Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃TPU复合面料,包括基布、TPU膜和保暖层,所述TPU膜和保暖层分别通过一胶黏层贴附在基布两侧,所述TPU膜由TPU母粒通过吹膜机制得,TPU母粒由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚醚型TPU、聚酯型TPU、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维、二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝、2,2,4‑三甲基‑1,3‑戊二醇单异丁酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、吡啶硫酮锌、双油酸酰胺、抗氧剂、光稳定剂。本发明提高了TPU膜的耐温等级,延缓了温度传导的时间,使其导热系数降低至0.18~0.27W/mk,氧指数提高至28.6~32.5%,燃烧产生后,较高的氧指数和较慢的温度传递速度能够阻碍火势的进一步蔓延,增强了TPU膜和复合面料的阻燃性能。

阻燃TPU复合面料
技术领域
本发明涉及TPU复合面料领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃TPU复合面料。
背景技术
热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)是近年来兴起的一种新型有机高分子合成材料,其突出的特点是加工性能好、耐磨性优异、耐臭氧性极好、强度高、弹性好、耐低温有良好的耐油性、耐化学药品以及耐环境性能,是一种新型的聚合物材料。但是,热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)同时也有缺点,由于其阻燃性能也很差,限制了TPU材料在复合面料领域的应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种阻燃TPU复合面料,该TPU复合面料提高了TPU膜的耐温等级,延缓了温度传导的时间,使其导热系数降低至0.18~0.27W/mk,氧指数提高至28.6~32.5%,燃烧产生后,较高的氧指数和较慢的温度传递速度能够阻碍火势的进一步蔓延,增强了TPU膜和复合面料的阻燃性能。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明提供的一种阻燃TPU复合面料,包括基布、TPU膜和保暖层,所述TPU膜和保暖层分别通过一胶黏层贴附在基布两侧,所述TPU膜由TPU母粒通过吹膜机制得,其中,所述TPU母粒由以下重量份数的原料组成:
聚醚型TPU 40~60份,
聚酯型TPU 20~40份,
聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维 5~10份,
二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝 1~10份,
2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯 1~3份,
聚二甲基硅氧烷 0.2~0.4份,
吡啶硫酮锌 0.1~1份,
双油酸酰胺 0.03~0.08份,
抗氧剂 0.2~0.5份,
光稳定剂 0.05~0.3份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168中的至少一种。
2. 上述方案中,所述光稳定剂为受阻胺类稳定剂和二苯甲酮类光稳定剂中的至少一种。
3. 上述方案中,所述TPU膜的厚度为0.01mm~0.2 mm。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1. 本发明阻燃TPU复合面料,其在聚醚型TPU40~60份和聚酯型TPU20~40份中添加聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维5~10份和二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝1~10份,提高了TPU膜的耐温等级,延缓了温度传导的时间,使导热系数降低至0.18~0.27W/mk,氧指数提高至28.6~32.5%,燃烧产生后,较高的氧指数能够阻碍火势的进一步蔓延,增强了TPU膜和复合面料的阻燃性能。
2. 本发明阻燃TPU复合面料,其基于聚醚型TPU40~60份、聚酯型TPU20~40份、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维5~10份和二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝1~10份进一步添加了2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯1~3份,提高了TPU膜的韧性,使其拉伸强度提升至65~93MPa,撕裂强度提升至103~141 kgf/cm,消除了随着阻燃剂等助剂的添加,TPU膜的力学性能随之降低的问题。

一种用于上述的阻燃TPU复合面料的制备方法,所述阻燃TPU复合面料包括基布2、TPU膜1和保暖层3,所述TPU膜1和保暖层3分别通过一胶黏层101贴附在基布2两侧,其中,所述TPU膜1通过以下步骤获得:
S1:将聚醚型TPU、聚酯型TPU、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维、二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、吡啶硫酮锌、双油酸酰胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷、抗氧剂和光稳定剂投入高速捏合机中共混;
S2:将S1得到的共混物投入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的前段温度为90~120℃,中段温度为140~160℃, 后段温度为160~180℃,机头温度为90~110℃,将挤出的物料造粒得到TPU母粒;
S3:将S2得到的TPU母粒通过吹膜机进行吹胀牵引制成薄膜,然后风环冷却,收卷分切后得到TPU膜;其中吹胀比为2~2.5,牵引比为3~5,所述吹膜机送料段温度设定在130~145℃,塑化段温度设定在160~180℃,模头温度设定为140℃。
对比例1~2:一种TPU膜,此TPU膜由TPU母粒通过吹膜机制得,其中,所述TPU母粒由以下重量份数的原料组成:

如表3所示,对比例1相对于实施例1~4缺少组分聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维和二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝,由数据可知对比例1的导热系数大于实施例1~4中的导热系数、对比例1的氧指数小于实施例1~4中氧指数,即对比例1所制TPU膜的阻燃性比实施例1~4中所制TPU膜的阻燃性差;
对比例2相对于实施例1~4缺少组分2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯,由数据可知对比例2的拉伸强度和撕裂强度远小于实施例1~4的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,即对比例2所制TPU膜的韧性比实施例1~4中所制TPU膜的韧性差;
由上可知,本发明聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维和二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝的复配,使TPU膜的导热系数降低至0.18~0.27W/mk,减缓温度在TPU膜上的传递速度,延长温度传导时间,提高其耐温性能,同时,其氧指数提高至28.6~32.5%后,较高的氧指数配合较慢的热传导时间能够阻碍火势的蔓延,提高TPU膜和复合面料的阻燃性能;
另外,通过添加二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝,配合聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维,使受到阻燃剂、抗氧剂等助剂影响的TPU膜的拉伸强度回升至65~93Mpa、撕裂强度回升至103~141 kgf/cm,提高TPU膜的韧性,从而提高阻燃TPU复合面料的质量。

1.一种阻燃TPU复合面料,其特征在于,包括基布(2)、TPU膜(1)和保暖层(3),所述TPU膜(1)和保暖层(3)分别通过一胶黏层(101)贴附在基布(2)两侧,所述TPU膜(1)由TPU母粒通过吹膜机制得,其中,所述TPU母粒由以下重量份数的原料组成:
聚醚型TPU 40~60份,
聚酯型TPU 20~40份,
聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维 5~10份,
二异氧基乙酰乙酸铝 1~10份,
2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯 1~3份,
聚二甲基硅氧烷 0.2~0.4份,
吡啶硫酮锌 0.1~1份,
双油酸酰胺 0.03~0.08份,
抗氧剂 0.2~0.5份,
光稳定剂 0.05~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃TPU复合面料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃TPU复合面料,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为受阻胺类稳定剂和二苯甲酮类光稳定剂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃TPU复合面料,其特征在于,所述TPU膜(1)的厚度为0.01mm~0.2 mm。
