二亚胺1~3份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丁二烯及苯乙烯三元共聚物0.5~4份、N‑甲基吡咯烷酮0.3~0.8份、吡啶硫酮锌、聚酰胺树脂、抗氧剂、光稳定剂。本发明不仅具有较小的表面电阻率、能够有效抑制静电,还能在增强TPU复合面料抗静电能力的同时,减少石墨烯粉末的添加量,避免TPU膜的力学性能受到影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维面料领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电纤维面料。
背景技术
随着聚合物薄膜应用领域日益广泛,对薄膜材料性能的要求越来越高,常用的聚砜、聚烯烃薄膜等已经不能完全满足市场需求,在这种情况下,聚氨酯 薄膜应运而生。由于聚氨酯分子结构的特点,人们可以通过调节聚氨酯嵌段成 分比例改变其弹性、硬度和亲水性。因此聚氨酯薄膜同聚氨酯弹性体一样具有卓越的高张力、高拉力、防水透气性、强韧性和耐老化性能,同时又具有优异的生物和血液相容性及耐化学药品性。广泛应用于医疗卫生、高档纺织面料、工业等多个领域,深受用户的欢迎和青睐。
随着人们对生活质量水平的重视, 对服装的功能性要求也越来越高,尤其是在易燃易爆的工作环境中,以及电子元器件的加工、使用场所工作时,对静电的要求极其严苛,因此,要求服饰具备良好的抗静电能力。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种抗静电纤维面料,该抗静电纤维面料不仅具有较小的表面电阻率、能够有效抑制静电,还能在增强TPU复合面料抗静电能力的同时,减少石墨烯粉末的添加量,避免TPU膜的力学性能受到影响。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明提供的一种抗静电纤维面料,包括基布、热熔胶膜和TPU膜,所述TPU膜通过热熔胶膜贴附于基布两侧,所述TPU膜由TPU母粒通过吹膜机制得,其中,所述TPU母粒由以下重量份数的原料组成:
聚醚型TPU 60~100份,
石墨烯粉末 5~15份,
苯氨甲基三乙氧基硅烷 2~8份,
聚碳化二亚胺 1~3份,
甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丁二烯及苯乙烯三元共聚物 0.5~4份,
N-甲基吡咯烷酮 0.3~0.8份,
吡啶硫酮锌 0.2~1份,
聚酰胺树脂 0.1~0.6份,
抗氧剂 0.05~1份,
光稳定剂 0.05~0.6份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168中的至少一种。
2. 上述方案中,所述光稳定剂为受阻胺类稳定剂和二苯甲酮类光稳定剂中的至少一种。
3. 上述方案中,所述TPU膜的厚度为0.01mm~0.2 mm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1. 本发明抗静电纤维面料,其基于聚醚型TPU60~100份和石墨烯粉末5~15份进一步添加了苯氨甲基三乙氧基硅烷2~8份和聚碳化二亚胺1~3份,在达到同等级抗静电能力下,减少了石墨烯粉末的添加量,避免TPU膜的力学性能受到大量添加石墨烯粉末的影响,拉伸强度达到61~81MPa,撕裂强度达到88~113kgf/cm。
2. 本发明抗静电纤维面料,其基于聚醚型TPU60~100份、石墨烯粉末5~15份、苯氨甲基三乙氧基硅烷2~8份和聚碳化二亚胺1~3份,进一步添加N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.3~0.8份,有利于分散TPU体系中的石墨烯粉末,防止石墨烯粉末结团,影响到其导电、抗静电能力,促进了石墨烯粉末在TPU膜中分层分布,提高其导电性能,从而增强TPU膜的抗静电能力。

实施例1~4:一种抗静电纤维面料,参照附图1,包括基布1、热熔胶膜2和TPU膜3,所述TPU膜3通过热熔胶膜2贴附于基布1两侧,所述TPU膜1由TPU母粒通过吹膜机制得,其中,所述TPU母粒由以下重量份数的原料组成:

上述抗静电纤维面料的制备方法,包括基布1、热熔胶膜2和TPU膜3,所述TPU膜3通过热熔胶膜2贴附于基布1两侧,其中,所述TPU膜3通过以下步骤获得
S1:将聚醚型TPU、石墨烯粉末、苯氨甲基三乙氧基硅烷、聚碳化二亚胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丁二烯及苯乙烯三元共聚物、吡啶硫酮锌、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、聚酰胺树脂、抗氧剂和光稳定剂投入高速捏合机中共混;
S2:将S1得到的共混物投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的前段温度为80~110℃,中段温度为130~150℃, 后段温度为150~170℃,机头温度为80~100℃,将挤出的物料造粒得到TPU母粒;
S3:将S2得到的TPU母粒通过吹膜机进行吹胀牵引制成薄膜,然后风环冷却,通过牵引辊牵引,最后收卷得到TPU膜;其中吹胀比为2.5~3,牵引比为4-6,所述吹膜机送料段温度设定在120~130℃,塑化段温度设定在140~160℃,模头温度设定为130℃。

如表3所示,对比例1相对于实施例1~4缺少组分苯氨甲基三乙氧基硅烷和聚碳化二亚胺,由数据可知对比例1的表面电阻和半衰期远大于实施例1~4中的导表面电阻和半衰期,即对比例1所制TPU膜的抗静电性比实施例1~4中所制TPU膜的抗静电性差;
对比例2相对于实施例1~4缺少组分N-甲基吡咯烷酮,由数据可知对比例2的表面电阻和半衰期远大于实施例1~4中的导表面电阻和半衰期,即对比例2所制TPU膜的抗静电性比实施例1~4中所制TPU膜的抗静电性差;
由上可知,本发明通过苯氨甲基三乙氧基硅烷和聚碳化二亚胺配合石墨烯粉末增强TPU膜抗静电能力,且由于苯氨甲基三乙氧基硅烷和聚碳化二亚胺的添加,在达到相同抗静电能力的同时,降低了石墨烯粉末在TPU膜中的占比,从而使得TPU膜的拉伸强度达到在61~81MPa,撕裂强度达到88~113kgf/cm,其力学性能受到石墨烯粉末添加的影响小,有利于TPU膜在面料中的应用;
另外,通过N-甲基吡咯烷酮分散TPU体系中的石墨烯粉末,既能避免石墨烯粉末结团,又能促进石墨烯粉末在TPU膜中分层均匀分布,构成三维网络节点,便于导电、进一步提高TPU膜的抗静电能力。

N-甲基吡咯烷酮 0.3~0.8份,
吡啶硫酮锌 0.2~1份,
聚酰胺树脂 0.1~0.6份,
抗氧剂 0.05~1份,
光稳定剂 0.05~0.6份。
